I had someone come out to look at work I need done over a week ago. I’ve explained I have a bathroom I can’t use due to work being done and have family coming into town at the end of the month and need the bathroom to be usable. Jonny said no problem. Well I’ve asked 3 times now for my quote and they’ve wasted two weeks of my time. He said he’d have it to me Monday. Never sent it. Called back and said he’d have it on Wednesday. Didn’t do it. I called a little frustrated yesterday (Thurs) and he said he’d have my quote emailed that night. Never did it. Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve had and he’s supposed to be in charge. He said you can text his number but I’ve sent 5 texts over the course of starting with them with no response. I only went with them because of ratings and regret it. Time is valuable and they do not value the time of their customers.

Blusky formally known as Harbro had performed work on my property on numerous occasions for remediation work. From the top down the communication is very fluid and they always make sure that you have a daily report either emailed or a phone call up date. They are always very professional and take a lot of pride in there work. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always very clean. Will definitely be using them again
