Blusky restoration company. Excellent service company that takes true pride on their services. I had the pleasure to work with Christine Sanders and Sam Sistrunk. Christine was the first point of contact that seen the entire project through. In my field I come in contact with lots of contractors but by far Blusky restoration provides great work, customer service, and most of all they are in complete contact from start to finish. I will be using them again when in need.

The BluSky team did excellent work on our main shower remodel. They stripped everything down to the studs to repair water damage and an improperly installed shower pan that had caused the tile to fail and leak. From start to finish, they made sure we got exactly what we wanted on the best possible timeline. Special shoutout to Sergio and Arturo who visited our house multiple times and were always careful not to let our cats out! I would recommend them for any project and would like to work them again in the future.

Our condo bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling that was coming from the upstairs unit. We called three places to get estimates. BluSky was the only company whereas someone answered the phone. BlueSky came out the next morning and on that same day their project supervisor Sam, provided the estimate. What an awesome project supervisor. He kept my wife and I in the loop constantly on the progress of the work being performed. He made sure the job was being done professionally and timely. If my wife and I had a question he would get back to us very timely. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a company that cared about communication and doing a professional job. The water damage was so extreme they pretty much had to redue our entire bathroom. I highly recommend this company because they understand their customers needs and they provide outstanding services.

BluSky’s remediation efforts were incomplete, leaving stachybotus hazardous mold contamination behind key areas like the laundry room. Workers also failed to use proper PPE, which endangered their safety and my Family’s.

From what I remember, it was stated you had a well documented file. When I called December and requested direct contact for a person with authority, the call center specialist on the recorded call gave me a email that ended in “goblusay” that email bounced so I just corrected with “goblusky” looks like that worked.

10 out of 10 would never recommend their communication not good even from Sam Sistrunk project Director and the tech spilled paint all over our bedding TV TV stand the wall and the work they did was horrendous. They’re still so much that needs to be fixed and all they offered was a $50 gift card to a dry cleaner Unprofessional corporation.

Blue sky was fast and responded quickly to water restoration work. The guys all had great customer service and work was done well.

I wanted to give a shot out to Juan. He's always done outstanding work, on time, fast, and efficiently. He told me he could have the job done in 2 days with testing results and he did! The work was done with nice and clean and we passed the clean testing. I want to also thank Tina and the whole team for always being there when we have a restoration issue. BluSky is definitely the company to call for remediation. All the professional BluSky Team that was sent to my property, particularly Juan Martin and Tina Orlando. They were tentative and communicated effectively with the residents and staff.

In property management, I’ve dealt with maybe 5 remediations in the past 22 years, but never had to deal with 3 Apts at one time. I have 1 unit with fire and excessive water damage and the other 2 units with water damage. Even though this job is in the beginning stages, I’m confident that the end result will definitely be extraordinary.

I had a small kitchen flood in which I used BluSky restoration services in July 2022. They worked fast to get the job fixed.
The issue I have with them is billing and communication. Without going into details because it has been so exhausting, It took 9 months for BluSky and my insurance company to resolve the issue which was a nightmare. It is now finally resolved as of April 2023.
Not one time did anyone from BluSky care about my concerns when it came to billing especially when I was the only one who was active in the emails and who always responded quickly. It was when I left an honest review, that the owner reached out to try to make things right.
If you want fast and good work then yes, use BluSky just be aware of the costs and the lack of communication that may occur between BluSky, yourself and insurance company. I felt blind sided at the end and I had to pay the consequences.

The people in Las Vegas work very hard to deliver for their clients and make sure emergencies. Don’t become a bad night at the craps table.

Juan and Leah were amazing, they kept constant communication with us and were very professional. Our house looks amazing, they turned an unfortunate situation into a blessing.

We used BlueSky for some water damage in the house. In the beginning, we were very apprehensive about everything since this was a new and stressful situation. The project director, Robert, was amazing at putting us at ease by staying in constant communication throughout the process. He guided us through everything step by step and made everything seamless. The work completed at the house was excellent and the time frames given were spot on. I highly recommend BluSky for your restoration needs!

As a commercial Property Manager, a fire is one of the most stressful situations that you can be tasked to oversee the proper handling and remedy of. Utilizing Harbro made this process way easier than I would have ever imagined.

There are all sorts of emotions and stressors running wild, but dealing with Dan Haslam, and his team made it feel like we were the only client they had and they focused their time and attention on us. Additionally, the team was well versed in construction, remediation, dealing with insurance companies, explaining the process for everyone who had questions and just all around making this stressful situation, seem like an ordinary tenant improvement.

No vendor is perfect, but when a minor mistake was found; they took ownership of this concern and made it 100% right without another thought.

Having quality vendors at your disposal is very hard to come by. I am beyond thankful for the Harbro team, as are my landlords. The Las Vegas Harbro team is amazing! They have helped out during a few floods that I have had the unfortunate luck to experience in my time as a high rise manager. Their team is always quick to respond, trustworthy, very helpful and experienced at what they do. Dan B., Dan H., Christina N. and Alex are some of the best that I have worked with in the industry and while I hope there are no immediate needs to use them for an emergency service, they are who I will call on when I need an emergency service provider.

I oversee a large portfolio of commercial office buildings in the Las Vegas and Summerlin markets and I have had the opportunity to use Harbro on a number of small and large projects over the last 6 years. The Las Vegas team is extremely responsive and professional and the end result has always been pristine. Dan and Christina's teams are first class and they get the job done quickly and thoroughly. When you have to make a call for disaster recovery you are not having your best day or week but this team works with you and makes you feel like you are their only client. The communication flows and they are very transparent when they find issues. Their team has always come to me with solutions not problems and I have come to rely on their vast knowledge and experience.

Stay away from this company. They came into my house after poorly investigating a “leak” that they determined to be coming from my unit. The “urgent” situation had to be handled ASAP because “other units were being affected”. Due to improper handling of the investigation, so lax that they did not even interview the residents that reported the issue in the first place, it was a misdiagnosis and the leak did not exist. They came into my home and tore up my shower, broke my tile floor, and did not have the integrity to admit their error. They pulled out my bathtub because I was told my drain may be leaking. The issue was an isolated incident within each unit due to improper construction procedures. The bill I received was dishonest, claiming they removed the tub to remove damaged drywall. The drywall stops above the tub and after they removed what they removed (not caused by any leaking) they continued to look for the leak, thus removing the tub afterward. Once they diagnosed that the issue was not caused by my unit, they never communicated the conclusion with me after putting me through hell thinking that my condo was causing damage to other units. What a mess. I would give them zero stars if I could. Find a company that operates with honesty and integrity and save yourself the headache.
