Great to work with, reasonably priced. They installed a large picture window in my house a few years ago and just finished replacing the rest of my 36 year old windows. They did a great job with the removal, installation, finish work and cleanup. Highly recommended.

The installation was done carefully and efficiently. Although it seemed to me like a lot to accomplish in one day, a large crew showed up early, got right to work, and finished in the afternoon. Everything looks fabulous. We will certainly use Century Siding for our windows and doors in the future.

After looking at several companies and visiting showrooms, we hired Century Siding to do roofing, windows, and siding on our house. We could not be more pleased with the results. Their customer service and communication are fantastic and their prices were quite competitive too.

After a tree fell on our garage and the roof of our house, we faced a combination of structural and exterior repairs. The repair tasks were divided among five specialist contractors, so ability to coordinate and meet our schedule were important. We also wanted to use the opportunity presented by the disaster to correct some annoyances with the house (replacing outside faucets, installing new outside lights, replacing a back door and screen door, and improving the durability of trim in areas where pipes, wires, and vents penetrate the house). Century worked through the details with us and the results are outstanding.

Century installed a composite siding called Alside Ascend that looks like Hardie Board but requires no painting. We’re quite happy with its appearance. Century also clad most of the wood surfaces on our house with aluminum, including molding around windows and doors, rake boards under the edge of the roof, fascia (the boards behind gutters), and other areas. As a result, we now have almost nothing to paint on the house above ground level. They also replaced old, discolored soffits (the perforated boards under the edge of the roof that improve ventilation).

Century is a family-run business. The team is experienced and has worked together for a long time. They were very responsive to special requests during the project and showed great attention to detail. They also cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the project.

There were two minor follow up items over the weekend after the project was complete. One of the owners replied to our message on a Sunday and visited first thing Monday morning to resolve them, noting that one of the company's differentiators is post-installation service. He also refused payment until we were completely satisfied.

In an environment where so many contractors are difficult to reach, perform mediocre work, and are eager to move on to the next job, working with Century was a pleasure.

I had all new siding and gutters installed on my Arlington VA home in June of 2025. Got estimates from several top rated firms and Century Siding had the best price and the most informative estimate. The work was completed on schedule and none of the extra contingency costs (if hidden damage was found) occurred. All workers are very friendly and the job site was kept clean including a thorough cleaning at the end. A worker accidentally disconnected a sump pump before a rain leading to some water in our basement. The company took full responsibility and left the basement in better condition than prior to the event. I give them my highest recommendation and will reach out to them when I’m ready for new windows.

Century Siding was extremely responsive to my needs to address siding that needed to be reattached over my garage doors and replaced siding that had cracked and distorted due to proximity to a gas grill. They also replaced a broken J channel underneath a set of three windows in our breakfast room and recaulked where needed. The Sales person who came to the house to estimate the job was very thorough, listened carefully to what I wanted and were careful documenting the required work in the cost sheet they sent me. Also, their price was the best. The project started the week they said it would and completed when they said it would. They also started and finished work on time each day. At the end of the project the work team did a good job of cleaning the debris related to their work.

We enlisted the services of Century Siding to wrap and paint our nearly 40 year old house. We are extremely satisfied with our interactions with the company, the work they did and the conduct of their crew. They even found a serious flaw in the construction of our front portico that could have caused serious damage and possible injury had it not been discovered. They reinforced the portico posts with pressure treated lumber, covered it with PVC boards and matching ornamentation, and painted it to match the previous posts. Highly recommend Century Siding!

