DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! you have been warned. They have walked away from my project after almost 2 years of me begging and pleading with them to finish. They have stolen $50k plus from me.

Update 1: Tom, I have no idea who you are, but according to WA secretary of state you are the owner/governor of this company and not Eyal. I would be happy to meet with you 1:1 to go over everything that has transpired over ~2 years and show you how I have overpaid for what has been delivered to date. Please be prepared with your books showing your expenses.

Update 2: They have reached out and promised to have everything complete by next thursday 8/22/24. Will update then.

Update 3: As expected, nothing but more of the same "it will be next week". Do not use this company as it is a ponzi scheme finally unwinding.

Update 4: 10/25/24 After several weeks, we entered into a new contract to finish the work, including agreement to a refund for $32k for appliances not purchased as agreed, in exchange for taking down this review.  It took several more weeks for the actual check to arrive after daily requests and daily excuses why it was not ready, and it was post-dated.  The bank told me the check would bounce. It turns out they were waiting on funds from another customer in order to cover my check. Ponzi scheme.

Update 5: 12/11/24 They have completely stopped replying and left the project unfinished. They are going bankrupt and not paying their vendors (multiple have told me this).

I have been trying to get a good contractor to put in a large sliding door for me from my kitchen and to add a covering for my back deck. Tomas was my project manager and he was awesome. He felt out exactly what I wanted, and made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. He came up with a fair rate for the work and we added to the project so it was perfect when it was completed. They have quality people to come in and do the work and I had no issues And no complaints. Everything is expensive right now, but this is money that was well worth it to get the project completed and I’m able to enjoy it for this beautiful Fall day. I am in love with the space now. I’m spending more time on my deck in the past month than I have in the past 10 years!

I had my master bedroom remodeled recently and it turned out amazingly beautiful with quality materials used. It was a pleasure working with Rotem, she gave expert advice, spent time checking on the project to make sure everything went smoothly, and helped me make the right choices. Thank you for a job well done!

This company reached out to me to do some asphalt work for a driveway project they had received. Not sure if the person working for this company was new whose name is (Leo Nach) or they are just scammers. Kept asking for my information but wouldn't give me any information back. After that told me we can start on Wednesday then disappeared without saying anything. Due to the company being licensed, I gave them a chance and kept the Wednesday slot open for them, hoping we can work together in the future as well. Again did not hear back anything until Wednesday morning then demanding we start on Friday. I replied back and he unsent his message then replied back at 440 in the evening. Well guess what the whole day was wasted due to Leo Nach playing games. I asked for the address which he sent a blank screenshot of and acted like he doesn't know anything of it. I told him it would be the last time I'm asking him to send it. Today on Friday I asked him What's the plan and he replied back its already done. I hope Tom the owner of this company figures out how to handle his employees or they'll end up shutting it down.

We had a most wonderful experience with USA Green Builders. Our project manager was Rotem. She was extremely organized and her crews did a great job at every part of our project, which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring in the entire house, not to mention some very difficult stairs which they did a wonderful job on. We also had a deck that needed a new foundation and trex material and metal railing. All the work that was done was beyond our expectations. All I can say is when the job was completed, we were extremely satisfied. One of the things we wanted to highlight, the majority of the work was completed in ten working days. Often there were two or three crews working at the same time on our project. Other people that we considered had told us six to eight weeks to complete the job. We can't really have imagined to have waited that long. If we have anymore home projects, we will surely be contacting USA Green Builders and Rotem.

My experience was with Angie Advisors (marketing) on behalf of USA Green Builders. They cold called me, and before identifying themselves… they expected me to identify myself. After I redialed them back… I received the same unprofessional reception. Called back one more time … and received the message “ your call has been blocked”. Really ! I don’t know anything about U,G,Builders, I do know that their choice of telemarketers is questionable at best. I hope they hear this feedback and make the necessary adjustments. ‍♂️

If you like getting calls every day asking if you’re looking to remodel you property in any way shape or form this is your place. They even step it up a notch by using a different number every time they call to ensure maximum annoyance by preventing you from blocking their number. Rating breakdown:

So I recently had my deck project completed by USA Green Builders, with Zach as the project manager. I must say, I am impressed. Zach and his team were professional, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They listened to my small requests and brought them to life. The deck turned out even better than I had imagined. Zach's communication was excellent throughout the project, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend USA Green Builders and Zach for your next deck project!!!

This company sent someone out to give me an estimate for resurfacing my driveway. He tried to pressure me into scheduling the work within 2 weeks. I asked for a written estimate and got nothing so I called the main office, 2 days later I received an emailed "estimate" for the work which had nothing itemized, just a vague description of the job. Based on their unwillingness to give me a normal estimate/bid for the job, I will not be hiring them for anything.

I hired USA Green Builders last month for my two bathroom complete remodel. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them. Rotem was my project manager she was excellent, camp my informed all the time, we also did 3D design for the bathroom before we started. The crew was exceptional, professional, excellent workmanship always on time and quality work. Definitely I will use this company for any future projects.

