I had Roofer 911 replace my roof a few years back. After a recent Rainstorm I noticed that my roof had leaked. I reached out to them to have a look at it as it is still under warranty. An inspector came out a few days later to look at the leak after I had reached out to them, He said they would take care of the problem. After a week their office reached out saying that my file is" pending" and that they would keep me updated with a return date. It is now close to three weeks later and I have yet to hear from them regarding a return date. I understand a company being busy, but I don't understand the length it has taken to schedule a job. I will hire another contractor to repair my leak as I feel I cant trust Roofer 911 for the repair as this is not the only issue I have found with the roof that came from the installation they did. I originally went with them because they had/have a high google rating. Maybe my situation is a rare one for them, but overall, I have not had the the best experience with them.

We had this company install a roof in 2019. It leaked in 2024, and was allegedly under warranty. We couldn’t get anyone to come to our property in a timely manner or work with our property manager to address the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend doing business with them.

Had a noisy old attic fan replaced, and the scheduling was easy and prompt (both for the estimate and the repair). Unfortunately the new fan installation turned out to be noisy as well, which was aggravating given how much it cost to replace. They came back to address the issue pretty quickly, and it has been mostly solved, so far as I can tell, since!

I noticed that we were starting to have a dark spot in two areas of our ceiling and seeing as this is our first home, was not sure how to handle a situation (let alone who to contact!) Could it have been a gutter situation or a roof leak?

I found Roofer 911 on Nextdoor and was able to get immediately an appointment with Austin for an inspection of the corner of my kitchen bay window that's been damaged by rain for years. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained the issues to me in clear details. The problematic area was fixed in 2 days by workers who cleaned up the work area well afterward. The cost was not cheap but the work was high quality as the water leakage hasn't recurred in the last 4 months.

There was water dripping from the exhaust fan in my bathroom when it rained and the wind blew a certain way. It was right before the holidays... I called several roofing companies and this group was the only one to respond. They came over to estimate on my schedule, promptly sent me a very specific estimate and we scheduled the work for shortly after Christmas. They arrived on time, made the repair and sent me pictures (since getting up on the roof is way outside my skill set) of the work they did. Great experience both times I used this company. They did my roof and then fixed a gutter that was attached poorly that was causing the soffit to rot. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful in clarifying questions, and I felt the price was very reasonable.

So why write a review for a company I didn't use? Because I wished I used them in the first place. I had another company install my roof. Unfortunately the roof had some leaks. After several frustrating encounters with the previous company I reached out to Steve at 911. He arrived when he said he would. Steve listened to my description of the problem and then checked the roof out as well as the inside of the house where the water was getting in. He showed me that this was more of a gutter issue and had suggestions on what might work. Bottom line is that at this point I was pretty frustrated. Steve could have told me I needed a 5k repair and I would have believed him. Instead some gutter rehanging fixed the problem. Nice to know that honest professionals are still out there.

It’s been a few years now since we had a leak in our family room addition. Couldn’t get anyone to come over quickly - except Steve B.

In December 2015, we had a leak coming through our garage ceiling and the dry wall started to come down. I called three roofing contractors and Roofer 911 was the only one who could tell me the cause and how to repair it. Steve B. came out to my home the same day I called him, he took a video on the roof explaining the details of the issue, emailed it to me since I was at work, and completed the repair the same day.

In May 2022, we needed to replace our 19 year old roof due to normal wear and tear. Out of the three bids we received, Roofer 911 came in $1,000 to $2,000 less than the others. I received the proposal from Steve B. on Friday, I signed it on Sunday, and the roof was installed on Thursday the same week. Everything was on time and on schedule including the delivery of the materials, the crew, and the one-day installation and clean up. If I had any questions, Steve would answer all my calls every time and I never had to leave a voicemail message. He also answered all my emails promptly. Steve and his crew were very professional which made the entire process smooth from start to finish.

I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!

