We worked with Bob Martin from BluSky Restoration Contractors to restore a backyard fence that was destroyed in the storm on February 16, 2025. Working with our insurance company, he had the situation assessed, hired a work crew and had the work completed efficiently. Ken, who installed my cabinets, was an absolute genius at finding ways to make things work when complicated issues might have stopped him (such as finding a way to install a new sink I ordered that was deeper than the original one). Bluesy was wonderful @ answering phone and the first time they showed up on time. They asked me to sign acknowledgment of work on ipad, but no disclosure about cost. When they came back second time they came late. Again asked me to sign acknowledgment for work.
When I got the electronic bill there was no explanation/breakdown of costs, just $2500 for <2hours of in-person contact, 1 dehumidifier and several fans for 18 hours.
I requested breakdown of costs, a few days ago, and have yet to receive.
I am very grateful Blue Sky showed up, and dried my basement before I had company come.
Once I am informed of cost, then I will decide to call them next time eater gets in my basement

Blusky construction and restoration company were through and clean. They were punctual. They were attentive to my personal property when they had to move it around.

Extremely pleased with Project Manager Justin and the BluSky team and the results of our newly Sheetrocked garage. We had significant water damage requiring removal of Sheetrock throughout our garage (ceiling replacement, multiple wall sheets replaced/repaired). Justin was responsive to our needs and stayed in constant contact to ensure each step of the project met with our satisfaction. This was helpful in addressing concerns as they arose and we appreciated his suggestions of resolution options. The BluSky Restoration team provided exceptional service. There service was for water and mold damage to our basement. The team; Justin, Jason, Jeff, the packing crew, John and his team who put our basement back together were exceptional. They delivered the service with care, and with professionalism. They were prompt, skilled and gave us the white glove service. The ladies who packed up the contents in the basement were always on time and very personable and careful in handling our items. The walls, ceiling and flooring (porcelain tile, flooring, and the carpet on stairs) looks fantastic. We had major water damage in our finished basement. Blusky Restoration did a great job making all the repairs in the timeframe that we were told. The crew was very accommodating by being very careful with our pets, which we appreciated very much. They always cleaned up at the end of every day, not leaving a big mess. Justin, our project manager, was very responsive in answering all our questions, making certain that we, as total laypeople, understood everything. Justin stopped over often just to check on the crew’s progress and to see how we were doing. We can confidently give Blusky, and Justin, our highest recommendations.

We had Blu Sky replace some walls and part of our ceiling after some mold remediation was done (also by Blu Sky) after a pipe leak. The sheetrock, crown molding replacement, and painting was done quickly and efficiently. Justin Radican was our project manager for this phase of the job and he was wonderful to deal with. I would recommend Blu Sky and Justin Radican in the future.

My experience with Blusky was great. My project manager Justin and his coworker Roland were very professional and easy to work with.

Roland discovered some rot under my door frame and took care of it. He also did a fantastic job demolishing my side steps to make way for the new ones.

Justin knew everything that was going on, even though approval for some additions were taking longer than expected he moved forward and the project was done in 2 days.

I would recommend both guys to any friends or family if they need some work done on their home.

The BluSky Restoration team from the Glastonbury, CT office, was exceptional. My claim was for water damage in my house caused by wind-driven rain. Justin handled the project with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. The workmanship from Jeff and Justin and one other talented team member, was outstanding! My home is over 100 years old, and they were able to restore the damaged area to its former glory! (Or even better!) Jeff did an amazing job matching up the color of the stain on an old built-in decorative shelving unit, so that you can't even tell that part of it, was replaced. And Justin did a beautiful job installing it! The ceilings and walls look lovely! They were prompt, and personable, and highly skilled. I'm so grateful for their wonderful restoration work in my home. Having a homeowner's claim isn't fun, but with this team, it's truly been a pleasure.

We worked with Blu Sky on a restoration project after we experienced some water damage. Justin our project manager was the best. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the lengthy process and addressed all of our questions and concerns. There was a lot of work that needed to be done, but it was done in a timely manner, and our house was left in better shape than before the damage happened.

