Jessie Armagost came by & knocked on our door, and proceeded to give us a quote on their exclusive James Hardie Color Plus fiber cement siding. See I have this one broken window in front and everyone blames the tree outside. Nobody has wanted to replace my window yet but these guys said YES! Must be an exclusive company if they can do work others can’t. I got a deal in getting Glasswing Triple Pane for double pane $ price. Now that’s what I call a value buy! Thank you Tim and Cameron for spending so much time with me and making this an easy decision in the end.

I was on vacation visiting a friend of mine in California. While I was there, one of your representatives, Jessie Armagost, had an appointment with my friend. I didn’t pay much attention until I realized the high quality of the products she was speaking about. I was also impressed with the value of everything she quoted She was such a knowledgeable and helpful young lady I hope you have plans to expand into Pennsylvania where I live.

Honestly I wasn't going to rate this company but after having solicitors come to my house three times after our experience with them, explaining why I wasn't going to hear their sales pitch due to our experience with the company and telling them all three times to STOP COMING TO OUR HOME, I've decided to share my experience.

When we first decided that we were going to have our roof and windows done, one of DaBellas door to door salesman happened to be soliciting in the area.  We invited him in to give his sales pitch and in the end decided to go with their company for a roof, windows, and later do our siding.  The salesperson returned later to go over all the paperwork with us, explained deposits, and on several occasions left to make calls to get the ok on adjusted pricing.  We then paid deposits and signed paperwork.

Some time passed, measurements were done on the windows, and then we get a call stating that the project was going to cost approximately $5000 more.  I found this unacceptable as we spent a long time hashing out the final cost with their sales rep.  After some back and forth we escalated to upper management as they stated that the original sales person did, the numbers wrong (not explaining where the error was, just that it wasn't right) and if we wanted the job done it would be 5k more or they could not do the gutters.  Upper management, when I asked about the signed paperwork, said it didn't matter and then flatly asked "So what do you want me to do?"  At this point I was done and requested a full refund on our deposit.

Since then I've told three solicitors from their company to cease coming to my house, yet they show up at random to remind me of that awful experience.

This poor guy drove 2.5 hours for an appointment my neighbor made with him and wasn't even home for the appointment.....for a 2nd time!! Kudos to the company for having that kind of patience. That's a huge waste of time and gas by an inconsiderate customer. Bennet tried everything to reach those guy including using my wifi to call multiple times because there's no cell service. He really bent over backwards to try to help this guy. So we got to talking while he waited to see if this guy would show up (hours later and he still did not) and I ended up getting myself a new roof!! Bennet was so sweet and understanding of my situation and made it work perfect for me. I'm so happy my neighbor stood Bennet up because this angel just made my day and my outlook on this coming winter great! I've been a homeowner for 25years and luckily have not had to replace a roof till now, only repair work. It's been the single experience I absolutely dreaded as a homeowner but Bennet made it amazing :)

Mark Voropay and Anthony Chang were extremely profesional and informative. They were a enciclopedia of i formation; they were. Extremely knowledgable. I missed my applintment by over 50 minutes and they were gracias enough to meet up with me that da
E Day. I was very impressed. Their roofing producto was superior. Under different circumstances i would without a doubt have had the roof redone! I was impressed with their kniwledge of their product and their profesionalismo!

I'm very pleased with the work they've done to my roof. Kevin and Doug came out. Looked at my roof, got on my roof and took photos of areas of my roof that I could not see when showing me these pictures I couldn't believe and what terrible shape it was in. My house is over 100 years old and had been added to over the years so my roof was probably not an easy roof to do but it is done. I chose the color Beachwood and I think it looks amazing. It's very beautiful and well done. Each of the workers that came out were polite. They all dressed the same. They were very clean when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. I was very much impressed and I would recommend it to family and friends. Good job dabella

This is not a local company no matter where you are. The are not the roofers they contract out. So you don't know who could show up and you think you've read their reviews but you haven't. They probably charge alot because they get paid to find you a cheap roofer. No thank you

Doug H, the sales representative came over to our home to help us find a walk in shower. He was friendly, warm and answered all our questions. He showed us samples, and texted extra photos when we asked him to. Most importantly, there was NO hard sell pressure. Working with him was like working with a friend. He made changes when we changed our minds and reassured us when we were worried about damage to the walls. The product he was selling was superior to the product of the other guy, but he did not bad mouth him or pressure us in any way. I did my own research and determined that from the building materials he showed me. Very satisfied.

Kevin Adcock came by today to look at my windows and sliding doors! He was thorough in checking to make sure they were doing their job! I decided to replace all my windows with high quality windows!

My wife was doing yard work and this company walked by and asked if she wanted a free quote on our houses windows. The next day I got back home from running errands and a sales boy and girl knocked on my door. They gave us a presentation that took a couple hours. I finally respectfully asked them to leave and the sales boy instead called his boss. I said it wasn’t really a request you need to leave. They probably took 10 minutes to leave. It was like they were begging for money. I didn’t care too much about that but now it’s been five days and dabella won’t stop calling my pregnant wife. They call multiple times a day even after repeated requests to stop and explaining that we aren’t interested. Just overall, sleazy unprofessional behavior.

Wes is number 1, they call him the tall fella from dabella. I would highly recommend working with him. He knows his stuff and does a great job.

Allen came into our home to help us with our bath & shower combo that we needed help with . Je was extremely polite and even more knowledgeable about showers . His professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks Dabella for sending Allen to us .

Ryan and Wes did an amazing job representing DaBella and the products they offer. First off, I am not a fan of sales people (mostly the "buy this now" attitude) , however, Ryan and Wes came out and in no way did I get the impression they were trying to push us into a sale. Several days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with a young man named Bennett from your Redding office. I'm 75 years old, and I have seen my share of sales people during my 28 years in the construction business. I was completely blown away when I found out he is only 18 years old, and with your company for only 3.5 months! His delivery was 100 per cent down. He knew the financing angles, the savings angles, the logic of it all. That young man is a real winner, and you are lucky to have him on your side. If I was younger, and if my house was a better quality, I would have signed the deal. The timing just wasn't right for my current situation. I felt really bad having to turn him down after such a great presentation.

We called for a roof replacement estimate and promptly were contacted and scheduled. This was clearly the most thorough and educational home improvement review with pictures we have ever experienced. Anthony Bennet and Audrey Aston were a great team to provide a tailored solution to fit our budget and needs with options. We are pleased to commend DaBella's representation, presentation and quality products to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and communication, began arguing with me immediately as if I was his enemy. First representative had no idea and verbatim "I don't have the training let me get my supervisor", who was just flat out disrespectful and talked over every question I had. I just simply wanted to understand but was nothing but disrespectes. His name is Caleb Thomas or Thomson with the Redding location. I fine with whatever legality purposes you have but you don't talk over someone the entire conversation in any circumstances. He talked down on me for s policy he couldn't explain and in my 20 years of profession I have never been talked down on like that. I will continue to report this problematic "supervisor" Tuesday April 8th 1:30 pm. I would truly like a real supervisor and representative of this company please contact me about the matter or will continue to report this disturbing young man. Laughing at me as I sincerely was asking a question is not acceptable.

Allen and Carleigh came by today as requested. They checked out our windows for replacement and they figured out bathroom for a walk-in. We found what we wanted, gave prices on all them then we talked about when and what the jobs will be done. We’re going to have a shower that I can get in and the windows will all be back to great. They have our greatest respect and trust. If they can do this for us, they can do it for you. Our dogs even like them.
