We had Dabella install a new roof and gutters. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our salesman was Elyjah W. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was in constant communication as the work was being done. We loved the value of the system and the exclusive color of the roof. You could find companies that would perform the work for less but I do not feel you will get a better value. I definitely recommend Dabella if you are considering have work done on your roof.

I had a positive experience with Elyjah W and Darren H. They really tried hard to give me the best value and comfortable pricing. Additional comfort was present with exclusivity of products and warranties.

Like many companies, DaBella was canvassing in my neighborhood offering free roof inspections. My roof has been a source of anxiety for years, and I’ve had several companies out for repairs and estimates—so I accepted, just to get another perspective.
Every person I interacted with was warm, patient, and sincere. Elyjah and Dennis arrived right on time (lateness is a personal pet peeve of mine!) and spent about an hour doing a thorough inspection. They were professional, respectful, and very friendly—most importantly, they seemed genuinely invested.

Naturally, the inspection ended with a sales pitch—but to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. It was educational, clearly delivered, and full of thoughtful, well-informed answers to all my questions (some more than once). Elyjah and Dennis made it feel like a meaningful conversation, not a hard sell. Their belief in the product, the company, and in building real relationships with customers was clear and refreshing. I truly appreciated the value of both their thoughtful approach and the detailed information they shared.

I hadn’t planned to make a decision that day, but their approach made a big impact. The second deciding factor was the product itself—especially the American-made shingles with copper, designed for our climate, and the exclusive upgraded attic ventilation system. I care about quality and function.

Elyjah followed up the next day, and when a delay came up due to car trouble, he called to let me know and still came by later to keep his commitment. That kind of reliability is rare, and it meant a lot.

I’m confident Elyjah will be a steady, accessible guide through the rest of this process. If you’re a homeowner looking for professionalism, clarity, and real human connection, DaBella (and especially Elyjah and Dennis) is an excellent choice.

Sebastian and Darren H. are as professional as they come. They provided an experience that was not only smooth but also felt thoughtfully curated. I appreciated how they made me feel like more than just a client—they made me feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout. The level of detail and care added a sense of exclusivity, and the overall value of their work was well worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about Sebastian and Darren H. From the moment we connected, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They created a very welcoming atmosphere, and I felt so comfortable working with them. Their approach made everything feel personal and elevated, which gave it a true sense of exclusivity. The quality and value they delivered were absolutely top-notch.

Nicholas and Serge were really great explaining the prices of everything from the siding to windows. The windows are amazing and the pictures of my house with the siding they did were awesome. These guys are have great information and some great prices with good financing.

Do not use this company. Stay away from them. Their sales team did nothing but lie and pressure us. Everything was done wrong. From a door that was ordered opening the wrong direction then installed upside down to work. Ordered the wrap for my windows and not received, and still paid for them, chips on the window frames themselves. Looked horrible . Told I would get PSE rebate, did not. Told the screens would not tear, they did. In fact one was installed ripped. Have tried to call them about issues, my calls are sent to voicemail and no return calls, emails are ignored.
Stay away

After this was posted I was finally contacted by email and was told that my screens are not covered under a warranty. They will not return my emails and send my calls to voicemail and will not return

We had a great experience working with Cesar Vazquez for our roof and siding project. He was respectful, helpful, and always on top of things throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and he made sure everything stayed on track. We really appreciated his professionalism and follow-through. Highly recommend!

