Had a great experience with PNW Roofing, they were prompt (both in scheduling and completing the work). They did excellent work and were always proactive about communicating with me. A few items come up as they got into the project that needed to be address but they always contacted me first, showed me pictures and explained the issue, before getting permission to add the extra items to the project. I would highly recommend them!

They did a great job with my roof for a competitive price. Cleaned up each day, and were able to not only hand nail the shingles, but also storm nailed for added protection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great customer service! Zach, is easy to contact, responds quickly to anything I need fixed. Definitely my go to company! I had a gutter fall down after some strong winds, and they came out within hours and fixed it for me.

I worked with PNW Roofing to replace an old shingle roof with a new metal roof. Throughout the process, they stayed in close communication and kept me updated with status. They came out and completed the teardown, plywood replacement, and installation over 2-3 days. The result was exceptional and I am pleased with their craftsmanship and they kept the space clean after they were done. They also have reasonable pricing compared to competitors in the area. I would recommend Pacific Northwest Roofing for anyone in the area for roof work.

Both the sales staff doing the measuring and the installers were on time and very helpful. The installers took great pride in their work and the finishing was precise and neat. The installers were friendly and took care to clean up before leaving. Nobody laughed at my ignorant questions!

PNW Roofing recently completed a temporary repair and re-roof on our house. Nice to find a roofing company in the county that will actually do a repair on a roof they didn't install - the other big guys don't want to touch them. They were out within a day to fix the leak. Communication with Zach was excellent throughout the entire repair and re-roof process. Eddie and crew knocked the roof out in 2 days and it looks great!

Saul and his crew rescued us from an unscrupulous contractor and did a marvelous job repairing our damaged home! Thanks Saul, Zach, Rob, Miguel and the rest of the crew!

Back on Dec 20-21st, 2018, we experienced one of our worst windstorms in years. My roof suffered a good amount of damage. Calls to roofing companies all came back busy with up to 3 week ETA's except for PNW Roofing. Saul, Zach, Eddie and crew went the extra lengths to pull their crews to help us locals patch/repair our roofs. I am so grateful for Zach. Zach returned my call within the hour and set up an on-site visit. Within 24 hours, Eddie and crew had my roof repaired and ready for the following nights' storm. Not only did they do an excellent job of cleanup, they also hauled away the extra fallen roof debri I picked up from the windstorm. And, there was a mixup on what size roof shingles were needed. An extra trip to Bellingham was made to collect the correct shingles to repair my roof. Everything between PNW Roofing and I was resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks to the Crew Lead, I also have a better understanding of why my shingles failed, and what is needed to make my roof better for the future. I most definitely will reach out to PNW roofing for future work! Thank you for showing how much a priority I am to fix my roof in a timely manner! TonyC
