Linda Sánchez from the Dabella Yakima office came to our home to show us the windows, and she was great! She was super friendly and explained everything in a way that made sense. She showed us how the windows work, what makes them a good quality, and walked us through the whole process, from picking the windows to how the installation would go.
She answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable without being pushy. Overall, it was a really good experience, and we feel confident moving forward. If you’re thinking about new windows, definitely ask for Linda Sanchez.

He arrived at our home in East Wenatchee, WA and he couldn't have been more thorough with his inspection from outside in. In searching for a good company to do my windows product, II met two yiybg men from the DaBella company. As a college professor wfitgh 45 years of experience, I have usually a good judge of people I might hire. These two men knew what they were talking about and expllained thoroughly and pdrofessioally what they would need to do on our project of putting new windows in our entire living quarters.. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Their names were Cameron McKinney and Nate Ponce. They left us feeling like we could not do better than them. They were in sync with each other on what needed to be done, and were equally adept at describing how it would be done.. I felt like I was hiring the two best people I could. If their finishied job is not perfect, I will be totally amazed! I have expessed my views concisely and completelyl, no nothing more!!!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Cameron McKinney and Nate Ponce from the Yakima, WA office of DaBella windows. They were very professional and explained everything about the windows and the installation process. We were very impressed by their knowledge of the windows and how they took the time to show us how the windows would help with our utility bills. They did the entire “pitch” on DaBella windows and we was sold!. Looking forward to the completed project!

Dabella is great if you are not a soft or sensitive person, and if you don't mind cars salesman culture. They have a fantastic product. And extremely impressive sales techniques.

1. They came inside my home and were there 1.75 hours. They had a practiced pitch with a slideshow. It didn't feel like they were human, that I was interacting with a script.

2. I told them I was just getting quotes from the very beginning. They used these sales tactics on me:
-four square manipulation
-pushing unnecessary addons
-overvaluing the first estimate. Then they "called their supervisor" and had what seemed like a scripted conversation in front of me, to make it seem like they fought for a lower price.
-shaming: "oh, so you need to talk to your spouse to make a decision? I thought you were the decision-maker?" They kept pushing a decision when all I wanted was a quote.
- On the phone, they lowballed their prices; in person there was about 10k added on.
-"I'm a veteran." They noticed a family picture of a veteran and attempted to bond over it. I didn't trust they were actually a veteran.
-"God must have sent us here." They noticed a stack of religious books and attempted to use religion to form a bond.
- they specifically disparaged and spread gossip about competing roofers. I called the other roofers to make sure.
-"today only pricing" : they kept pressuring me to decide. Four times.
-exaggerated the state of the roof: "oh this is really really bad." When we've had it inspected and I knew the condition of the roof. They were acting like I knew nothing.
-mis-education: on insulation and roofing details; internet sources and other roofers educated differently, much less fear.
-fear mongering: on follow-up phone calls, they repeated would say "we know your roof is in bad shape. We don't want anything bad to happen to you or your family." When a paid inspector had given us peace that we had time to find a good roofer.
-talking about "potential cost changes" and being vague on the exact contract.
-frequent follow-up phone calls despite asking them to stop calling.

3. I asked around and found an ex-employee: Dabella is allegedly a commission company. This explained their high pressure sales strategies.

4. Their "experts" suggested the wrong roof! I think they would have put up a wrong roof for our house had we signed the contract. Two other roofers we got quotes from couldn't believe that they wanted to put up what they suggested.

I didn't feel comfortable at all. But if I was a lawyer or enjoyed negotiating and playing hardball, I can see Dabella working out for some. Make sure you read their fine print! A neighbor reported their grandmother in Tri-cities used Dabella and in the contract there was language about online reviews. The fine print I did read, it was extremely confusing and they explained it as "boiler-plate contract stuff."

Avoid if you are vulnerable or not very smart about roofs; seek their services if you are a shark.

Angel Amezola and David Orozco are out of the Yakima and they were able to find an affordable solution for my window problems! I seriously recommend these two and Daniella for any of your window needs. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I can’t wait to look into their James Hardie Siding in the future!!

Mason came out to look at our roof that we found out was over 20+ years old and wasn't covered by a warranty AT ALL. He gave us his professional opinion and it was a no brainer decision when showed us what dabella offers! If we ever need any other home projects done he'll be the first to know.

My husband passed away February of this year. We have been working on our house for over 6 years and our next project was to get the citing of the house done. He passed before that happened.
I wanted to get it done for him and couldn’t decide on a company. We didn’t have the best of luck with some contractors before in the past. So I wanted to make sure I was picking a good company I could trust. I came on upon Debella. I am so happy I found them and called. I got the pleasure to meet and work with Abbey. She was there for my family every step of the way and always had time to answer my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable. Very grateful that we got to work with her.
I felt that they understood what I was trying to do and they also kept my husband in mind while the house project was happening. It meant so much to my family and I. From our first meeting to the last day of working on my house. It was the absolute best experience. They have the kindest people and from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank them enough for the amazing work, kindness and understanding that they showed us. I just wish my husband was here to see the transformation to our house.

