We started working with Hytech Roofing about 12 years ago. This was 3 years after we had worked with two other roofing companies that were not able to provide the quality of work and the responsive service needed to maintain the multiple commercial buildings under our care.
Hytech Roofing helps make sure our annual roof inspections are completed on schedule before the rainy season hits to help ensure we have fewer leak emergencies. They have been instrumental in prolonging the life of our older roofs through careful and thoughtful repairs as well as keeping the gutters working as they should.
When leak emergencies happen, they work us into their emergency schedule as quickly as possible.
Sadly, an old roof must be replaced. Hytech has completed four roof replacements for us. From the time of the estimate thru completion, the process was very professionally handled. Any delays were communicated quickly as well as follow up planning. The new roofs are beautiful! The job sites are left completely cleared of all debris.
I appreciate the quality of work, the quick response, and the fact that they all put up with my millions of questions as they educate me on the options so that the best decision can be made for cost and longevity of the roof.
