Christian Brothers Roofing just completed our roof replacement after the March 2025 hail storm. Clay was courteous and prompt in communication, answered all our questions, worked within our budget, and his crew was efficient and thorough. Our new roof looks amazing! We highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing!

There is clearly a reason the rating for this Team is 4.9 out of 5. If I could give them a 10 to pull them to 5 out of 5 I would. The tech that came to do the repair was so over the top friendly and professional I assumed he was an owner. When he called a little while later to check in to make sure everything was ok, I almost dropped over in disbelief. This level of service is a thing of the past, unless you're dealing with these folks. Great job Skylar and Team.

Everything with Christian Brothers turned out great. The communication with Aaron was without any problems!! The crew was here early, and done by mid afternoon and they did a great job of cleanup as well. ANYTIME I had a question, they answered it for me with good timing.

Good price, good quality (I hope, we'll see it in 10 years as the new roof should lasts long). Excellent housekeeping after the work finishing.

While it appears they did a pretty good job replacing our roof and gutters, I do have some complaints about their punctuality and lack of care in protecting property and cleaning up messes they created. First of all, the workers were very late getting to our house. My husband stayed home from work on a day they were supposed to replace our gutters, but they didn't show up until almost dinner time. Since they arrived so late, they had to come back the next day. We were told they would be here at 9:00 a m, but they didn't arrive until around 3:00 p.m. This is a problem when your kids are home from college and you have to try to maneuver vehicles by parking on the street and not being able to get into your garage and/or driveway. This would not have been a problem had they come to do the work at the time they were supposed to. Additionally, there was lots of damage to several of my plants, flowers, and bushes. I can't even count the number of broken branches on my hydrangeas and hibiscus plants. They also left a lot of material debris such as nails, metal, old shingles, etc...plus their own personal garbage (including cigarette butts), all around our yard. I appreciate the quality of work, but it would be nice if they would take more care in trying to avoid so much damage, and also trying to show up when they're supposed to.

I am grateful to Christian Brothers Roofing for their excellent work installing my new roof and beautiful new skylight. All of the crew were kind, professional and respectful and they left my place very clean. I am very pleased and will definitely trust and recommend Christian Brothers Roofing's services in the future.

Clay was a fantastic project manager and he made the process of planning our repair and working with our insurance easy. Their crew was professional and efficient. When I got home and saw the completed job, it was well done and they left no evidence of it being a work site. Every shred of waste was removed, and their work was excellent. This is the second time I have used Christian Brothers Roofing (CBR) for minor repairs within 6 months.
A real person answers the phone and schedules an appointment.
Both times, the project manger arrives on time.
This time, I had small wind damage which resulted with a few shingles that were blown off the roof.
Skylar Sample the project manger assessed the damage and noticed a few other nail head issues. Instead of sending out another crew, he made the repairs himself.
He first gave me a detailed estimate with photos of the damaged areas.
Very reasonable estimate.
Fixed the issues quickly.
Skyler was very professional and trustworthy.
I will definitely use CBR again.

Stair step flashing was uneven and caulking was globby & missing in some areas. We had no input in the flashing color though the sales rep claimed that we did. The black color is stark compared to the roof & brick colors and does not complement the oil-rubbed bronze fixtures on our home. Company reps who viewed the workmanship apparently thought it was acceptable. In response to our complaints, they repaired the flashing on only the front of the house but refused to address the caulking. The second day of installation, there was no foreman nor anyone who spoke fluent English on site with whom we could communicate.

Exceeded all expectations. Quick removal of old roof, efficient, quality work and materials, thorough clean up. I am very happy with this professional company and would recommend them to anyone.

Austin our project manager was absolutely great. He was courteous, meticulous in explaining the roofing project and never pushed us to make a decision. The workers were wonderful and cleaned up everyday (3 days) and left our yard, driveway and deck spotless. My wife and I cannot be happier and the new roof looks better than we thought. Had Christian Brothers out to bid our gutter replacement job and ended up awarding them the business based on a professional quote and competitive pricing. Skylar was great, far and away one of the most communicative and helpful sales reps I've used for work on our home. We signed our proposal and was put on the schedule very shortly afterwards. The only hiccup in the process was that on our installation date I had assumed to be a morning arrival, but the guys didn't actually arrive until around 5PM. This wasn't an issue for us, and was apparently the way we were marked in their scheduling system. But they were working until dark and finished around 9PM, which made it difficult to see the finished job and also check for nails, screws that may have been left on the property post-work. It ended up being a satisfactory installation, and only a handful of small debris remained to collect the next morning. All in all, would use Christian Brothers again for any future applicable work on our property.

They did a great job!! We got a new roof, siding, and gutters. Even when insurance refused to pay the rest of the estimated amount they did not stick us with the bill! They are very responsive and answered all my text questions that I had throughout the process. Even when Josh was on vacation he answered my phone calls.