We had Roofer 911 replace our 23-year-old roof, which also entailed replacing about a dozen plywood sheets. We contacted Steve B based on the recommendations of friends and family who had worked with him and who were very satisfied with the job his company did replacing their roofs. Steve was extremely responsive to our initial call; we heard back from him within hours. He was also extremely responsive leading up to, during, and after the work was performed. His team did a very professional job, completing the job within one day and cleaning up afterwards. We have yet to find a single nail. Steve said that customer satisfaction was very important to him, and it showed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Roofer 911's performance, and we would highly recommend them. I should also mention that the cost of the job was well below the bid we received from another major roofing company in the area.

I was so impressed with Steve. We had water coming in our skylight after a big snow in January. He came out that day, even though most businesses were closed for snow. His crew came out a couple days later, shoveled off the roof, and fixed the area around the skylight that was leaking. During the estimate he was honest about what he could and couldn't do (we have an unusual roof) but there turned out to be no problems. It has snowed twice since then with no issues. Had our roof replaced couple of weeks ago by Roofer 911. Bottom line: quality professional service at a reasonable price.

From 2015-2017, Roofer 911 did three separate repairs on different parts of our roof: 1) chimney leaks, 2) skylights leaks, and 3) roof vent pipe leak. When Steve inspected the affected areas, he was spot on in identifying the source of the leak each time. We have not had any issues or concerns with those repairs. When we returned from an overseas tour and reoccupy the home, we noticed several small bulges on the roof, but this time we decided to replace the entire roof instead of potential "band aid" repairs. Couldn't be more pleased. Steve came out to look at the job the very day I called. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. We were asking him to look at the roof on our screened in porch where we thought we had some issues. Sadly, while the porch was new the person who built it was unresponsive to our needs. Roofer 911 appended a patio shingled roof to our house. The price was reasonable and done within a week. The roofers came out a day early due to incoming weather, but were still hit by an unsuspected storm. They were able to weather it in before the storm hit and finished after it was gone. All in all, it took around 4 hours. We've had a few heavy storms since and it's holding up just fine.

Quality workmanship, great price, responsive and excellent communication throughout the process. We needed emergency repair and Steve was the only one willing to come over the weekend. We had to reschedule a few times because of rain and the changes were communicated well.

Among all the contractors Steve certainly stands out: he is passionate about this job and was able to book us in the same week. We had our gutters and a part of the screened deck roofing done by them, and both jobs are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Roofer 911. Steve was able to come out immediately to inspect and provide a very reasonable quote for a roof leak around our chimney. Our repair required work to be done by a separate chimney contractor prior to the roofing work. With this wet and cold winter, the repairs needed to be rescheduled at least 4-5 times. Each time Steve easily adjusted our schedule and always had roofers available. Other companies we were considering for this work had 4-6 week waits. Roofer 911 did a great job installing a new gutter in the front of my house. During a storm the old gutters leaked and water seeped into my house, leaking into the kitchen ceiling. After the new "Rhino Gutter Guard" gutters were installed, we had a major ice storm, followed by rapid melting the next day. Everything is "high and dry". Steve was great. Highly responsive, great quality, and a fair price. The new gutters look great too! I would definitely use Roofer 911 again!