Our 30 year old roof needed replacing.
After meeting with a few contractors, we chose Century Siding for the project. Everyone at Century Siding we dealt with was professional and a pleasure to work with. Max did a great job with the initial meeting and explaining what the options were. Micheal was spot on with all the updates pertaining to the start of the project and any additional costs that came up. In our particular case we needed three new sheets of plywood to replace deteriorating old ones. What I appreciated the most was the punctuality and professionalism of all aspects of the job. The shingles were delivered a day prior to the start of the project. And the work crew arrived the next morning and started working immediately. All of this was clearly communicated by Micheal beforehand so there were no surprises. Awesome! When the project was complete the crew did an equally amazing job cleaning up after themselves. If you ever had your roof replaced you know what I'm about to say: There's probably a thousand nails and roof disc hangers (?) strewn about the yard as workers rip out old ones and replace them with new ones. The crew picked up all of them off the yard. Really impressive. As for the project results, we couldn't be more pleased. The roof looks amazing! My wife and I are glad to know the warranty will cover us for most likely the life of the house. Priceless! I would definitely recommend Century Siding and would use them again for any future siding or roofing projects. We were extremely pleased with the Mastic Structure vinyl siding product and installation. Century Siding's pricing was very competitive. The work crew was experienced and addressed all my questions. The Administrative Office was responsive to all my questions during the process. What a difference the final look is versus the old siding! The new siding is in the first two photos. I liked the framing done around the windows, which replaced ugly caulking. They did a great cleanup job.

Our project started as a window replacement and wood wrapping (I don’t want to paint any longer), and ended with window replacement, wrapping, replace two doors, and replacing vinyl siding with Hardie siding. We were surprised when Yong Lee, President of Century Siding Co. came to provide an estimate. Mr. Lee was very engaging and personable. We discussed the products and services, and the differences between Century Siding and other local companies. We liked the approach of Century Siding. We also had received estimates from three other companies.

Century’s final estimate beat two of the national brands, so we selected Century because of the price, and the extensive list of referrals they provided with names, address, and phone numbers of previous customers. We had also driven around and looked at the finished product on some of the houses from the referral. The kicker was as we were signing the contract, there was no mention of a down payment requirement. I called the office and was told there is no down payment. You pay upon completion of the work. Now, this is an unusual especially for a service contractor, but this point definitely sealed the deal for us.

We were told it would take 4 to 5 weeks from order placement to product installation. At the end of week 4 from contact signing, we received a call to coordinate installation. The window crew arrived on time and had all the windows and two doors installed just after midday. The siding crew also arrived to deliver the tools they would need to replace the siding and wrap all the wood. They would also finalize everything on the outside of the windows. The siding crew said they would return the next day by 0730. They actually arrived at 0700 each morning and began work at exactly 0730.

It’s evident that the window crew and the siding crew have all worked together for quite some time since they definitely worked as a team. They also kept us informed every step through the process.

We have used Century Siding for two houses spanning 20 years. They have replaced vinyl siding, roofing, skylights, all of our windows, exterior doors, gutters, and covered exterior wood surfaces with aluminum cladding to prevent rot and the need to paint. I had all the windows replaced (32 total), 3 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, replaced all wood corner boards on the entire house with PVC boards, removed some wood siding and replaced with Hardie Shingle siding, etc. To put it mildly, the project was quite extensive. The product and workmanship were great. Our house was complicated because it’s a Dutch Gambrell, which means they had to get on ladders to put the roofing on the front of the house. We also had three skylights replaced and a new sun tunnel put in over our stairwell which we love. We had a little hiccup along the way and they made everything right. It was much appreciated.

Century Siding did a fantastic job installing our new gutters, trim, roof vents, and soffits. They were on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. Everything was completed in about 2.5 days, which was within the timeframe they estimated. They were clear in communicating the cost for the new fascia board that was needed since it was rotted along the back of the house. I'd definitely use Century Siding again and would recommend them to others!

This was a roof replacement due to hail damage, and the schedule for completion was impacted by temperature, rain and the short daylight hours. Once the weather cooperated, the team pressed very hard all day to completing 95% of the roof installation before the darkness rolled in! The balance of the roof was completed the next morning. Each step of the work was completed carefully and correctly despite the effort to move quickly. I periodically checked the progress and a final careful inspection the entire roof showed all was complete and done properly - a testament to the skill and care taken by the crew. A chimney repair contractor was also onsite at the same time as the roofers. The two teams cooperated so both tasks could be completed on the one day with good weather, which we appreciated very much!
We had new bathroom fan roof vents installed and the tech took care to locate them properly and attach the insulated ducting as requested. I was also satisfied that the crew followed good safety measures throughout the day, with the ladders, use of harnesses and ropes, reflecting their good training, keeping everyone safe!
The cleanup was done on day 2 and was thorough and complete.
The finished roof looks excellent, and we have received numerous compliments from the neighbors. Several plan to contact Century for their roofing, siding or trim needs!