I recently hired "USA Green Builders" for my home improvement and home office & storage projects. They Installed pavers, replaced lawn with concrete, assembled shed, and build a Gazebo. I’m extremely satisfied with their work. They are biased towards customer satisfaction. The project managers, Eyal and Eden, was prompt and professional in providing a quote and positively responding to my scope changes. The team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They were attentive to my needs and preferences, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I would highly recommend USA Green Builders to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled construction company for your home improvement projects.

Don't recommend for windows and doors! First the salesperson was no longer with company- after I signed contract, then the sales manager no longer with the company- when issues arose. Then they never answer the phone or return calls. Next door needed repair before inspection and no one came till day of inspection. Then they asked me to call the permit inspector! and when I did and was set for appointment, they called and cancelled.
Their employee sat her most of the day waiting to finish the doors and I had to tell him they cancelled.
Now waiting permit inspection again.
No way to run a business!

Cold called me. Showed them my project as well as a emailed quote for the work they were looking up. Refused to send a emailed bid for the work and insisted on an in person follow-up to show me their bid, despite my better judgment I agreed. They were a no call no show to the appointment they insisted on. Something is fishy about refusing to send their emailed bid for the work and only insisting on a sales oriented 2nd meeting where they never show. I don't feel confident in a company that forgets their own appointment they insisted on and refuse to email a bid for work

For 2 weeks now, I get called from them 2-3x daily. When I finally answer, they ask for my father, who is the head of household of a home in Washington, and then hang up on me. My father recently got quotes for some home work and they must have gotten our numbers off public information for the house. I no longer live there but the calls are incessant. I block 5 numbers, and 7 more call.

Rotem and her crew were on top of the remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms ! Rotem’s help choosing materials and design and keeping me updated every day made the process almost painless. Everyone was knowledgeable and prompt and always polite! I can't say enough about them! Highly recommend for any project!

I like these folks a lot. I was cold called on a Friday in late November while I was driving by Josh--very courteous. I was driving then and had him call back twice. I set up a time to meet with a project manager the following Monday because I have been wanting to get a deck built. I had a small concrete patio that was spalling and breaking up.

The project manager, Eden, showed up exactly on time on Monday. We agreed on the size and features of my deck (15' x 19', Trex with a single step, lighting on the step). She gave me a price quote in a few minutes. It was more than I wanted to pay. Eden got to work and found they had materials in stock enough to construct my deck. In the end, we knocked the price down about 25% and within my budget.

The rest was straight forward. USA Green Builders showed up less than a week later, built the deck as I wished. All my questions were answered as the work progressed. The deck was finished in four days! The project manager either answered all my calls immediately or else I received a text letting me know when she would call back. I was very satisfied and would work with them again.

Project: Replacing framing, subflooring, flooring, and some siding on a bathroom, as well as reinstalling toilet and vanity.

I will start with the good. They were fast. They started only a few days after coming to take a look at my house.

Now the bad.

Workmanship:
Extremely poor workmanship as demonstrated by the photos. Cracking grout, using caulk to seal things which it shouldn't be used for (window fasteners, siding, vanity), visible drywall seams, and uneven drywall mud are some examples of this work (see photos).

Communication:
Communication between the company point of contact, myself, and the on site workers was terrible. Very often I didn't know if the workers would be showing up that day until they arrived. Additionally, Johnny E. was very unresponsive as my point of contact, and did little to direct the workers on what actually they had to do. I was constantly having to inform the workers of what needed to be done and where. Finally, I specifically asked for vinyl flooring, partially because of price point, and partially because it is harder to mess up. Johnny got tile instead, and you can see attached photos for why I'm upset with that.

Issues during construction:
Several times I had to inform whoever I could get ahold of that some of the work was not done properly. This included the drywall seam which is clearly visible in one of my photos. Johnny told me "no that's fine" when I said it was wrong, refusing to fix it.

Cleanup:
The crews did little to clean up their mess as is shown in my last two photos. Additionally, they spray-painted some of the materials they used on my lawn, leaving a significant white patch on the grass.

Pricing:
Extremely, extremely overpriced work. For the quality of work presented, lack of communication, and unprofessional nature I would have expected maybe 2/3 the cost they charged for the work they did. For instance, replacing approx. 9 sqft of siding and 10 sqft of plywood beneath a window (as well as removal and reinstall of the window) cost me 3000 dollars. All of that work took less than 4 hours to complete.

I would never recommend this company to someone, and they should be avoided at all costs.

Please beware. We have tried multiple times to get the issues with a very expensive deck repaired. We reached out to corporate several times with zero response. The contractor is unprofessional and has very poor workmanship. They took advantage of my elderly mother-in-law. Please don’t be taken advantage of like she was. I will be filing complaints with the BBB as well.

Update. I finally received a response 1 MONTH after the review was published asking me to contact them. I have made multiple attempts and sent multiple emails without response. USA Greenbuilders please reply to the email I sent again today. I will not change my review until we have resolution. We will not retract our claim with the BBB until we hear from you.

