Edvin & Dylan recently visited my home and did an inspection. The siding has needed replacing for several years now and they did a great job of explaining the repairs needed and how the exclusive James Hardie Plus system will accomplish the repairs and improve the value of my home.

I just wanted to share how thrilled I am so far with The DaBella and the team—especially Jesse and Juan. Even though the James Hardie siding hasn’t been installed yet, the experience leading up to the project has been nothing short of outstanding.

Jesse has been incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the planning phase, and Juan brings a level of confidence and professionalism that instantly put me at ease. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that makes all the difference.

I chose James Hardie siding because I really believe in the quality and long-term value it brings to a home—and I’m excited to see the transformation take shape. Every step of the process so far has reinforced that I made the right decision choosing DaBella.

When I met with Jess Kinsey about my house and new windows he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions! It is clear that he focuses doing the best for his customers. My overall experience was amazing!

Just got 8 windows installed from these guys, and the whole process was very easy and went really well. I went with the exclusive triple pane windows they offer and it has made a very large difference in the temperature inside the house. Our AC doesn't have to run nearly as much as it did, and the house stays cooler all day long. David was very responsive throughout the whole process and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I am way too excited about my James Hardy siding as well as my Sentrel shower system that DaBella will be installing at my home. David S and Juan walked me through their entire process and explained their product with great detail. Eva & David spent a lot of time making sure I understood the whole process. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful and patient.

We had David and Eva come out to inspect our windows, we really valued that they were honest and professional, yet you could tell how much they cared. We weren't planning on buying windows when the man came to our door the day before and pointed out that we had single pane windows, but by the time Eva and David finished their presentation we knew Dabella was the company we wanted to work with and had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

I’m excited about getting my old roof done and done right with Dabella’s metalmark exclusive roof.

One look at my shower and you would know it needed to be replaced.

We were very satisified with the roof Noah helped us make it an easy process. And the pipe boots in particular look awesome! No maintenance for us the better.

Had an "appointment setter" and his partner at my door today. He started off his pitch with a little lie that it was going to be noisy tomorrow as they would be working on my neighbor's house. Then he tried to pitch a roof inspection for my house. All the while my dog and I are asking him to leave. He was still pitching his bit when I shut the door in his face. And I called my neighbor. No work scheduled. He wouldn't even answer the door for them.

Great company to work with. Gabriel the salesman was a hard worker and made sure i was taken care of at every turn. The whole team was great highly recommend.

From beginning to end, the experience working with the team was impeccable. Justice was kind, patient and honest. The installers for the roof, siding and gutters were clean and professional and all were patient with my dogs. I would recommend DaBella hands down for any home improvement projects.

DaBella of Vancouver, WA came to my home while canvasing the neighborhood. They made an appointment for their Salespeople to come by the next day. The salesmen arrived on time and followed through on the inspection of my roof that had been promised. They showed me photos and evidence of the condition of my roof which I already knew was not good. After lengthy discussion explaining their process for replacing the roof, and going over the promotions that were available to me, I went ahead and made the to have my roof replaced by DaBella. While I was nervous to make such a big decision, working with David S. and Julian S. at DaBella has been the best experience it could be. Both David and Julian were so nice to talk to and work with. They took the time to get to know me and to understand my family and financial situation. They worked with me running numbers all afternoon listening to my situation and working to make an arrangement that would work for both myself and DaBella . I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I appreciated the same values from their supervisors and managers.

Jenny was great. She was very understanding, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm very excited about the walk in tub. I am happy to have a safer tub so there won't be any more falls.

The two salesmen (Jason and Ryan) worked hard for my business. I kept saying no and that I didn’t want to sit through the “spiel” but they kept explaining how things work and how we NEED a new roof. After getting me some food (I was hangry) and a great deal, we are scheduled to get the new roof this month.

I wanted to thank Jess Kinsey from DaBella for knocking on my door and taking the time to address my siding with an impressive and very professional inspection. I realized that the siding does need to get done sooner rather than later. With his knowledge, hands down, this guy knows his stuff. He's super friendly and easy to be with. I didn't know anything about DaBella or what they did. I do now. DaBella sounds like a great company, and Jess praises how well they treat their customers. We had Eva and Noah come out and gave a thorough inspection of our home, built out a system that would solve the issues we were having (mainly poor ventilation and our roof being improperly installed to begin with) and Eva walked us through the process every step of the way. A beautiful soul to have in our home and we really felt how much she cared about our experience. We are beyond happy with how smooth the install process went and our experience with the representatives! Eva is apart of the family now and we're so happy to be invited into the Dabella family.