DaBella’s sales team came by our house and convinced me to do their “free assessment” with no strings attached and it ended up being an awful, pushy and incredibly time consuming experience that has left a sour taste in my mouth. When they arrived, I made it very clear that my husband and I were not in the market for a new roof right now but having an assessment done would help us for when we would be in the future. He called it a “health check.” I appreciate that they got up on the roof and took photos and measurements and went into our hot attic to look around, however that’s where my appreciation stops. What followed was a totally tone deaf, scripted and relentless sales pitch and after reading reviews on here and Yelp I’m sure I’ll be dealing with many many follow up calls for days maybe even years to come. The guy who came out to give the assessment literally only knew how to give his sales pitch and he listened to nothing we were saying. We told him repeatedly that financially a new roof wasn’t going to work for us this year and he kept badgering us, and insisted he tell us more about DaBella, which might somehow change our minds. He said he hated to be the “bearer of bad news” but the situation wasn’t looking too good for us. We just had to have a new roof TODAY or else… He used fearmongering and told us he’d hate to see our roof go through another summer and basically made the comment that our roof might collapse by the end of summer if we don’t take action right now and drop $40K. Our roof is maybe 12 years old and we’ve only been in this house for 2 years. And even the sales guy said from the driveway the roof looked in great condition, but that the real problem there was poor ventilation in the attic causing the wood to “sweat” sap. Seems to me a better solution than a new roof would be to fix the ventilation first but what do I know. He also made a comment at one point that our roof had been installed illegally or against some new regulation required. We repeatedly told him we could not afford that financially and at one point, over an hour into this sales pitch, we told him we didn’t need to see the roofing kit he had and he still proceeded to show us “just one more thing” . We asked him for a business card and other info/materials we could keep for later about 3-4 times so we could contact him when we were in the market for a new roof and he flat out just refused and kept plowing through his pushy sales pitch, asking us multiple times what it was going to take for us to say yes on the spot and wanting to know more about our finances. He literally did not want to accept no. And then after we ended the thing, he said before we left he had to call his “boss” to basically tell him what happened and so his boss could offer us a “sweet deal” of a 1 year deferral on payment, which after reading reviews seems like a common offer/tactic they use. And after that when my husband stepped away they still tried to ask about our finances and pressure me to say yes.

I’m sure their materials are quality and they do good work, and had he been more respectful of our time and our answer, we might have considered DaBella for future roofing needs but now they are at the very bottom of any future list.

Cesar and Rick were really amazing! Omg the way they were so polite and sooo helpful throughout the whole process was really great! Super knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions. I would highly recommend them and DaBella! :)

I had a fantastic experience working with Elyjah W from DaBella. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly respectful and professional. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answering all my questions clearly and patiently. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and informed. Elyjah made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and stress free.

As their daughter, I’m so grateful he gave them peace of mind and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Cesar!

I was shopping around for a new roof replacement and Dabella offered the highest pricing in the city of Bellingham. They were pushy and tried to make a deal on the spot, but I am glad I insisted on a firm no. It turned out that all other roofing companies in Bellingham provided me with much more competitive pricing. Others were relaxed and didn’t try to pressure me, and they offered to honor their offer for 15-30 days. Many of other companies quoted me half of Dabella’s pricing, and one company offered a price 50% less than Dabella’s while using the exact same shingles that their sales representative had been bragging about. They kept calling from different phone numbers, promoting discounts and extra offers if I take on other projects with them. While your experience might be different, my advice is to shop around and never accept their offer on the spot.

Had a pleasant time talking with Rick. He walked me through the whole process without pressure, taught me a lot, and was able to assess and explain the damage in our attic from a leaky roof. By the end of the meeting it really did feel becoming part of a family. Excited for a new, efficient, beautiful, and safe roof!

Rudy and Andrew did an outstanding job being punctual, giving a thorough inspection, providing the information we needed to make a decision on what company we wanted to go with. They were instrumental in our decision to go with DaBella.

Tyler Toombs and Nick Jackson both were great inspectors. Shared all his findings, mostly good. Overall excellent, I enjoyed there time and if a roof was ready to be replaced I would use DaBella products in the future.

Caleb has been amazing. He has been so helpful setting this up for me and my special needs brother. Would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Nick and Austin gave a wonderful explanation of the product and described the details of their services. Was not excepting them but my interest has increased. Will use them if I get my windows replaced.

Tambri and Karen’s did a fabulous presentation, both answered all my questions, were very knowledgeable, worked well as a team, and I am excited to get my new Windows soon!