I had Century Siding install replacement windows in my house. They did an excellent job! They replaced my old wooden windows with Simonton 5500 windows. The new windows look exactly like my old windows, but they are much more weatherproof. It was a 3-step process. First, they came to my house and measured. Second, it took about a month for the new windows to arrive. Third, installation took less than two hours. They were very good about keeping in touch with phone, text, and email.

Not only he provided me the best quality door, but the price was also the best. And he is the only one who got it installed within 2 weeks. Other people told me to wait for 2-3 months. His crew who came for installation were very professional too. They covered the nearby area with the sheets and explained me what they are going to do. We have used Century Siding’s services since January 2008 for both homes we have owned. At our old house they replaced the windows, then a new roof with new gutters, then new siding, and finally repairs and replacements after tree limbs caused roof and window damage. At our new home, they replaced the roof with new gutters and downspouts and have replaced many of our windows in addition to replacing much of the exterior trim work. Century Siding is consistently quick in responding to any questions and arranging time to come out for estimates, do whatever work is necessary including rare instances where we needed warranty work done. Their quality is so excellent though that warranty work is hardly ever needed! They provide excellent products, clear pricing at extremely competitive rates, and are generally a great company to work with. I highly recommend them.

Century Siding Company, Inc, Chantilly, VA, did a wonderful job re-siding my home. I called to get an estimate and someone was out to my house pretty quick. It was June when I called and they were very busy. Once you confirm your job, there is about a 3-4 week wait for materials to be ordered. Once materials are received, you are contacted to confirm installation date and estimated time for job. The crew that arrived was a long time working crew who made everything look easy. They arrived, set up working space, set up equipment and got right to work. Fast, efficient, thorough, pleasant! They cleaned up at the end of every day. When the job was complete, the Team Lead went over everything they did… and asked if I had questions or concerns. They then did one last walk through before they left to ensure everything was cleaned up and they left NO FOOTPRINTS in the sand! Thank you Century Siding!!

My neighbor had some work done by Century Siding. I couldn't believe the transformation. I gave Mr. Kim a call and scheduled my townhome for trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters. His crew worked diligently in the 100° weather. They are craftsmen. Like my neighbor, my home looks fresh and new. I would definitely recommend Century Siding.

Overall, very satisfied with the price and quality of work. I had both trim and gutter/downspout replacement done. The work was performed by two different crews. Both crews arrived when scheduled and completed their respective work in a timely manner. The trim crew took their time to address some underlying issues and complete their work properly. They also did an excellent job cleaning up all job-related debris. I would highly recommend the trim crew. The second crew did a good job fitting the new gutters and downspouts, but was not as thorough in their clean up. I would still recommend the gutter/downspout crew with the caveat to pay more attention to their clean up.

From initial estimate request through window install, Century Siding was absolutely wonderful to work with. We received multiple quotes and Century Siding was by far the most prepared, organized and knowledgeable - they brought sample products, thoroughly discussed options for improving our window configuration, answered all of our questions and took detailed measurements. The estimate provided extensive detail and communication throughout the ordering process was clear and concise. While the entire experience was seamless, the install is where Century really excelled - their large crew arrived on time and handled the install in the agreed upon time. They went above and beyond when they walked our neighborhood to examine other homes with recent window replacements and decided to replace all of the exposed wood trim with aluminum capping to match the neighbors and result in a better, cohesive finish that requires little to no maintenance on our part. While this took extra time and required extra product on their end, it was much appreciated and showed how proud the entire company is of their work and ensuring things are done correctly. They were also happy to answer all of my husband's questions on site, and quick to explain or touch up anything that he asked about. I would highly, highly recommend Century and will use them again myself in the near future!
