The roof was installed efficiently in one day and the products were of high quality. The installers made an effort to clean up after the project but we are still finding roof nails on the ground and a couple made their way into our tires. The price reflected the upgraded materials but it is backed up with a strong warranty.

Great total roof replacement. The product appears extremely strong, and has excellent storm resistance ratings. The ceramic/fiberglas asphalt shingles, coupled with super-strong underlayment provides an amazing barrier from the elements. Cleanup of the property afterwards was thorough and no shrubbery was harmed. In Florida, these are really important factors! Great team to work with

The sales person presented the company’s product in a beautiful and pleasant presentation. They were both extremely knowledgeable not just in the company but also in the product itself. These gentlemen also spent a lengthy time to ensure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. The contractor and his crew that came in to actually roof the house were not just professional, but they also worked diligently and were able to turn around/complete a two-day job in half the time. This crew was just as pleasant as the gentlemen who pitched the product…they stayed until the job was completed…and did a job well done.

We had a great experience with Erie Home. They explained everything about their company from the history to the process of their training and how they obtain their materials. They were very professional and helped us out when we were in a pinch. Honestly I didn’t think we were going to hit our deadline with getting our roof replaced, but they came through for us! I can’t complement them enough on how much they have helped us. We are very grateful.

We called and they scheduled an appointment right away. Jackie came out and did the most through inspection of our roof. She had taken lots of pictures and explained every one. Then she worked to get us a good rate and payment for the finance part of it. Then within 2 weeks we had a perfect new roof. The roof comes with an excellent warranty. Absolutely will recommend!!!

Erie Home replaced the roof on our home. We had a great experience with this company. They did quality work and the Erie team was a pleasure to do business with.

Please do not use this company u will regret it! You definitely should have not made any top anything list! You promised my mom $1000 rebate it has been over a month and a half no rebate check. One of your workers fell through my roof part of the inside trim that connects my wall to roof come apart no one has been to fix it you scrolled through the contract promising $250 payments. The payments are actually 350 you said that the Loan would be paid off if something happened to my mom that is not true you tied the house up. The home was paid for and a $20,000 job is now costing $80,000. Cannot get any return phone calls. Carl and Carlos lied to my mother about the contract and said that if something happened to her that the loan would be paid off not true. Your company sucks You are liars. You are not professional. You are not a company that should be trusted.

Excellent experience with Erie Roofing. Jackie and Clay are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond helping my parents get a new roof for their home. From beginning to end, they deligently guided us through the process of selecting, customizing and financing our roof. It was a true pleasure knowing and working with them both!

These guys are awesome man. I called on a Tuesday, had a quote by Wednesday (at 8 p.m. so you know they were still putting in those late hours), and was getting my roof replaced by that Friday! Clean work, friendly people, and efficient timing. Can’t recommend them enough. These guys should be your first and only stop if you’re looking for a new roof. I went with a metal roofing system and I’ll never go a different direction.

Very poor customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for an estimate on August 29th at 1800 hours. The service rep never called or showed up, when my wife called their office we were told that they were running late on their prior appointment and asked could we reschedule. Ok no big deal, appointment was rescheduled for September 5th at 1700 hours. Once again no show no call. My wife contacted them once again and we were given the same story. So we were then told they were not going to be able to make it. After getting off the phone with the company a service rep pulls into the driveway and before we can even get off the porch they turn around and start driving off. Once they notice us they return and immediately begin with lies stating they got lost while driving to the house. I would not trust this company to put a roof on my doghouse let alone mine

Tony and Jonah were the best at their job was very informative were the best can't ask for the best product out there I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great roof

Our overall experience was great! The crew showed up a day early and completed the job that same day. Shawn, the owner of the roofing company came out to make sure that the project was started off correctly and that he had the correct information about the roofing vent placements that we asked to be added. Carl, Erie Home rep in Tallahassee, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He promptly took care of all our requests and answered all of our questions.

I’m glad to have chosen Erie Homes to remove and replace the roof on my home the work that they performed was completed was timely and professional, the cleanup was excellent leaving my yard around the perimeter of my home as it was when they arrived, the new roof was installed and changed the complete appearance of my home for the better. All this work was completed in two days as I was told by the supervisor prior to the work beginning.
