Kelly and Jerome are amazing, they will answer our calls at any hour. Their crew keeps us in the loop with daily updates, including photos of the progress, so we’re never left guessing.

They also make the insurance side of things way easier, which is a huge relief. I know I can count on them to handle things professionally and keep things moving.

Your company was hired by my landlord Bell Alpharetta to do inspection in my apartment due to moldy smell after leaking and flood in my apartment. Your employee fed false information to my landlord stating odor was caused by pet urine without any test. He mindlessly associated stains at foyer with pet urine by simply looking at it. Your employee's poor judgement assisted my landlord turning an air quality issue caused by leaking into a pet issue. I challenge your business provide detailed inspection results, and I will seek legal assistance to defend myself against lies.
I am shocked by the dishonest and unprofessional conduct of your company. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, even though it won't make any difference.

I will be honest, while I did initially have experience with a below par sub contractor with this company they did everything to remedy the situation when it did happen. This situation is going to happen with almost any large company you work with. What I was impressed with was the response, and the willingness to fix the mistake, once this happened. There were several mangers, Vice Presidents and other staff I don’t even remember in contact with me ensuring that everything was repaired correctly and it was. My advice is to choose this company if you are in the area. Their quotes are fair and I had no issues with my insurance. They’re contractors were all great, and one mistake was fixed quickly and timely.
