Customer feedback about DaBella is mixed, with several praising the quality of products and the professionalism of the staff, while others express frustration with aggressive sales tactics and communication issues. Many customers highlight the knowledgeable and respectful nature of the representatives, emphasizing the value of the products and warranties. However, there are serious concerns regarding relentless follow-ups and pressure to make immediate decisions, which have left some feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, negative reviews mention unresolved issues and poor customer service after the sale, impacting the overall perception.
- The value of the exclusive Glasswing windows is unmatched.
- Elijah has been unbelievably helpful throughout the process.
- Elyjah and Dennis arrived right on time and spent about an hour doing a thorough inspection.
- Sebastian and Darren H. are as professional as they come.
- Cesar and Rick were really amazing! Omg the way they were so polite and sooo helpful throughout the whole process was really great!
- I may not go with them simply because of the relentless sales pressure.
- Their sales team did nothing but lie and pressure us.
- It ended up being an awful, pushy and incredibly time consuming experience.
- Dabella offered the highest pricing in the city of Bellingham.
- I’ve tried to call them about issues, my calls are sent to voicemail and no return calls.

Tambri and Austin came out to see my windows yesterday.
I have stucco siding and my wood trim is rot around my windows. She was very informative, and found a window package that worked for my plans to sell the house.
The value of the exclusive Glasswing windows is unmatched. Thank you Dabella!!

Went ahead and got a quote because they were already in the area and we are needing to get the roof done within the next few years. I do really like the product and the warranties. But I may not go with them simply because of the relentless sales pressure. I'm in the middle of fixing the siding and paint already since that needed to be addressed immediately. The roof still has some life and they acknowledged that with their inspection. So even after I said I am interested but I want to complete what I've already got going, they've continued calling from several different numbers, keep trying to say they have some new offer that I won't want to pass up, showing up at random at my house again etc etc etc. I initially liked the product and they were at the top of my list, but now I might just look elsewhere.

Elijah has been unbelievably helpful throughout the process. As first time homeowners, we haven't had to go through the process of a new roof yet, but any question we had he was willing to talk through and be open and transparent about. He showed us the shingles that are exclusive to DaBella and I absolutely love that it has a moss warranty as we have to deal with moss in our area. The 50 year roof warranty is such a great value compared to the 20-25 year one that we had before that is now needing to be replaced.
Super grateful to Elijah for helping us through this process and being so communicative to us while also helping with the financing as this wasn't an expense we had planned for.
I'll update the review once the roofing has been completed!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
