Ken and his team are fantastic. He replaced my roof 9 years ago. Today I found water leaking from ceiling. Called Ken and his man got here in 1.5 hour in Monday morning. It turned out to be cracks on the siding, which is not their responsibility, but Ken took it above and beyond. He caulked the cracks with no charge. This is just amazing. I would definitely recommend Ken to anyone and anytime.

I was in need of a roofer to assess the problems with my roof. After reviewing many companies I settled on Roof.Net. The company had many 5 star reviews. Many more than any of the other companies. So on Monday morning I called Roof.net. Ken, the owner answered the phone. I explained my situation. Ken said he would come out at 9 on Tuesday, the next day. He came out, assessed the problem and said his forman would be out the next day to begin work. At 10 the following day two workers showed up (on time). Shortly after his men left for the day I got a call from Ken to find out how the work was going.
The workers were courteous and efficient.

Ken’s roofing team did a phenomenal job installing a new roof on my house. Besides using great materials, which Ken carefully explained before presenting me with a bid, his team went above and beyond on several parts of the installation. The team installed some fresh trim pieces and hand painted them to match the existing sections. They installed a much-improved roof vent for the bathroom fan, and they removed a kitchen vent that is not in use and covered the hole in the roof with plywood. They pulled up and re-fastened a sagging section of soffit. The team carefully covered the front and rear areas of the house with heavy tarp to capture any falling debris. The post job clean-up was superb; you simply cannot tell there was a work crew here all day. The whole job was done in a matter of hour starting around 9am and gone by 3pm. My house looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Ken. If you are considering a new roof, give Ken a call. You’ll be delighted with the work, and you’ll love the price!

I was referred to Ken by a work colleague of mine, and I'm so glad I found Ken and his team. After 3 other new roof quotes, Ken ended up being not only the most affordable for my family (we just had our first baby), but also the highest quality work, best materials, best warranty we found out there. I can't say enough about Ken. He installed my roof 4 years ago and I was very happy with the installation from beginning to end. He was always pleasant and helpful. I recently had a problem with a vent that had nothing to do with the roof but Ken sent someone out to fix it the same day I called him and didn't charge me!!

We notice some leaks in our 26 year old 4000 sq foot mansard roof. On a Saturday morning we called 5 roofing companies. Only Ken Briesemeister at Roof.net picked up. He came over that afternoon and spent two hours with us looking at the roof and talking options. He had already researched the house and roof via internet satellite coverage. We opted for a complete new roof and signed the contract Sunday morning. On Thursday morning under Ken’s personal hands-on management the house was swarmed by a highly disciplined team of 14 mechanics and 10 hours later most of the work was completed. They found 19 rotting plywood roof sheets that needed replacing and other structural work which was done on the spot. We were updated with detailed videos and commentary every two hours or so of the construction. A few left-over details were finished the following morning. The work of this company was outstanding, the morale, discipline and teamwork exhibited by his crew was upbeat and inspiring, the pace was fast and precise, the price fair, the organization amazing, the finished work and its details such as the chimney flashing something special, and the clean-up afterwards impeccable. I can’t tell you how satisfied I am with my new roof. As a long time homeowner I know that you need to have a few quotes for work done on your house. Roof.net were the best people to deal with. I wish I could give Ken 10 stars. From start to finish, he handled every aspect of our roof replacement as if he were working on his own house. He's definitely a perfectionist and wanted to be sure the job was done exactly right. He was on top of every detail and in constant communication, including videos as the roof was being replaced. The crew left my yard and property spotless. Ken is also an extremely pleasant person. And the icing on the cake was that he was between 5 % and 15 % less expensive than the other estimates we got to replace our roof. So glad we went with him!

Ken supplied a list of what he would do. Used great brand of shingles, water and ice shield, and answered all my questions. The roof looks great. Ken answers all your questions. I expected a guy with 40 years experience to do a great job and Ken did a great job. The ridge vent even goes across the whole roof now to. Very happy. Picture taken at 5 pm so this is how good it looks at night. Should have taken it at noon to show you how splendid it looks in pure sun.

Ken was such a joy to work with. He is a professional and has a lot of experience in roofing. He and his team arrived early in the morning, ready to work. Ken sent us videos and pictures of the work as it progressed. We really loved being able to see what was happening. His staff was professional and very nice. After the roof was installed they cleaned up everything. They got up all the nails, removed their dumpster, and even hauled away an old DirectTv dish that was no longer in use. When they finished you couldn't even tell they had been there. They started at 7:30am and everything was completed and cleaned before 5:00pm. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company and I've had several. From start to finish Ken was always in communication with me regarding the process to include the bid and the day of... everything was done in a timely manner and all evidence of them being at my property when they were done was gone except for the beautiful new roof. I couldn't find a better price and I had three bids. The best part of this whole story is several months later a piece of siding came loose. My fiancé had some concerns after a recent storm caused some structural damage to her roof. I reached out to Ken and his staff at roof.net regarding this concern expecting to get a hard-sell about how I need to get the entire roof replaced.

Their team was done in two days (for a pretty large house), matched all of the flashing around my house (chimneys and other joints), and even replaced my skylight. All done very professionally and Ken came out prior to the job to inspect and was onsite to oversee it. And despite increased raw material cost, they had one of the most competitive prices.