Wonderful experience working with USA Green Builders for our bathroom remodel. Their crew came to our home to get an idea of what we wanted. Always fast and accurate responses to our questions. Quality work. Kept us informed of progress as well as checking with us on specific details. We felt like they were family!

Stunning kitchen remodel! I contracted USA Greenbuilders to remodel my outdated kitchen and could not be more in love with the results. The project manager Rotem was so communicative, professional and hands on throughout the whole process. The contractors were clean and did meticulous work. I am so so happy with my new kitchen!

They did a very unprofessional job didn't clean up afterwards brought her children and left the two roofer alone for four hours while she went shopping they used baking soda for moss off broke things and didn't say anything about it I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house

The reviews are fake. Ask yourself why NOT ONE PERSON has posted pictures of the “amazing” work they have had done? Not only is the company not large enough to have completed all those jobs, they have bad reviews on yelp WITH pictures. There’s no Vern at the company and many of the workers aren’t even licensed. More than that, they leave job sites to do consultations which he admits himself. Why would you want to hire someone who would leave a contracted job to do a free consultation? A joke. They’re not working in your neighborhood or wrapping up any projects. They’re calling from call centers in Washington, Cali, and New York. Good luck if you let these people with barely any experience work on your home. The company may have been around for years yes but the employees? Not at all.

Never thought that a remodeling project could be so painless. I was looking for a contractor to build a Deck in my yard. I gave USA Green Builder a chance and I couldn’t be happier!

Just moved into a new house, there was lots of problems with it, we heard from our neighbors about Leo Raz, he did full remodel to their house and they were very happy. He came to our house, did a full inspection for us, created a list and mapped it out for us, he also put us on the schedule very fast, ordered materials, did all the labor in a very professional way, everything was perfect and a very reasonable price. He made my house very wonderful.

Aviu came to our rescue magnificently when our previous builder let us down by cancelling a week before he was supposed to start work. They pulled out all the stops to get our garage conversion completed in record time, arranging carpenter, plasterers and even carpet fitter at the shortest of notice and seeing the job through perfectly. Highly recommended.

USA Green Builders recently completed our ground floor extension and loft conversion. We could not be happier. Lisa was easy to communicate with and the quality of work was excellent. Most importantly the end product was in keeping with what we imagined before it all started. The team worked incredibly hard to achieve this, they were lovely guys to have around the house and we would recommend them highly.

I had an estimate done on my above the ground deck that was falling down. In one weeks time they had the old deck torn down and the new deck completed to my total satisfaction. The crew was professional and courteous at all times. They removed the old wood completely and left my backyard in better condition than when they started. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all things needing to be done in your home.

USA Green Builders did a great job converting my garage into big kitchen. They had to create new walls, ceilings, put in steels, insulation...etc. They ensured the kitchen was installed to function at its best for the space and for our family needs. Great carpentry from his team. The kitchen was done to time and to budget. The whole team, are very friendly and courteous and extremely tidy.

USA Green Builders are excellent. We have used them on a number of occasion. They are easy to organise the work with. They are always happy to work within your budget and always get the job done to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommend.

This company cold called me to offer a free estimate for any home improvement projects we may be interested in. We just so happened to be planning to extend a good size deck and a few other projects. They offered to come out the following day and scheduled a arrival time between 10-11, then they never showed or contacted me back. If a contractor can't even come out to do a estimate that THEY initiated, it's certainly not a company I would want to hire.

We had them rebuild our deck and Julia was SO friendly, professional and responsive the whole way through. The price was amazing, and the guys who came out to build were fantastic! I can't say enough good things. Will be using you guys again and again. Thank you Julia!!!

I’m a model that travels a lot form New York, Los Angeles, and Washington. I just gave USA Green builders the opportunity to renovate my Bellevue house and they did a amazing job on my kitchen and bathrooms. Awesome! I had a leak in my roof and we were referred to usa builders, they gave us a rad price and started the job the week after! They were thorough with the job, always on time, and even finished a day earlier than expected. Thank you again usa builders.

If you need a new deck, usa green builders is the way to go. We wanted dark wood with a glossy finish, and they delivered exactly what we asked. Julia suggested the side panels where our plants are and it was the icing on top.

So amazing!! USA Builders remodeled our bathroom and we love it! David helped with the suggestion for the new tile and it looks perfect. Definitely will recommend these guys to our friends.

They cold called us from the white pages. I explained we were looking to paint and was hesitant, but said I would like a bid from their company. I set an appointment for the following afternoon and was told that Austin would call me to confirm the appointment and get a few details about the job. Austin called, I explained we wanted interior painting, and he determined over the phone that our job was better suited for a handyman. He advised me that they do not do interior painting when the cost is less than $6,000. Our house is a fairly complicated painting job because we have high ceilings and wainscoting. We have had bids from $8,900 to $15,000.any good business owner knows that it's not the first job that you do for someone, but the second, the third, and the fourth job that you do along with referrals you get from your customers. I set aside time to meet with him, and he determined over the phone that this job was too small without even asking me about the square footage of my house, or any further details. For that reason, I would not recommend this company.
