I believe that a 3 rating signifies the company did what I expected and a 4 is a bit above and beyond. My 5 rating represents a job that was incredibly well done and way above expectations in quality and timeliness. BluSky was introduced to us in March 2025 following a significant water leak and damage. They called me 10 minutes after I spoke with our insurer, Amica, and their rep, Ian Herzig was at our home about 4 hours later. Within a couple days their crew began a week long process of removing floors, ceilings, cabinets and so on. Based on Ian's obvious skill level and presentation, along with an internet search, we elected to hire BluSky to do the reconstruction. Both Ian and the construction manager, Dil Perera always returned calls / texts within minutes. I would guess they had 30 to 35 different people on the project, including clean-up people, plumbers. drywallers, electricians, painters, granite people, general carpenters, hardwood floor specialists, tile crew and so on. Every person that was on site was polite and cleaned up before they left each day. I have talked to a number of people that have had lots of negative comments about dealing with their insurance providers and contractors, I can say without a doubt that I can't imaging leaving Amica and hopefully we don't have another loss, but if we do, it is BluSky that I would not hesitate to call should we have another problem. A great Thank You to Ian and Dil and a shout out to Amy Curtis-Deckard at Amica, who was exceptional in walking us through the process, providing prompt payment and regularly calling and emailing to make sure the process went smoothly.

BluSky Restorations did careful work and completed the restoration job in a timely manner. Their trades people were skilled and careful, and their overall management of the project was also excellent.

BluSky did a great job of restoration after we experienced water damage in our kitchen from the condo above us. The crew is a very hard working group of professionals. They arrive on time every day, do the job at hand, and clean up after before leaving. Matt was an excellent communicator and arranged each day’s work according to schedule. We were extremely pleased with the job that Blu Sky did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone. Bob
