Rogelio was very professional and friendly. He was easy to communicate with and answered all the questions I had. He and his crew worked very hard to install a new metal roof on our house. I do not recommend this company. I asked for an estimate for a metal roof and inquired about a repair for a roof leak. The replacement shingles that were installed were from a different manufacturer and had different dimensions. They were of the wrong color, and poorly installed. As a tradesman I would never leave a job like this. 10 out of 10, do NOT recommend.

Roys metal roofing replaced the roof on our 100 year old house and did a fantastic job. Roy was incredibly responsive and patient with us and our questions. Beyond that, we found them to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, able to deal with the multitude of bumps our project hit, and incredibly pleasant to work with to boot. They cleaned up daily and did immaculate work. Roy worked alongside his skilled crew and there was a high level of professionalism in everything they did which included removing a chimney, moving a window and good amount of carpentry. Really a pleasure to have on site and the roof looks amazing! I would recommend them in a second for anyone considering a metal roof!

Roy Metal Roofing just completed a standing seam roof at our house. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Their standard materials package is better than others offer (thicker gauge), they use a membrane for underlayment when others want to use felt, and they mechanically seam. All roof cuts were exact and flashed out properly... no cutting corners with anything.

The crew is prompt, professional, works hard with a high level of skill, and they tidy up nicely. Very respectful as well.

Outstanding pricing to boot... you really should give them a call.

There were several things that initially impressed me about Roy, compared to other contractors. He used higher quality materials as his starting base, he was very responsive, and he was the only one who also inspected within my attic.

My roof and skylight replacement went smoothly. The workers worked hard and thoroughly cleaned up daily. Roy worked alongside his crew, and continued to be just as responsive and patient with my many questions. Overall, my roof looks amazing! I highly recommend the quality and expertise of Roy.

I have been incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship and detail of Roy Metal Roofing. My mid century house had quite a few issues including; settlement/slope, poor ventilation and excessive vents. Roy and his crew took the time to do it right, every step, and they still cranked out a new metal roof and garage roof in less than a week. The crews have been on-time, worked hard, even cleaned up the job site each day after they finished including using a magnet for any stray nails.

I am Extremely happy with the work Roy and his crew did for me. Roy installs exactly what I wanted. I wanted a thicker-gauge panel, other companies pushed back - Roy just does it standard. Roy installs a peel-and-stick underlayment when the other companies just wanted to roll out #40 felt. I also wanted the mechanically-seamed panel, not the snaplock panel. Roy does seamed panel standard. So, the better materials that I wanted and a competitive bid made Roy an easy choice.

Once the job started, the crew showed up when Roy said they would and it was a competition to see who could work the hardest. They were super efficient and kept the job site tidy throughout the entire process. Roy works with his crew and you can tell he treats his workers well. Provides all the safety gear, brings a portapotty on a trailer, and ensures everyone has cold water. As an advocate for labor, these things are important to me.

Roy was extremely knowledgeable about roofing. He fixed an issue around my chimney, made the counter flashing so much better on the masonry, and helped me correct a ventilation issue. The ventilation fix required removing a course of the soffit boards, so I asked Roy to replace all the soffit boards with new cedar, and the new boards look great.

I am very pleased and would have paid more than Roy asked of me in the end because I feel the value of the work and the final product are worth it. Do yourself a favor and give Roy a call.

I like that Roy has 20+ years of experience in roofing. I found him responsive and easy to communicate with. He did what he said he would do (integrity). I felt no angst as his team managed to roof our house in the rainy month of December. His crew was conscientious and skilled. He was familiar with and seemed to use the best materials, fasteners, and tools. His team took time to tend to the details of our roof which is a hipped American four square with four dormers. They painlessly handled extra requests such as laying down 2” inches of rigid foam (adding tremendous energy efficiency to our roof), siding and finishing our dormers to match the roof, and adding a new bathroom vent. I highly recommend Roy Metal Roofing.

We cannot say enough good things about Roy and his crew. We invited a few different roofers out to give estimates, and Roy was the only one that actually came into the house and attic to thoroughly assess the project, as well as one of the fairest estimates we received. He also seemed the most professional, knowledgeable and honest. We hired Roy to put on a new roof on a house we just purchased. The roof was in rough shape and Roy was able to fit us in and complete the project before the rain started for the season. He went above and beyond to work with us and his skill set goes way past roofing. He helped us with miscellaneous projects throughout the install and always seemed glad to go out of his way to assist. We would definitely recommend him for your next roofing project!

I want to say that they did the job exactly like I wanted it to be, done in a reasonable amount of time.And as far as I could tell they only worked on my job for the whole two weeks..Their workmanship was very good and his crew is top notch. We hired Roymetal Roofing to replace our roof and we could not be happier with his work! We had mold, caused by condensation. Everything had to be replaced on our roof including the wood under the roof, and all insulation. We chose shingles, yes he does shingles too. Roy’s prices were very reasonable. His craftsmanship is outstanding! He redesigned new ventilation and helped us find an excellent insulation guy.

Roy stood out as providing quality from the moment we met him, when getting an estimate. We had other big name Whatcom County roofers provide estimates as well, but none were as thorough as Roy. He climbed into the attic as well as onto the roof, he took videos to show us, and he included everything in the initial estimate. (The other roofers didn’t even look for mold, not even the roofer we used to stop the mold 10 years ago. We were warned from friends that some local roofers ignore the damage until after you’re in a contract then have no choice but pay the additional fees.)
Roy communicated every step of the way and he sent videos of the process.

Roger did an excellent job installing a new metal roof on our small cottage. He competently repaired some minor roof damage before installing the new one.