The workers who restored my kitchen ceiling did an excellent job. But the company? Just terrible. It started with the snotty, can't-be-bothered to take your call front office staff. The project manager was unreachable and did not respond to messages. After completion of the work, I got a certificate to sign within a week. Then I heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for six weeks, when they finally got around to sending me a final invoice by mail. 15 days later, they sent me registered mail that threatened me with legal action, including having a lien placed on my house. Do not work with these people. The hassle is not worth it. I feel sorry for their workers, who do a good job.

I wish that all contractors that do this type of work would give the same feeling of; your worries are over, like BluSky did. The rooms that they repaired look be+tter than the original.

Going on a year and the repairs are still not complete. It’s been one excuse after another and the materials that they’ve used have been subpar. They were supposed to replace it the same way it was prior to the damage but that has not been done as of yet. The previous project manager is no longer with the company and told them that the project had been completed when indeed it had not been finished and was left quite a mess . Onto the new project manager who my family is hoping will be better and fix the mess that was started and never finished.

I was extremely happy with the services provided by BluSky. They were very helpful and responded to any concerns in a timely manner. Ron Hwalek was the project manager for the water damage repairs to ceiling and wall. The crew he sent from E & F Painters were fantastic in every way from start to finish! I will not hesitate to call BluSky for any further repairs to my home...so nice to have a hassle free experience!!!

We had a great experience with American Integrity Restoration. They completed a fire clean up at my home and cleaned from top to bottom. We were not expecting the high level of service and detail that we received, which not only included cleaning, but they organized as they went along. When I called AIR to assess water damage from a leaky toilet, they responded immediately. Adam Burrier led the mitigation team and scheduled the service as quickly as possible. He was very responsive when I called with questions. The rest of team worked quickly and professionally. I am now waiting for the Renovation team to put my bathroom back together. I used AIR in Glastonbury after I had a pipe burst in my house. They came in and did remediation, mold removal and restoration. They were always there when they said they would be, very responsive, answered any and all of my questions and everything that you could ask for in a company in a time of destruction. No question is too dumb or silly and if they do not know, they will find the answer out for you. I will use this company again in the future when I am ready to do some remodeling.

AIR was the contractor my insurance company recommended when I needed repair work on my home due to a large water leak. AIR assigned me a Project Manager who was very responsive and communicative, and kept the various projects on track. The various workers who were in my home to do asbestos abatement, flooring, sheetrock, painting, floor refinishing, and plumbing were courteous and skilled -- AND they left my house very clean each night when they were done working for the day. I can't say enough good things about AIR.

5 stars aren't enough for the work that Adam did when we had a pipe burst in our home. They came promptly, were very professional and did a great job mitigating the water damage. Ask for Adam if you want a quality job done! The techs onsite (Arien and Gilbert) did a phenomenal job leaving no trace of water and ensuring there was very minimal damage.

Recently we suffered water damage to our house and American Integrity Restoration was hired to remedy the loss. Best decision we could have made! Project Manager Carl was exceptionally professional and responsive throughout the duration of our project. He was attentive to our needs and delivered on all of our requests; even when tackled with challenging tasks.

Working with Carl was a breeze. After our house fire we were set up with a contractor who failed to even come out to evaluate the property. Once we got assigned to AIR things moved very timely. Our attic was redone days before it was scheduled to be done and the paint team was great! They finished early and were very accomindationg as we were still living in the house while they repaired.
We will use them again in the future if needed!

First i want to say that AIR was prompt in there response to a burst pipe in my finished basement which had potential to be complete disaster.

Adam, the technician who arrived within about an hour of my call, had the basement quickly on the way to drying within a few short minutes after getting there. He was understanding and knowledgable about the process. Not only did AIR provided quick restoration services, they also had a plumber out to the home to repair and replace the burst pipe that very same evening which saved us from being displaced to a hotel.

I really appreciated the sense of urgency Adam and the team provided.

Everything was cleaned up the following morning and we were able to get on with our routine without second thought.

Terrific experience. This was the third time we had to call on this company (formerly American Restoration) over the years for mitigation and restoration. Excellent workers, they came immediately all three times, were very professional, and easy to work with. Their subcontractors (carpeting, carpenters, painters) were great. Hopefully no more disasters, but if one occurs, we will absolutely be calling on them again.
