The crew that did our roof was Wendy's crew. They were very courteous, diligent and polite! 2 men on the crew which started last Thursday morning worked very swiftly and left the work area neat and orderly. Also two men were working until Saturday at 5 p.m. or later finishing the job! GOD bless you all! We are very grateful for all your efforts on our behalf.

I recently used Lloyd Roofing and WOW! Dylan was great to work with and the price came in very competitive. I explained to him that I needed a new roof before closing and they were able get my house moved up by 3 weeks. Once the day arrived, I have never seen such a hard working crew in my entire life. The roofers had an entirely new roof on in less than 12 hours and just came back the next day for some finalization work. The worksite afterwards was left absolutely spotless. Thank you all for your quick and excellent work.

After our roof that was installed by Blackfoot Roofing showed signs of leaking only 9 years later, and Blackfoot refused to cover the repair despite the “no leak warranty,” our RE recommended Lloyd. The job was done fast, as far as I can tell it was done well, and it was several hundred dollars cheaper than the quote from Blackfoot. If you’re considering anyone else, especially Blackfoot Roofing, come to Lloyd instead.

Lloyd Roofing were total professionals. Stuart was responsive to our ask for an estimate. He answered all our questions before, during and after the job. No need to look elsewhere, Lloyd Roofing day one.

I always have a great experience when working with Dylan and the Lloyd Roofing team. As a real estate and mortgage professional, I've happily referred many clients to them over the years for roofing needs and they've also put on the roof at my primary residence. They're always prompt, meet their timing targets, are competitively priced, and do great work.

This review is long overdue, with sincere apologies to Dylan. Back in June my homeowner's insurance was going to be canceled since the company was to be liquidated. Finding new insurance was hard because my roof needed to be replaced and I was not ready yet to afford a new one. Dylan came out, made an inspection that was needed to get a temporary policy, and even made a repair here and there to make sure there was no further damage. With the new year coming up I will be able to afford a new roof and will certainly go with Dylan and Lloyd's roofing.

Lloyd Roofing reroofed our house and approximately 6-8 months later, a leak developed only when the rain was falling in a certain direction. Lloyd Roofing was very responsive. David and his crew found the source of the leak and fixed it. David and his crew were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

Have used them before so I knew they did good residential roofs, but I had a tricky commercial roof that was coming in super expensive. I called and spoke to Elena, who said she'd get someone right out for an estimate. Stewart went out that week with a price that was 60% of the next best quote. Great experience

Had my roof installed a few years back called Lloyd roofing to come and inspect a spot I was concerned with. I called them @4:59 pm on a Wednesday and by Thursday they had Dave & Cody on-site fixing my roof. Dave and Cody hands down have been the most professional and knowledgeable roofers I have ever met. Dave took the time to inspect the rest of my roof and even took pictures from inside the attic for me. While Dave was in the attic Cody explained what was going on with my roof and even gave me some helpful tips on how to further take care of my roof. I called Lloyd's after noticing a spreading wet spot on my ceiling. This was especially concerning during peak rainy season in Tallahassee. David, Cody, and Jon came out within the hour to put on a temporary patch. I was extremely impressed with their work. All three repairmen went above and beyond in their service. They cleaned my entire roof, emptied the gutters, and then cleaned off my patio and deck. They also identified several vents that were not sealed properly, and took the appropriate measures to correct. This additional work was all done without my prompting and at no additional cost. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain the fix and answer all my questions. A thorough and professional team!

Dave Cody John and Luke make roofing easy and transparent. As somehow who knew very little about roofing they had the patience and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing and answer any questions I had. I was selling my mothers house and were 5 days from closing when I was informed about a tear on the boot of one of the roof vents . He not only looked at the chimney issue, but also did a roof inspection and found where I needed some more protective seal around my electricity feed. This company has been one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Specifically, Dylan, Colbert & Marcelo were top notch. They responded very quickly to emails & phone calls & they showed up to work every morning on time & worked until dark & sometimes later. Marcelo & his crew were very meticulous & cleaned up our yard & blew off driveway & patio daily before leaving. I started moving patio plants back in place when they were nearly finished & he stopped me & said they would move them back. Very courteous. Their bid was also less than 4 others we received. We can't say enough good things about this company.

They were able to get my roof completed within two weeks of signing the contract. Work crew was able to complete the job in a day and a half on site. Only slight knock was the crew was suppose to remove and take away old gutters, but they did not do that. My gutter guy didn't end up charging me for the removal when he replaced them so wasn't a big issue.

I would recommend Lloyd roofing for residential roof replacement jobs.

Second roof Lloyd has installed for me. This one a metal roof on my workshop. As before, once they were done the only way I could tell they had been there was the new roof. Crew politeness and efficiency is top notch. site cleanup is excellent. Highly recommend.
