Had minor water leaking into my house following a rainstorm and contacted Best Choice to investigate a cause.. Received a visit from Scott who used a drone to fly over my house. Was told I had shifting of a row of heavy tiles that caused the leak. Options were a $6k repair, $26k lift and shift or $32k complete replacement. Reached out to Scott via email to inquire about his findings twice and never received a response. Moved on to another company who actually sent a person physically on to my roof. Cause was bird excrement built up around my touret that caused a bowl effect where rainwater runoff accumulated which dropped thru a tiny gap. Quick cleaning and small patch took care of the problem for less than $1K. Integrity is very important and obviously Best Choice is the WORST choice for anyone looking to have roof work performed. Always use a roofing company that will physically go on your roof to check on damages. A drone DEFINITELY will not detect anything from 300 feet up. There are many reputable roofers around to choose from. Stay away from shady business practices of companies like Best Choice!

Linda and Niko gave me a free inspection and let me know what kinds of thing la going on with my roof. Thankful there is no damage and they were honest with me!

Tevan and Nikolas have been very helpful. Nik help us fully understand and get best deal and close contract. But Tevan did try and kept reaching ouch to make sure everything was good on our end we where just having problems and communication problems with insurance so nik had to help

I had to make a claim to my insurance company due to 2 windstorms finally taking out my old worn out roof so I called Best Choice Roofing for a quote. That same day I had Ryan, Laura and Micheal come out do an inspection and the following day met with my adjuster like clockwork so that I could get the max claim from the insurance company.
They were all very professional and the communication with them from start to finish was excellent. Cris and the roofing crew were exceptionally thorough and great to work with and went above and beyond to make me happy with my roof!!

I wanted to get my roof replaced before putting solar panels on it and I wanted to be sure to get the best product for the money. I spent 2 weeks researching and getting quotes. I had 6 companies come out and give me quotes and 2 companies gave quotes based on satellite images.
