Michael from Redemption Solar and Roofing has been amazing through a difficult 6 month fight with our insurance to replace our roof after a tropical storm. He handled all the paperwork and negotiation process, making sure the roof was approved for a complete replacement. He came back multiple times to replace and adjust tarps, to make sure we stayed dry while we waited. Once finally approved, he was very helpful in selecting singles and setting everything up. The replacement went very smoothly and the roof is beautiful! Now they are helping us navigate insurance again with the recent hailstorm and damage to our windows and gutters. We definitely recommend Redemption Roofing!

Redemption Solar and Roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with. May roofer was Travis Manning. They provided a thorough initial inspection of our roof. The inspection was fair and honest and some minor repair was recommended. Our agent gave us thorough photos and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. The minor repair items identified were completed timely and at a fair price. Following our initial inspection, a hail storm passed through our area and Redemption Solar and Roofing happily agreed to come out and complete another inspection even though they felt there was a low likelihood of roofing damage being done. After the second review, they confirmed that the roof was still in good shape.

Redemption has demonstrated a superior level of customer service and has been fantastic to work with. I felt respected and honestly dealt with which is as much as I could ask for. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for roofing services.

An unmentionable roofer initially reported hail damage to the wrong insurance company. Many months later same roofing company again bypassed the agent and reported to the current claims department. This claim denied due to delay in reporting. Fortunately a reputable roofer was called in to assist. Thanks to their expertise and persistence, the correct insurance carrier eventually approved the claim. The damage was assessed, the roof repaired, and the insured was thrilled with the outcome. Great experience! My roof was old and showing early signs of leakage. Travis came out to discuss our options and teach us about the roofing process. He was patient answering my questions which gave me confidence in the choices that I made and the replacement plan that we put together. There was absolutely no pressure in the process! We used them to replace the roof with wood decking, framed out a triangle roof for the porch cover, and the replace the gutters and wood where they are connected (fascia, I learned that!).

The construction was quick! They had a crew out there on time that did an absolutely incredible job. Travis was great at communicating their progress throughout. First, they uncovered a fascia board that was warping, he knowledgeably talked through the repair or replace options, which allowed me to make a fully informed decision. There were two spots of ceiling drywall damage that we were immediately notified about. They repaired them that day and had a painter come out at the soonest availability to match the color. Overall, I was impressed with how prepared and responsive they were throughout the whole process. I have rested a lot easier with all of the thunderstorms and hail that have gone through this area in the last few weeks!

Last year a large tree branch fell on our home and damaged our siding, gutters, and roof. After doing some coordination with various contractors, I still did not have the confidence needed to feel comfortable filing a claim and working with insurance on a repair this large. I am so grateful for redemption solar and roofing. Brandy came to my house when I was at a loss on what to do after a tree fell on my house during hurricane Helene. He talked to my family and guided us through the insurance claim, making sure we got what we needed and deserved. He showed up when insurance adjusters showed up to support me and make sure everything was going smoothly. He was great about checking in and making sure we had open communication. I can’t imagine going through this process without his company and their professionalism. I am in love with my new roof and it looks amazing.

Recent storms brought a large limb down causing damage to an area of my roof. First I called the company that installed my last roof a few years ago. They no longer seemed responsive or reliable so I decided I needed a new roofing company. A coworker suggested Redemption Roofing. After contacting Redemption, Jon and Andrew came out within a few days for an inspection. Jon provided photos, an overview of the damage, a detailed explanation of the needed repairs, and a reasonable quote. A few days later Andrew and a small crew came to repair the roof and gutter. Everyone I spoke to by phone or in person was polite, courteous & professional. They did what they said they would do and made sure to clean up after the work was completed. Many thanks to Andrew & Jon. When it's time to have my roof replaced I will definitely be calling Redemption. Until then, I'll be referring friends & family!

Jonathan is a client of mine that I was talking to about my roofing problem. I asked him for advice and he said he would be glad to come over and take a look at it for me. A short while later after a few days of rain he stops by while I was out of town. He sent me pictures of the problem and told me what he was going to do to fix it. In a short time and more pictures to prove the the work he was finished and cleaning up. I could not be more pleased with Jonathan's efforts and results. Called RSR for a couple small repair jobs on residential and commercial roofs. They were quick to respond, thorough in their repair, and great to work with. When it's time for a bigger job, I know who I'm calling!

Dixon with Redemption Solar and Roofing just came by to inspect my roof after recent storms. I had heard about their great service so I wanted to hear what they thought about my roof. Dixon was thorough, great to chat with, and incredibly honest about what he found and what he thought I needed. Turns out, my roof is in great health and the issues I was concerned about are either easily corrected or not a concern at all. He didn't try and sell me a new roof that i didn't need, he educated me on what i should be looking out for in the future, and gave me room to ask questions and hear his opinion. I needed a new roof several years ago after a really bad storm and went with a company to provide a new roof. Unfortunately, that company did not pan out and left me high and dry. A representative from Redemption got in touch with me and worked with me to get the new roof that I needed. My representative kept in constant communication, both text and call, throughout the entire process. He made sure I knew EXACTLY what was going on for my roof replacement. John Mompoint was my contact person. He was a huge help through the entire project. He showed up at my house after a tornado came through my neighborhood. He offer a free inspection and patch job on my roof to keep the weather out. He did all the heavy lifting for my insurance company as well.

The over-all price was a little high, but they helped make the insurance process pain free and the craftsmanship was second to none.

If I could give them more stars, I would. We had a great experience working with Reid and Redemption Solar and Roofing. We had a great experience with Redemption Solar and Roofing. The wind and hail this Spring damaged a good portion of our roof. Jeff Rash from Redemption was great to work with from start to finish. Jeff completed a thorough inspection of the roof to identify the damage, and was present while our insurance adjuster did the inspection. Jeff recommended the shingle color that would work best with our home. The materials arrived on time and the job was finished within a few days. From the initial claim with our insurance to the new roof being installed only took 5 weeks, much quicker than anticipated. It took over 5 months for my system to be installed properly and to begin working. I had to ask several times to have contractors come to correct installation errors. I was only given $500 off for the difficulty. The cost savings with LG&E did not start until 8 months of having the system. The system DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE GRID IS DOWN which is the only reason I had the system installed. The panels will only work when the grid is down IF you have a back-up battery or a special switch installed on the front end; both are very expensive. The installation was not performed by Redemption Solar rather it was a contractor.
I feel that I was mislead and misinformed and would NOT recommend Redemption Solar.

Redemption Solar and Roofing put on a new roof for me. I can”t say enough good about the job they did. The workers were great did a great job and cleaned up excellent. Will and have already recommended them to friends.

Highly recommend Redemption Solar & Roofing. Jon is awesome and a pleasure to work with. The insurance company only wanted to repair our roof (from wind damage). Jon worked with them, cited state law regarding matching shingles, discussed extent of the damage and the age of the roof, and they finally relented and paid for a whole new roof.
It took a few weeks, but Jon kept reassuring me he'd get it done, and he delivered. And our new roof looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.

Sales team were professional and upfront. They were helpful dealing with insurance. The install team worked ALL DAY to get the job done. The sight was cleaned up and neat each evening and in great condition when they left.