Great team of Jarred and Sebastian came out in the evening, accommodating our later schedule. They were very through with the inspection and communication, including pictures. Answered all questions and gave great feedback.

Wonderful work! Roof looks great! Damion was Wonderful walked me through the process. Answered all my questions! The crew arrived in the morning as I was leaving for work, when I came home roof was done! You couldn't tell anyone was here yard was clean! They even cleaned my gutters! Highly recommend!

Elyjah came over to our house and told my husband and I all about our roof. He went on our roof and took pictures and shared them with us. He was very knowable about the product . We aren't ready right now to put a roof on. It is a very good product and in the future we will contact them when we are ready.

cody came out and took a look at mothers windows he helped us see that they were outdated when we had no clue he taught us about windows and was being very respectful, he was made us feel very comfortable with daniella’s window system and were excited to move forward in the future.

Rick and Nick were phenomal. Their knowledge of the product and the process were first class! Never gave me any feelings of concern or dishonesty. First time dealing with DaBella, and these two made them look good! Thanks fellas!

We really enjoyed our experience with Austin and Hanna going over the windows we needed replacing. We had fun spending a couple hours with them making sure we were getting exactly what we needed. We told them to please stop by any time they were in our neighborhood we would love to see them!

Just met with Rick to learn about and ultimately sign on a new roof project on my house in Ferndale. He was very informative and to the point!

Horrible!!! They gave us a "free quote" it was not free because they used up so much of our time! They would not take no for an answer and felt very sales pitchy. I do not trust them as a company because they kept on making up more promotions they could offer us when we kept saying no, also felt the pressure that you have to decide immediately. They knew we were short on time and still took over 2 hrs, and told us they sometimes run as long as 6 hrs with these "free quotes." OH and after we said no they proceeded to call my husband at work 3 times with more "offers"

Sales representatives, Rick Bishop and Ike Percefield, conducted business in a fair and professional manner. They listened to our concerns, addressed it promptly ... we're excited to have our new roof installed, and more importantly, the cost was well-worth what you receive in value. We're informed installation expected to be done in several days...wahoo

Rick Bishop was who we had come give and give us the sales pitch/info. He took the time to explain everything, along with pictures to back up his reasonings on why we should get a new roof and soon. While there was some pressure to sign today, he accepted we wouldn't do anything immediately without push back and was polite the entire way which we do appreciate.

Jarryd Dressor came to do my inspection, project bid, and sale. He was thorough and very knowledgeable and made great recommendations based on my needs.

Andrew and Quinn came to inspect our roof and did and amazing and thorough job and gave me some good tips on removing the moss growth on my roof

I cannot say enough great things about Tambri and Hannah with DaBella! Seriously! Super informed, know their product and willing to spend time to evaluate and share their findings. They are extremely passionate about their product and the sincerely care about the families they work with and want to educate and help people! Highly recommend… willing to travel to you and they work very hard to make you feel great about their windows! We enjoyed working with these fierce women in the construction industry (which was awesome to work with people that didn’t only talk to my husband). They do windows, roofs, gutters, siding, bathroom refurbishing… Well done, ladies!

Damion and Tyler Aydalotte were awesome and super chill, my dad is a lot to work with and very good at getting everyone off topic of business. But they helped him find a great deal none the less and were able to schedule a roof replacement. They were very professional and didn’t mind the mess and trouble. 10/10 recommend

The Sales Representative, Caleb Bryant, was here today to take a look at my grandparents home. I was present for the appointment and Caleb was knowledgeable and did not have salesman demeanor whatsoever. We were pleased with his ability to work with us and understood our needs. The discounts we were able to informed about were great. His approach was realistic and honest.

Angela from Dabella was very friendly and understanding about our situation and not planning on doing any upgrades for a year. She told us they would give us a free estimate and to have some good perspective on what goes into it later on. Following day, two helpful dabella employees walked us through options for the future and gave us lots of insight for when we decide to move forward. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Very appreciative of their time even though it is not something we are going forward with at the moment.