I had a "appointment setter" show up at my front door. Before he could day anything I pointed to my bo soliciting sign. He interjected with "I see you have a no soliciting sign..." and I interrupted with "so you know what that means and now you know you're trespassing." He fires back with "I'm just passing out information about..." I proceeded to interrupt with "you're soliciting information and you are trespassing." He tried to reply but I interjected before he could say anything with "you need to leave now."

Real credible.Explained to the detail.Really inpressed,would recommend to others. I'm really exited for the project!

Overall the Dabella team was great to work with. Once our project was underway the communication however was minimal which was a little frustrating. The trailer dumpster got dropped off and we received a knock on the door at 7:40 am with no warning of ETA. Also connecting to do the final sign off of project was frustrating as I was talking to multiple people and they did not seem to be talking to each other. The actual work and clean up of the roof was fantastic however.

Had a rude salesman approach our door that has a clear "no soliciting" sign. Unfortunately, he didn't have a name or flyer. Just that he works for DaBella. Repeatedly asked them to leave and they disregarded it. They continued to say they aren't selling anything but c'mon.
The only thing pointing him to DaBella is his word and a jacket with the green butterfly logo and name. FYI the Better Business Bureau has a report on them as well as many Reddit posts. And for the cherry on top: we called their customer service line, put on hold, transferred to an appointment scheduler who put us on hold again while he got a supervisor. Supervisor said he would put our address on the "do not knock" list and send the complaint to the area manager to follow-up.

Salesman wanted to look at the siding, I said I wasn't interested and that it was the bottom of my to-do list for the house. He said that was okay, it's for training only and would schedule an appointment.

Adam canvased the house and started a sales pitch about the company. I said I wasn't interested, because it will be years before I'm worried about the siding. He tried to continue to sell, and I finally had to say that I don't mean to be rude, but this is a waste of time for him because I'm not interested but would accept his business card for when I am.

He insisted on showing me something else that could help with increasing home value in the future and was available to the public so I heard him out. Afterwards, he tried starting the bid process and I told him again that I wasn't interested. He was disappointment and I reiterated that I wasn't trying to be rude, and he said I kind of was. He was definitely disappointed he couldn't get the sale as he left which doesn't make any sense because I told him from the beginning I wasn't interested and DaBella said it was for training only.

They need to know when to stop selling. When I asked for his business card I was sincere about contacting when the time came. Now they lost my business all together.

Stay far away from this company.

Nick & Dylan stopped by to discuss our project, which is replacing a bunch of single pane windows. They took their time to listen to what we wanted and they were very thorough in showing us their windows. I liked that they were able to demonstrate the benefits of good windows. They had a good attention to detail and helped me refine my project expectations. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sneak something by me. I appreciated that Nick took time to help with financing.

Jenny and Gabe put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. They were very knowledgeable. The best part is that I made new friends.

Jenny was amazing and very thorough. It was such an easy process. I’m so excited about these windows especially the tilt out feature so I can clean them. I’m so stoked

Thank you for sending you worker David S out to our house. He was very patient and professional. He explained each product and how everything comes together. My husband and I have a rule we do not spend money on the spot with high sales techniques.
After 5 other companies came out we decided to go with Dabella. My husband and I are living in a 55+ neighborhood. The last thing I want is to see my husband up on the roof. Ohhh heck no!
I had Dabella come out a second time. When I told David I can only come up with x amount monthly.
I made it happen. I feel like I made a friend with him.
He has been invited back for our little towns 4 th of July event with family. Once this is done we are going to see about a bathroom.

I have been putting off needed repairs. Jenny was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She provided adequate information on all the requested products and even helped to secure lower costs. There was no pressure to buy and multiple times assuring me if I didn't want it I could say no. I would recommend this company just for a consultation.

Ryan explained everything to an old couple that had to get a new roof! We were so happy with his working around our schedule. Corey and Ryan were helpful and we got a great deal for our new roof. I recommend them very highly!

Jenny is my new BFF. I felt so comfortable with her right away. The windows and bath were the biggest home improvement projects that I’ve ever done and a huge investment, but she made me feel so at ease and confident throughout the process.

My old windows were falling out and had black mold growing inside of them. My new windows are amazing. They open so easily, I love the safety features and energy efficiency.

The bathroom was the most dramatic improvement. We went from a dark cave like space that was barely big enough for one person to a spacious, stunning, bright spa like experience.