After receiving two recommendations for a new roof, I contacted Christian Brothers for an objective recommendation. Two different neighbors highly recommended them. They promptly came out and inspected my roof and recommended replacing an existing skylight. They said my roof was in good shape and should last another 3-5 years.

They checked it and said that I could get it repaired and was not pressured into getting a new roof. In 2024 after having high winds and storms I had them come and was so great full the same person that came out last year came out this year. I had much more damage to shingles and many more missing. I decided to go with a new roof. I wasn't pressured and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended you to many people.

We have used Christian Brothers roofing in the past when we lived in Louisville. We really appreciated them then and now. Great company!!! We are now in southern Indian, and a trusted real estate agent mentioned them to me at coffee one day. He suggested having our roof checked out just to be sure there were no issues. He suggested Christian Brothers roofing, a company for which we were already familiar.
Today Austin from Christian Brothers came out to check our roof and found that we did not need a new roof now but maybe in a couple years. Christin Brothers did my first roof over 20yrs ago. Replaced due to hail and wind damage. Great job, workers arrived before 730 and worked until dark. Cleaned up after each day. Had soffits wrap and new gutters installed. Wonderful work. Again clean up was beyond good. Pat Dibble (sales Rep) was very patient and able to answer all my questions.

The sale person was easy to work with. The crew arrived on time, made the repairs listed on the work order in a timely manner, and cleaned up the job site.

We first used Christian Brothers years ago for a small repair. Every other quote we received tried to tell us we just needed an entirely new roof. Most without even walking around on the roof. Christian Brothers sent Austin, who walked the entire roof. He gave us a fair price for the repair and told me we had several years of life left on the shingles we already had. Repair went well and when we had a another small issue happen in another part of the roof, that small repair went well and was fairly priced. In late 2023, we took some wind damage to a gutter and I called to have a quote done. Austin called me immediately to let me know that there was also wind damage to our shingles that I had not seen. He held our hands through the entire claims process and helped us with the insurance company's supplemental claims process (which took forever). They completed our new roof and gutters in early 2024 and I have been so pleased with the final result. We have much better quality shingles and gutters now (the prior ones were original to the house). I highly recommend Christian Brothers. Excellent service!

Wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Roofing. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Austin worked with us to get us the best possible outcome with our insurance claim. We had some delays at the start of our project, however I appreciate Austin and the Christian Brothers team’s dedication to making it right. While we were in queue to have our roof repaired, Austin came out to seal our leak until materials arrived. Christian Brothers definitely gave us the most reasonable estimate out of the companies we checked with and diagnosed a problem that two other roofing companies completely missed, saving us a ton of money. Our final price ended up being about $400 less than originally quoted. Thanks guys!

Update: I have attached some “before” and “after” pictures so you can see the difference. Christian Brothers replaced some wood siding that had begun to rot, part of our roof, and the wood underneath the shingles that had begun to rot, causing our roof to leak. The white trim around the chimney was recommended to us by Austin at CB and it looks great! Once we replace the chase cover, it will look even better.

Austin Morris came out to give me a couple of estimates. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions in a very personable yet professional manner. I highly recommend.

My review is from beginning of the process to end... which took several months. Sales guy was very hard to deal with. Slow getting back to us, which was weird because you'd think they would want to make a sale. Finally got samples and color picked out, then was a couple of weeks before a response to setting a date. Finally workers came out, finished in a day and roof looks great! But, then we noticed damage to our siding from their ladders... that took alot of back and forth . At one point 2 roofers were sent out to fix the siding which made it worse. More back and forth .... siding is replaced.. only took a month to get it fixed. Not sure I'd recommend the company other than the price was pretty good.

Clay was amazing from start to finish. Clay explained all aspects of the roofing systems that had to be installed. He made sure i was informed what was going to happen and when.All my questions were answered and in a timely fashion. Even after the job was complete Clay followed up. Amazing guy. Truly cares about you. Andrew from production coordinated the team perfectly. The foreman and the crew were great and hard working. Clean up was superb. I highly recommend them.

Very good job our roof had wind damage and Christian Brothers worked well with our insurance company so they completely accepted their estimates and damage evaluation. Boosting my review. Lots of fly by night companies will be knocking on doors following the tornadoes today. Get your estimates but save yourself the headache associated with major roof repairs by hiring Christian Brothers. Excellent service and tenacity dealing with insurance. I wish I could rate them higher than five stars.

I give Christian Brothers roofing 5 stars. I had four estimates and Christian Brothers had the better price. Clay Baldwin was easy to work with, He made sure I was getting the roof and gutters I wanted and made sure I was satisfied when completed. The crew that put the roof and gutters on was on time. They did great work and when they left they had the mess cleaned up. I have had a roof put on before and I would be picking up nails for a month. I used a magnet and only found a few nails. I am very satisfied with my roof and gutter and have had a lot of compliments on my house. I will definitely recommend them.
