We experienced a large fire that destroyed 5 commercial buildings. Shortly after the fire, we hired BluSky to assist with the settlement negotiations with our insurance carrier and ultimately rebuild our damaged structure. Following a major fire that gutted two large industrial office units, BluSky was referred to my condo business park association by a trusted colleague who had used their disaster recovery services several times and all with glowing review. So I contacted their agent Karon Young.
With our first phone call, she was the voice of calm assurance and after a job site walk a wealth of information. She started right away by putting together a game plan that would take us from start to finish.
In no time at all experts were called, plans drafted, budgets approved then work began. It's a long bumpy road from disaster to full recovery but with Karon driving the BluSky bus she will make sure that everyone on board is glad they made the journey with the right team.

We had two water losses at one of the commercial office buildings I manage. Security called me early AM on a Tuesday after the holiday for one loss and engineering called me the same week on Friday night for the second. I called Karon Young, my Project Director. She was on it right away! Had a representative from BluSky out in less than 30 minutes and a full crew to start mitigation within the hour for the Tuesday loss. Her customer service is excellent and she is very thorough and does a great job keeping you informed for through the process. There happened to be a Superintendent, Vince Laker from BluSky onsite Friday night wrapping up from the first loss. He saw the water pouring out of the riser and flooding in the suite and lobby. He asked the building engineer if he needed help. Once I gave my approval, Vince jumped right in to help. Again I called Karon who had a crew onsite in less than 30 minutes. Bravo BluSky, Karon, Vince and the rest of the crew who did such a great job with these losses. Will definitely keep you on speed dial!

We had an entire 5-floor stack of apartments flooded by a water leak. We called Harbro/BluSky & they responded on the same day. From Day 1 to the day of completion, the remediation and repair crew was flawless. The project manager, Karon, did a fantastic job throughout this project. Karon was transparent, punctual, & professional. A few units were occupied which usually poses a challenge. With Harbro / BluSky, these crews were respectful to our residents and always left each day making sure any mess was cleaned up for our residents. Of the 12 years in Property Management, Harbro / BluSky was the best company I outsourced for water remediation & damage repair. HARBRO did a terrific job restoring a warehouse that experienced an electrical fire this past year. The team led by Karon Young and Mario Vasquez was very professional, thorough, organized, and timely. I highly recommend HARBRO for remediation projects!

This company is completely unprofessional. They do not show up equipped properly. They were working on remediation in our apartment. When I walked in, one of the workers was having a bowel movement in our toilet while the other was standing at the restroom door. He then proceeded to having to flush our toilet about 8-10 times (who knows what he was doing in there) upon coming out I asked to see inside the restroom he walked me in and explained their process extremely detailed and in video. He then walked me out and showed me the living room area that also had mold. He stated that they had not tested but were getting rid of the mold and that some of “their” people would come out and test after. He also stated that everyone was supposed to be suited up because they were dealing with black toxic mold. Again, all in video with permission to record and stated in video that recording was taking place. I also spoke with their supervisor over the phone who was unprofessional and also stated that testing had not taken place but were getting rid of the mold. How would they know what mold they are dealing with? I was then told by management that harbro told them I went in and broke their seal without permission and that I was acting crazy because they realized they dropped the ball since this apartment complex was telling us that HARBRO was there because of testing but Harbro told us otherwise. IN VIDEO. Also, the place was not sealed and restating that he was having a bowel movement in the area where it was supposed to be sealed.. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE other than crooked landlords that don’t care about their residents.
