I can’t recommend Anchor Point enough. After my house flooded, I was having a very difficult time with my Insurance Adjuster and Anchor Point really went to bat for me. Rich played the roles of advocate, translator, advisor and therapist (he talked me down more than once!) in order to get the settlement needed to complete restoration correctly.

Once the contract was signed, they really shined. Jon had a tight timeline as we really wanted the work finished before Christmas and we didn’t settle until after Thanksgiving. He communicated clearly, honestly and never tried to sugarcoat when something unexpected occurred. Any roadblocks were met with imagination and the desire to meet our deadline without sacrificing quality- a true professional. His crew worked tirelessly and they got the job completed on budget and on time.
They are now my go-to contractor.

Anchor Point Estimator Rich Ives was a Godsend in assuring that I was completely covered for all repair costs in my water damaged home. Richs' extensive knowledge of the nuances of insurance claim processes allowed me to have my home repaired to like new condition with no out of pocket expenses other than my insurance deductible. Repairs included hardwood flooring, tile flooring, kitchen cabinets, drywall, electrical, plumbing, appliance moving and resetting, painting, trim and baseboards. Rich shepherded all insurance issues through various claim adjusters. Rich was diligent in keeping me informed and making sure the process kept moving forward.
Anchor Point Project Coordinator Susi Reed is also a shining star. So punctual, so polite and always ready to help with any request I made. She even made certain that I received documentation of the moisture content readings of my subflooring for my records in case there were ever any questions from future potential buyers of my home.
Anchor Point has a core group of qualified and able craftsmen. The tops of them would be Ray. Not only could Ray do it all, he did it all well. Demo, disassembly, drywall, painting and more. Mike did the cabinet work, Ryan handled trim and base, Nic did drywall and backsplash tile. All of them were courteous, punctual, and capable. It became obvious that Anchor Point puts a premium on customer service and focus. Each of their team that worked on my home excelled in those areas.
The only area that I wished there were more resources available is in onsite project management and project scheduling. Project manager Nate was always responsive to my inquiries, and I understand that my project was one of many concurrent projects, but a more proactive communication process would have been greatly appreciated.
Anchor Point is associated with several subcontractors that are highly capable and performed exemplary work on portions of my project.
Hopefully I will never have another broken pipe flood in my home. But if I do, Anchor Point will be the company I call to save the day again.

I give them 10 stars! Rich, Nate, and Suzi worked seamlessly to make everything come together great. Rich helped us with some hard insurance issues, helped us with repair decisions, and is very knowledgeable and kind. Nate took care of the repairs, had great ideas that we incorporated into the project, and was always available for questions etc. Suzi maintained great communication, answered questions, and was also very kind and professional.

I highly recommend anchor point. All the guys (Jon, John, Jeff, Jeff, and Rich) were great to work with - very professional, knowledgeable, positive. They all communicated every step of the way and the work they did in my bathrooms and laundry turned out great!

We contacted Anchor Point Construction when our home sustained significant water damage. As a result, we had started a home insurance claim. Among other things, it involved installing new flooring in the bathroom, completely redoing the carpets, replacing the plywood on the floors, drywall repair and painting, reinstalling doors, and a lot more. We initially got in contact with Rich Ives whose expertise in this field and professionalism left us in awe. We consider it a great blessing that we got the opportunity to work with him. We immediately knew that we had found the right company. He was very kind and attentive to the countless inquiries that both our insurance and we as homeowners had. He collaborated closely with the adjuster to provide estimates and update them as often as needed. His level of understanding about general construction, how things are corrected and redone, as well as how insurance claims are handled, is amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure to us and patiently ensured that we understood the subtleties involved in such circumstances.
Thomas served as our project manager and was in charge of setting up daily schedules and monitoring the progress of the job when the work started. He always made sure to keep us informed and was very cordial and meticulous with his work. Rich and Thomas visited the site many times to ensure that everything was being done as expected.
Sincere gratitude is extended to Alex, John, Kevin, and Nic for the great work they did at the house. They were really polite and helpful to my family, always showed there on schedule, and made sure to clean up after the work was done daily. They also let us know in advance if there was any noise expected on a certain day so we could plan our day better. When Thomas left for a pre-planned vacation, another project manager Nate worked behind the scenes to make sure that the job kept moving forward as anticipated. Much thanks to Nate.
We also want to express our gratitude to Susi, who works in the front office and was in charge of delivering us the contract paperwork for the start and completion of the project. She was gracious enough to stay back after office hours and was very sympathetic of the issue when I arrived at their office for the final payment a few minutes late.
As first-time homeowners, we were concerned about the damage and how it would be repaired, but this team of professionals made the process extremely simple and stress-free for us.
For the water damage restoration, we had the opportunity of working with Service Master, an Anchor Point sister firm. With this staff, we had an equally fantastic experience. They also took excellent care of each item when the furniture needed to be carried back and forth for the re-carpeting. Garrett, Kurtis, Jeremiah, Mikey, James A, and Mike made up their team.

Anchor Point Construction did the south side siding of my home and I am very pleased with what they have done- the wait due to the pandemic, delayed the project, but once it was lifted a little I would say that the wait worth it! The work was professionally done and I definitely will recommend them for your upcoming projects at home.

We had two separate water damages and therefore worked with Anchor Point two separate times. Tom came to inspect our premises. His professionalism and response helped us be confident and assured that the process of rebuilding was not to stress about. Nate, his project manager, was equally professional and responsive. He was easy and fun to work with, quick to respond to my concerns and very knowledgeable. The crew that came in, carpet layers, painters, drywall installers, cabinet installers, electricians and plumbers, were all very skilled and followed COVID protocols of wearing masks , distancing and spraying fixtures with disinfectant they touched, before leaving. I highly recommend Anchor Point.