Steve was 100% amazing! We had a roof leak. We called six big roofing companies who made us wait and wait just for an appointment to see what was going on. Their quotes were astronomically high and they were all trying to schedule us for weeks later. All seemed interested only in entire roof replacement (which we absolutely did not need). I called Steve and things moved along so quickly! He was prompt and professional. He showed up when he said he would to check out the issue and sent a very fair estimate via email the same day. The leak was fixed the very next morning! From what we've seen thus far, his employees did a great repair job. I will never contact any of those other guys. Roofer 911 is great! I called because it sounded like a torrential downpour outside my bay window when ice was melting on Dec. 18, pouring down from our gutters. I found Roofer 911 and read the excellent reviews. I called Steve, and he came in less than 2 hours. He parked his truck, looked up at my front gutter, and immediately said he knew the problem. Our gutter was bent in the front, along with other issues, and the back gutter was equally as bad, if not worse. We contracted for new gutters and gutter guard. No pressure from Steve. However, with Steve, we have gotten both all the times we've used him. Both times we've had leaks, I either reached out to Steve on Yelp or emailed him directly and, even over the holidays, got back to me within 24 hrs. He will call or email you directly with a date/time he will show up, do his assessment fairly quickly, while answering all questions you may have, and also complete the work super fast, while guaranteeing his work to ensure the quality. He is super pleasant to work with, always very responsive and if anything, pushes communication from his side as well, which is very helpful, and is sensitive to getting work done quickly as roof leaks are very time sensitive matters. We required emergency roof leak repair discovered on a Wednesday, so we submitted a request for an estimate on Thursday. Steve Briese called back very quickly and agreed to come give an estimate between 8am and 1 pm on Friday. He also agreed to call 40 minute before he arrived. Everything went exactly as he described. He called 40 minutes ahead of time and showed up when expected. He said he would email us an estimate right after he viewed the problem area and checked for leaks with a sophisticated water leak testing device, showing us where the water was coming from in our sun room next to the back of our 2 story house. Steve sent the email within 5 minutes of discussing the estimate! Quite efficient! We were excited to find that they could do the repairs within 2 days of our approval of the estimate. The crew arrived exactly when expected and did a wonderful job stopping the leak that quickly. Steve, the owner, came immediately upon being notified that we had roof damage the was causing a leak into the attic. He provided an estimate within the hour, this was on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Since last winter, I developed a slow leak in my roof that was developing a rather large water stain in my ceiling that was growing with each passing storm through the spring. We needed a new roof. After having 5 different companies out, we chose Roofer911. I have used Roffer 911 and Steven 2 times prior to this one. Hence I knew who to call when my roof had another leak. He took a look and he told me he could repair it however because my roof was that old he recommended a new roof which his staff installed very quickly and professionally and in a timely manner. He also installed new gutter covers.

The owner Steve responded quickly, came out on a Saturday and used his experienced and infra-red camera to confirm the source of the leak. He explained that the repair was a simple (even for me!) DIY job, wrote down exactly what I needed and didn't charge me. I followed his instructions and the problem is resolved. No question who I will call when I have a more serious roof problem.

Had a occasional water leak along HVAC vent leading into utility room from roof. Steve and his team had helped me in 2017 when ridge vent had blown off roof during wind storm and I needed immediate assistance; called him again to assist with this.

Long story short, it was time to replace my 29 year old roof (3 story townhome). Steve was responsive, super friendly, and provided very reasonable quote. Discovered a leak when cleaning the gutters. Called Steve and spoke to him Saturday afternoon. He came out Monday morning, provided a quote on the spot and completed the work Tuesday, following up with me on Wednesday to see how things went. Did not try to sell anything that was not needed. When my roof started leaking after a heavy storm I did some research on roofing contractors and he came highly recommend. After the recent hurricane IDA, our kitchen began leaking (again) and I knew it was time to replace the 15-year old roof. I called ROOFER 911 and Steve came the next day and did an inspection of the roof. It was as expected with more damage than I initially thought. My house in Fairfax City is 55 years old so I decided to replace the entire roof, including plywood, shingles, skylight, and gutters. A week later, a team of 8 workers showed up promptly at 0720 on 13 September and worked continuously until 1815. The next day another team of 4 men came and installed all the shingles and on 15 September another team of 4 men came to install the new 6 inch gutters. The job was completed in an expeditious and professional manner in 2 days plus 2 hours. The team leader for the entire installation was a gentleman named Romeo and he had his team of workers organized with work being done like clockwork. In addition, I would like to mention that 37 feet of wood planking had to be replaced due to "wet rot" and that was done by a gentleman named Yonis, who made a very difficult job look easy. Today my roof is that of a new house and I can sleep now during storms without walking from room to room with a flashlight aimed at the ceiling. Within no more than 1 hour of submitting for an estimate on the website I had a call from Roofer911 stating they could check the issue with my bump-out and give a quote for the work they would need to do within ~30 minutes or so. Once the quote was emailed to me, one of the owners called me and explained what is contributing to the bump-out leak and how they'd address all of the items. The next morning they came out and performed the fixes within only a couple hours. It was a very easy process and the fixes they performed seem very comprehensive in order to stop any future leaks. I'm definitely happy with the whole process, and I feel confident that the next time a huge storm comes through I won't have to worry about water coming through our bump-out.