Wow! This company is litterally changing the game on home improvement! Devyn W and Abbey R spent 4 hours with me educating me on the importance of not falling victim to the common mistakes people make when choosing the right contractor or product for my siding. I am so excited for my James Hardie Siding System! They both informed me of my options and I made the choice to have DaBella install my James Hardie System. I would avoid DaBella!
They will set up an appointment for a "presentation". It will be 1.5-2 hours. Then instead of giving you a quote like most professionals, a sales team will continue calling you. This team does not communicate with the presenting team or anyone else they have calling you either. So, no one knows who has talked to you already and the communication is poor and the it's the same thing over and over. They will want to have you go through another presentation. Or more maybe, I didn't keep it up to find out. They will use high pressure sales tactics at all times. Targeting the vulnerable unfortunately.
If you finally get a quote for work it will be almost double what you are charged if you simply hire the company they will end up hiring to do your work anyway.
It's a shame this business model is working for them.

I was in the market for windows seeing how I had a few that just weren't in working condition. Luckily Dabella knocked on my door and sent out a professional the next day! Mason was an absolute help in finding a solution that best fit my budget and still took care of the problem. I would recommend him to just about anyone!

After doing a number of upgrades to our 1940's home, siding was next on the list. Angel Amezola showed up at our house and gave us a great presentation on siding on everything the project would include. Angel was knowledgeable, kind and professional throughout the process. The crew did an amazing job with the installation and we're very happy we chose Da Bella.

DaBella offers a discount if you commit to giving them a 5 star review, I encourage you to take that into account when considering their rating.

Their best offer for windows was 5 times higher than a local installer, it took two hours and a "let me speak to my manager" routine to even get to that. It reminded me of all of the worst parts of buying a car with the focus on affordable monthly payments, but the windows wouldn't even be available for 5 months. They offered a 5% discount for signing that day, which is not something I have seen from a legitimate contractor. The core of their sales pitch was insulting small businesses. Their regional offices called me frequently even after I told the salespeople I worked with I had chosen another firm. I can't speak to the quality of the work or the warranty, but it was a high pressure sales experience for an uncompetitive price.

It's a little more legwork to find a local window installer or roofer but do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes from local firms if you're making a big investment for your home. I'm not one to give 1 star reviews normally, but DaBella made me regret contacting them with every interaction and they game their rating on here.

Estimate was thorough and technition was personable and professional. Look forward to working with this company for my upcoming project.

He is a treasure for the DaBella company. I loved his way of being, speaking, and working. The only thing is that my financial situation does not allow me to make this important offer at this time. I like the materials they offer and the guarantee they give. It is sad that I cannot make this opportunity at this time. The DaBella company has a great employee with you. Today Valente came to our house to view our windows because we are in need of some. He is really professional on what he does, and I honestly loved the way he was treating us and showing us the windows. He is really respectful aswell. He was always giving us the best deals and affordable windows he could, because he saw we really needed them. Unfortunately it was out of budget that’s why we couldn’t buy them. If it wasn’t for money we would have definitely gotten them. Valente is a really good guy and it really shows how much he cares for his clients.

We recently had siding work done and while the siding itself is high-quality and the workers who did the siding were professional and friendly, our overall experience was disappointing.

Initially, communication with the sales rep was great, until the siding installation was completed. We were told that both the siding and trim would be taken care of, but instead, trim was placed around the existing trim on our house. Now, we have to do extra work to remove the current paint and repaint it to match the updated trim color.

Additionally, we were promised a credit for any unused plywood, but over a month and a half later, we have yet to receive it. We did not use any of the plywood and the packaging wasn’t even opened. Despite multiple calls and messages, we have heard nothing back. To make matters worse, when the plywood was picked up since it wasn’t used, the workers removed it from the packaging and left the trash in our driveway. That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The sales rep also told us he would come out to inspect the finished work but never did. When I reached out to ask for the house colors again (so we could match the paint for our garage), he assured me he would provide them when he got to the office. That never happened either.

Having spent a significant amount of money on this project, the lack of follow-through and poor communication are extremely frustrating. Because of these issues, we will not be using DaBella for future projects, including the work we had originally planned for our next home. While the quality of the siding itself is good, the broken promises, lack of responsiveness, and unprofessionalism have left us deeply dissatisfied.

Comparing the Glasswing windows to the crappy old windows on my apartment really shows the quality of the product. Timothy Franklin knows his stuff, and you can trust him to treat you with respect and integrity.

Yesenia and Jake were thorough and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to talk with them and were not pushy at all. They believe in their company and were able to answer all of our questions. They are great!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They spam call, NON-STOP! I get over 20 calls a day but when confronting them they have NO record but one call. When you tell them you're not interested and not to call you and hang up the call back to back to back then give your number out to other spam callers!
