Living in the Mount Shasta area, there are not a lot of contracting companies that can do it all like DaBella can. Jessie Armagost came by & knocked on our door, and proceeded to give us a quote on their exclusive James Hardie Color Plus fiber cement siding. I loved all the color and design options and how Jessie made it a fun experience without all the sales pressure appointments like this typically have.

See I have this one broken window in front and everyone blames the tree outside. Nobody has wanted to replace my window yet but these guys said YES! Must be an exclusive company if they can do work others can’t. I got a deal in getting Glasswing Triple Pane for double pane $ price. Now that’s what I call a value buy! Thank you Tim and Cameron for spending so much time with me and making this an easy decision in the end.

Wes did a very excelent job and gave us all the information we needed, he was very thorough and helpful he showed us the value of getting a new roof and also made it affordable. His manager david was as well very nice and helpful, and i highly reccommend working with them to get a new roof.

I was on vacation visiting a friend of mine in California. While I was there, one of your representatives, Jessie Armagost, had an appointment with my friend. I didn’t pay much attention until I realized the high quality of the products she was speaking about. I was also impressed with the value of everything she quoted She was such a knowledgeable and helpful young lady I hope you have plans to expand into Pennsylvania where I live.

Honestly I wasn't going to rate this company but after having solicitors come to my house three times after our experience with them, explaining why I wasn't going to hear their sales pitch due to our experience with the company and telling them all three times to STOP COMING TO OUR HOME, I've decided to share my experience.

When we first decided that we were going to have our roof and windows done, one of DaBellas door to door salesman happened to be soliciting in the area.  We invited him in to give his sales pitch and in the end decided to go with their company for a roof, windows, and later do our siding.  The salesperson returned later to go over all the paperwork with us, explained deposits, and on several occasions left to make calls to get the ok on adjusted pricing.  We then paid deposits and signed paperwork.

Some time passed, measurements were done on the windows, and then we get a call stating that the project was going to cost approximately $5000 more.  I found this unacceptable as we spent a long time hashing out the final cost with their sales rep.  After some back and forth we escalated to upper management as they stated that the original sales person did, the numbers wrong (not explaining where the error was, just that it wasn't right) and if we wanted the job done it would be 5k more or they could not do the gutters.  Upper management, when I asked about the signed paperwork, said it didn't matter and then flatly asked "So what do you want me to do?"  At this point I was done and requested a full refund on our deposit.

Since then I've told three solicitors from their company to cease coming to my house, yet they show up at random to remind me of that awful experience.

This poor guy drove 2.5 hours for an appointment my neighbor made with him and wasn't even home for the appointment.....for a 2nd time!! Kudos to the company for having that kind of patience. That's a huge waste of time and gas by an inconsiderate customer. Bennet tried everything to reach those guy including using my wifi to call multiple times because there's no cell service. He really bent over backwards to try to help this guy. So we got to talking while he waited to see if this guy would show up (hours later and he still did not) and I ended up getting myself a new roof!! Bennet was so sweet and understanding of my situation and made it work perfect for me. I'm so happy my neighbor stood Bennet up because this angel just made my day and my outlook on this coming winter great! I've been a homeowner for 25years and luckily have not had to replace a roof till now, only repair work. It's been the single experience I absolutely dreaded as a homeowner but Bennet made it amazing :)

Mark Voropay and Anthony Chang were extremely profesional and informative. They were a enciclopedia of i formation; they were. Extremely knowledgable. I missed my applintment by over 50 minutes and they were gracias enough to meet up with me that da
E Day. I was very impressed. Their roofing producto was superior. Under different circumstances i would without a doubt have had the roof redone! I was impressed with their kniwledge of their product and their profesionalismo!

I'm very pleased with the work they've done to my roof. Kevin and Doug came out. Looked at my roof, got on my roof and took photos of areas of my roof that I could not see when showing me these pictures I couldn't believe and what terrible shape it was in. My house is over 100 years old and had been added to over the years so my roof was probably not an easy roof to do but it is done. I chose the color Beachwood and I think it looks amazing. It's very beautiful and well done. Each of the workers that came out were polite. They all dressed the same. They were very clean when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. I was very much impressed and I would recommend it to family and friends. Good job dabella

This is not a local company no matter where you are. The are not the roofers they contract out. So you don't know who could show up and you think you've read their reviews but you haven't. They probably charge alot because they get paid to find you a cheap roofer. No thank you

Doug H, the sales representative came over to our home to help us find a walk in shower. He was friendly, warm and answered all our questions. He showed us samples, and texted extra photos when we asked him to. Most importantly, there was NO hard sell pressure. Working with him was like working with a friend. He made changes when we changed our minds and reassured us when we were worried about damage to the walls. The product he was selling was superior to the product of the other guy, but he did not bad mouth him or pressure us in any way. I did my own research and determined that from the building materials he showed me. Very satisfied.

Kevin Adcock came by today to look at my windows and sliding doors! He was thorough in checking to make sure they were doing their job! I decided to replace all my windows with high quality windows!

My wife was doing yard work and this company walked by and asked if she wanted a free quote on our houses windows. The next day I got back home from running errands and a sales boy and girl knocked on my door. They gave us a presentation that took a couple hours. I finally respectfully asked them to leave and the sales boy instead called his boss. I said it wasn’t really a request you need to leave. They probably took 10 minutes to leave. It was like they were begging for money. I didn’t care too much about that but now it’s been five days and dabella won’t stop calling my pregnant wife. They call multiple times a day even after repeated requests to stop and explaining that we aren’t interested. Just overall, sleazy unprofessional behavior.

Wes is number 1, they call him the tall fella from dabella. I would highly recommend working with him. He knows his stuff and does a great job.

Allen came into our home to help us with our bath & shower combo that we needed help with . Je was extremely polite and even more knowledgeable about showers . His professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks Dabella for sending Allen to us .
