"I was very disappointed in the way

Firewater was a life saver for us when a tree fell on our house. The same day I called George, he had a team out secure our house and start the cleanup process. The contents crew, led by Lupe, did an outstanding job sorting, cleaning, and storing our belongings. The move back was efficient and smooth. We found the team at Firewater to be responsive, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process of our project. Excellent restoration company! Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cliff, Malik and Raphael were incredible in helping me deal with a major leak. They were kind, efficient, professional and gave me extra tips throughout that helped me navigate the process of dealing with issues like this as a new home owner. I am so grateful they were here to help with what could have been a very stressful process.

I've been in a similar problem as the reviewer Steve W had 2 years ago with waiting over 3 weeks for restoration after water damage, but much worse.
FireWater remediation has been very responsive and constantly visiting my house for a pinhole leak and drip in November until they were complete in the middle of November and I let them know I would like the full restoration as well, thinking this is simplest as they take "before" photos of everything, were recommended by my home insurance, and promise to make things very easy for me.
It is the middle of March, 4 months later, and still no restoration has started.
It is partly my fault for allowing them to give me a runaround for 4 months and not paying attention to the multiple red flags sooner.
The drywall, floor, carpet padding, and toilet is removed from my downstairs bathroom all of this time. I also have a toddler, which is a bit tricky to make sure he leaves everything alone. My wife is disappointed too.
I've emailed my insurance and called FireWater on December 11 about restoration status and I was told I would be put in the queue and they would contact me in 2 months.
I also sent a message from their website in February asking for status. There was no reply. Instead, my file was silently closed.
I called FireWater again on February 25 and 26 and asked for the restoration to continue. FireWater records their calls, but Samantha on the phone and my insurance claims my call on December 11 about restoration I made never took place and laughed when I let her know about the call. Apparently, my phone history log and email I have are figments of my imagination.
The estimator George arrived on February 28 and was quick, friendly, and nice. However, I have to nag him weekly to ask for status of the estimate to insurance. It's now March 19 with no reply for 8 days as usual and no estimate.
Except for maybe this review, I feel if I don't contact FireWater, I will never hear from them again. This is even though Samantha says we are in so much communication, we are practically best friends.
If you don't have the time for my restoration or its not worth it, just let me know so I can find another contractor earlier rather 4 months of limbo.
Another thing I find unprofessional is there is never an apology or urgently taking care of me when it is realized a mistake has been made, whether it be by me, insurance, or FireWater.
Do better to all of your customers, FireWater, not just a select few.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
