Horrible! No idea of customer service. I’m treated like I’m the enemy who just ruined their day by showing up……Not my first rodeo -I’m a contractor been in business for about 40 years. I’m directing this to whoever runs the place; would it kill you to have a little bit of organization, planning, and then expect your employees to have some good customer service?
Great Versico distributor. A great distributor all around, really. Material deliveries are almost always on point. Easy to work with and most commercial products for roofing can be found here. The fact that I work for a company that is one of their key accounts probably has something to do with the amazing service, but they treat every customer like they matter.
This is one of the worse places to make a delivery to. There's not much room for a semi the forklift operator completely ignores you. Went in to see how much longer until I could get unloaded and was told well when they get done with their other stuff. Oooh I'm sorry I've been here 2hrs already and all they have been doing is standing around eating talking and smoking cigarettes just inside the bay door.
