This company sends door-to-door salesman after 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays through neighborhoods to search for potential customers. I typically have a problem with any company that sends solicitors to my door, especially with a no soliciting sign up. They aren't even open after 5:00 on Saturdays for me to call and talk to the company about this directly.

Emmanuel Roman was great. He is the kind of professional you can always count on—reliable, respectful, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

Drew came by my house today and offered a free estimate to evaluate my roof after the storms that we've had. While I had to decline the free estimate, I was really impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. I will definitely be calling them if I have any roofing concerns in the future.

Let me get right to the point, this company is the absolute best. I want to personally thank Andrew and Emmanuel for their tireless effort in fighting against an insurance company who just refused to pay out after clear and present storm related damages. It took 3 attempts and I finally got a check from the insurance company for a full roof replacement. This would not have been possible without the help of these two awesome guys. My wife and I are so grateful to finally get our new roof, its been a long 10 months of fighting these corrupt insurance companies. I was contacted by RJ and Taylor for a roof inspection. They went on to file my roof claim, which was ultimately denied. Since the denial I tried reaching out to see if they can offer assistance in contesting the claim but they don’t return my communication. We still need to have our roof replaced so ultimately we will not be going with this company.

UPDATE: After posting the original review, BCR did reach out and helped me open the claim back up and got it approved. We did get a new roof, and I appreciate everything Andrew did for us working on the claim and following up with insurance company. They didn’t end up finishing the roof in one day and had to come back the next day but so far everything looks good.

John Campbell is awesome and very knowledgeable which made the process very easy and not stressful. I love my roof and it looks great!! Very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. John Campbell is the best!!!

Giving Best Choice a 5 star review after meeting with Andrew Byrd, just desiring a quote, however he showed me a video that I had several wind damaged shingles from a recent storm I hadnt even noticed. To my surprise Andrew said thar I might even qualify for a full replacement by filing a claim. I was a lil skeptical at first, however, I it was so obvious to me that Andrew was extremely knowledgeable concerning shingles/roofing/insurance from His years of experience. We filed the claim that day.....and to my SURPRISE ! ! ! I got a call 2 weeks later from my insurance company and was approved for a full replacement. WHAT A BLESSING!!!! I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing due to their attention to detail and looking out for their customers. Also, Andrew has always been available by phone & happy to answer all my questions. We had a great experience with Best Choice Roofing. We worked with Dean Rubinstein who was extremely polite, extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took care of us from start to finish. He personally met with the insurance claims adjusters as well as the roof installers to ensure all of our needs were met. There were no surprises and we got an excellent new roof. The new roof (now two months old) has held up perfectly through two hurricanes already. A job well done!

What good is having a no solicitation sign in front of your neighborhood if companies choose to not honor it. Somebody from this company showed up to my neighborhood and knocked on my door wanting to climb up on my roof without ever being contacted by me. There's a no solicitation sign right in front of my neighborhood that you have to pass by to get in here. The only way somebody would not see it and honor it is if they're blind or choose to ignore it like this company has. Very unprofessional and desperate of a company to do something like that.

We are so pleased with our roof and the service that Best Choice Roofing provided. Our salesman Phil, worked really hard on our behalf with our insurance company to ensure that we were taken care of. We had known for years that we needed a roof, but could not afford to proceed. With Best Choice Roofing we now have a beautiful roof that will adequately protect our home and beautify our property. I cant say enough good things about Phill Tarnow's help at Best Choice Roofing in Tallahassee, FL!! Phil made me realize that I had so much more storm damage to my roof that I didn't even know about. With Phil's help I was able to get a brand new roof by filing an insurance claim. He was able to save me over $30,000 on getting a brand new roof. I just couldn't believe it when he told me that I only had to pay my $1,000 all other perils deductible, But he was right!!! I had previously been denied by my insurance company when I filed a claim on my own, and I was extremely disappointed. One day, a man (John) came to my door and asked if he could inspect my roof. I was hesitant at first, remembering that it was hectic and annoying years ago, but John was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. Omar long was very patient and came out in 90 degree weather to see what was wrong with our roof. He was very informative and taught me and my husband things we didn't even know about roofing as first time homebuyers.. he gave us homebuying tips and had AWESOME humor! He went above and beyond to give us options for our shingles colors haha! I haven't gotten my roof installed yet but I know that this customer service has been exceptional from the start!

After answering my front door, a few gentleman stating they worked for Best Choice Roofing wanted to inspect my roof. They said it was free. After informing the individuals that my roof was recently done 2 years ago and did not need any repair, they became fustrated. One of them pushed and pryed despite my refusal. The other began insisting the damage is there. I stated no and that they needed to leave. It was appalling interaction and they targeted my neighbors! I'm sure they target areas to fish for sales!
