Tyler and Rebecca were extremely knowledgeable and worked with me very hard to get me a quality window that was affordable and within my budget. I'm happy that I can take care of this project that I've been meaning to do. I was feeling that I would have to put this project off a little longer but they were able to work some magic and make it happen without breaking the bank.

Overall great experience with DaBella. I had a representative knock on my door to set an appointment for the following day. Without knowing what was going on with my roof I decided I would take a look into it. Thankfully they were able to come out and get on the roof to find a hole. I wasn’t prepared to take on further damage to my home with the monsoons coming. After going through all my options they were able to find a solution that worked for my home and that fit into my finances. Super happy I made this investment on my home and roof. Would recommend 10/10.

Spencer came out to check the roof, which was replaced 2020. I had leak concerns over a window however Spencer did not find any evidence of leak. Could have been a leak before replacing the roof. he was very informative and helpful with my roof and computer :)

If you have a Roof with multiple layers please get it replaced quickly before it causes permanent damage. they brought a hard working crew in. They had a few hiccups but Anthony did a great job of getting them taken care of. This company does a great job of taking care of problems! They Handle IT. From the beginning we have had a good job done with our project. We met with Diego and he was a nice young man! He helped us get the project started. Once the windows were received in the warehouse they called to set up install and on the day of install the guys came and make quick work of our project. The guys were fast and efficient but did great work. You can tell they only do windows and they were trained correctly. Anthony and Tyler came to help with furniture and make the install process easy. They also came back after to help clean up furniture and put things back. Thank you dabella for helping us and making it easy.

Trust your gut. Set an appointment. Next day was looking at reviews after an appointment confirmation call, where I was told I was eligible for vacation vouchers. Wtf? I thought about it and asked myself, who's paying for that? Me. I called back, tried to cancel, got a pushy guy, I kept the appointment. I called main number, tried cancelling again, pushy guy trying to get me to keep appointment. I shut that down. My gut tells me with the explosive size of this company around the country that they sub out work to local subs, they get the extra, your project will be expensive. Do some internet searches. You'll figure it out if you're smart

We had a great experience with DaBella. We met with Jaelin and Quincy in the beginning for a thorough presentation. They were friendly and informative. We agreed to have 14 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. Within 5 weeks, the installers led by Greg came and had all of it installed in 2 days. There was a slight hiccup with the slider opening the wrong way, but they quickly got on fixing the error and had it made and installed 5 weeks later. Anthony followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything, and he was so friendly and helpful. We are completely satisfied with how quiet and beautiful our new windows are. Great job!

I thought it was not possible, but I got the brand new shower I've needed for years and Devin made it happen. His help totally made the deal possible.

Leon and Andrew came to perform a roof inspection, and unfortunately we found an out a lot was wrong with a roof that was about 20yrs old. The biggest selling point is that DaBella buys back the old solar panels which the past company went belly-up. They have given us a great deal with quality products and a new solar panel system. I’m excited to work with them and have a trustworthy warranty.

It's been a pleasure working with Leon and Diego. They laid everything out and presented the best options for my personal needs. The personable presentation fostering a good company relationship.

I would give zero stars if I could. Made appointment but Henry was a no show. No call from them for a reason or to reschedule us. We called them to see what happened, transferred 3X to different people who were clueless as to what happened. Last person said the appointment was cancelled but couldn’t tell me why, how, or by whom. Horrible customer service. Not sure how they were picked for one of the Best in East Valley 2025.

Once upon a time, Dabella tried to help us out with windows. Unfortunately we were a pretty tough nut to crack. That is until they persisted with determination to help us because our gingerbread house was literally falling apart window by window.
Diego was unlike the naive little kids from the book story coming into a gingerbread house. He not only was very knowledgeable and relatable but as honest as they come. To us that honesty is golden and makes all the difference between getting sold and getting helped.
Im looking forward to having that nice look on the outside and the comfort of cool and functional windows on the inside.
I would give 5 stars but we just started the process and haven’t gotten new windows yet. That final star will come at completion.
Update July 4 Everything went great and I am very pleased with the windows I'm saving money which is the most important but also my house looks amazing and the quality of the windows not to mention aesthetic doesn't compare to the other window jobs I've seen in the neighborhood.

When they first came out I had a good experience with the representatives. They explained everything to me and I Decided to move forward.the office manager Janice’s called me and updated me as I was waiting on my windows. If I didn’t answer she would leave a message. They called me a week before to set up install and on install date they showed up on time! They made quick work of my 13 windows and have finished in 1 day. They were fast but more importantly clean. During install Anthony showed up to make sure everything was working properly and taking notes of anything that needed to be addressed. Overall I am happy with DaBella. I would recommend them!

I had a new roof put in about 6 1/2years ago. They say that they stand by there name and guaranteed for life. My home owners ins said that they were dropping us due to our roof was lifting up and it needed fixed asap to not loose my ins on the house.
I left one message and they never called back. I reached out a second time and an email went out, no responds again. I called again and they sent another email.
How much more do I have to do?
Still paying for the roof with a bank. My question is, will I get a call or not.
Will try other options asap.
5/18/25 update... they contacted me and I only had about 10 day left before my home owners Insurance was to end. Anthony that work there ,i do believe in the office was on top of my case. He had someone out to take a look to see what needed to be repaired. Anthony made sure with the insurance company on pictures that was sent to him and the complaint the insurance had with my roof. 3 days later,Anthony had 2 men out and had the roof all repaired. Anthony understood that we were in a time crunch. They provided to the ins company as requested what they have done. We called the ins 3 days before the deadline and was in the process of it being all resolved. I still have the insurance today.

Great experience. Decided to move forward with the roof and siding. Gavin and Alan were very helpful in answering all of our questions.

Dan came out to my home and inspected my old windows and we both agreed they were ready to be replaced. He worked with me to find the best option and gave me a deal that I could afford. I can't wait until install day so I won't have to feel the heat coming through this summer!

Quincy and Hailey came to my house on time and very informative. They were great, unlike Anderson very pushy. They quoted me three different prices to choose from. I will refer people to them.

The reps came out and helped you guys out with my windows and my bath. The pricess was quick and easy and we got the work done quickly. The install for the 6 windows only took 4 hours and the shower was 2 days! They did a quality job and they worked efficently. Anthony swong by after to make sure i was happy at the end! We are happy with everthing. It costed more but you have to pay more for quality and we are happy we did!

My husband and I recently bought our first home and we knew we needed new windows the moment we moved in. Justin came and explained DaBella and showed us what they offered. I loved how detailed he was with everything and patient with us. I can’t wait for our new windows!

Our initial major home renovation project involved bathroom remodeling, and DaBella appeared to be a suitable option, given their product quality and projected timeline. However, the sales representative's overly aggressive approach was concerning. Although I comprehend the sales strategies discussed, our 6:00 PM meeting extended beyond its scheduled time, concluding at 10:45 PM. We were unable to commit due to the necessity of complete sewer line and toilet plumbing replacement, a point the representative couldn't definitively address. The focus remained on aesthetics, despite our prioritization of plumbing repair. While the high-end finishes were impressive, the lack of respect for our time, considering our 3:00 AM work start times, was disappointing.

Windows are good, hard to open...but the service is HORRIBLE! They installed a defective screen and I have been waiting and calling and texting for 5 weeks to get this resolved! At this point I would recommend you call a different company! The employees have ZERO follow-through, once they have your money! The windows are less than 8 months old and the screens are WARPING! INFERIOR PRODUCTS!
