They did an excellent job of having our insurance cover our wind damage claim, costing us only our deductible for the roof installation.

Had wind and hail damage. The roof installers left some ruts in the yard, but I gave them a call and they came out and repaired ruts and put down seed and straw. Very quick and professional crews. They did an amazing job!

I met Carson Morton last summer when he worked as liaison between my insurance co on my behalf, but to no avail. I needed a new roof however and within 2 weeks I was approved and now have a new roof. Carson is friendly, efficient, and competent and I enjoyed working with him. I would recommend BCR again.

My experience was with Bradley Mans and Amber with Best Choice Roofing whom were extremely professional, proficient and excelled in Customer service! They explained the process, answered all questions and kept me in the know from beginning to end! The roofing was done in a timely manner and the crew they sent were fast and professional! There was no disruption to my privacy and everything was cleaned up and all debris completely gone when finished. I appreciate the experience with them and highly recommend them as well as Working with Amber and Bradley in particular!

I contacted a few companies about getting a new roof. Some of them didn't even come to the house and just wanted to have me commit over the phone to a new roof. Some came and measured, and then never got back to me. And then there was Best Choice Roofing. Carson Morton came to the house and took his time measuring the roof. He also noticed some damage on another building of mine that he thought could be covered. Honestly, besides choosing the type of tile and color, he did everything else. And he did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it. It was a far easier experience than I expected. Carson goes above and beyond to make sure that all the information is disclosed and accurate. He worked diligently within the insurance companies boundaries to get us exactly what we needed. Very impressed.

Have two different signs that say no soliciting, no estimates, no salesmen. Asked the guys who came to my door, they said they saw it. I said thanks, asked for their paper so i can never use this company. I'll tell everyone I know how this company cannot be trusted to follow the simplest of instructions that they acknowledge they knew about. Why would I let you do a dime of repairs when i can't trust you to follow simple rules and instructions?

I can’t recommend Best Choice Roofing enough! London and Bryan were walking our street offering roof inspections a day after we’d gotten a storm. My fiancé and I had already been talking for months about needing to fix our roof. The latest storm had knocked more shingles off. They wasted no time getting on our roof and the damage was worse than we thought. London has been there every step of the way for us. Contacting our insurance company, waiting with us while answering questions with insurance, staying in contact with us through claims process, reaching out to see if we’d gotten updates. She’s been to our home 3 times now to go over everything and answer questions! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever received and our new roof is in the best of hands with Best Choice Roofing!

Just wanted to share about my experience with BCR. Carson came by one evening and wanted to look at our roof. I said sure. He did a thorough job and when he was finished, told me about shingles I didn't know were missing from a previous storm we had.

I would like to acknowledge one of your employees, Carson, who literally stepped in and helped successfully closed my transaction with BCR. Unfortunately, at the inception of this roofing installation, I ran into a plethora of snags, i.e. no returned, phone calls, no communication, changing dates of when the roofing installation was to occur, etc. When Carson stepped in, everything was taken care of. Not only is he polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and well informed, he knows how to deal with customers and how to get things done. If I had had him at the beginning of this process, I would have had a very smooth transition. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he definitely needs a promotion!

They were supposed to install a roof on my house and garage 1/11/24. On 1/12/24 they told me all was done, pictures were sent to the insurance co as proof and had me sign to collect depreciation money from my insurance company (I had already given them over 7k). I am a 70 year old woman so going up on the roof myself to verify was not possible. I had my general contractor come. He found dozens of nail pops, poor flashing and seals, poor installation of gutter guards and THE GARAGE ROOF HAD NOT BEEN DONE AT ALL. They have been out several times since to do repairs but even at this late date they are still not done and are demanding more money, quite aggressively.
I am truly fearful of one of their employees now. Thankfully I have all texts, emails and recorded phone calls to prove their unfulfilled commitments and my efforts. I have spent hours on this and it is taking a heavy toll. BEWARE

Update: The GM has contacted me. He was not aware the corporate office had sent me to collections. He is working with me to try to hopefully, finally resolve this issue.

Update 6/13/24. At HQ request, an independent inspector has looked at my roof. Despite 5 prior "repairs" by BCR, he found multiple errors. A formal report was sent to HQ detailing the issues with pictures. The company is no longer responding to me.

Christina was so helpful to me and my family. She seemed to know everything in the books when it came to my roof. I was SHOCKED! She made sure insurance covered a full roof me, i only had to pay my deductible. If my family or I ever need help with my roof again I'm definitely calling her!!!!!

He was very knowledgeable and very hands on with getting on the roof and being willing to show up with the adjuster to take sure our home was restored back to original state from the hail and wind damage. Left very confused by my interaction with this company. An employee stopped by my house twice and spoke to my husband about some shingle repairs we need. Walked him through the process, very helpful and persistent. However, when I gave him a call to set up getting an estimate, he told me he had decided that the job is not beneficial to him or his family. He said he'd pass my number along to someone who might be interested in doing the repair, but I haven't been contacted by anyone else. Not sure what happened there, but I certainly won't be calling them for any needs in the future.

We had several roofing companies stop by our house and try to sell us on their services, but none ever showed us the level of customer service that made us feel comfortable working with them, until Alycia. She stopped by doing a knock and talk. She understood our complicated situation, reassured us in a genuine way that she could help, and took the time to actually devote the attention we needed. She stayed in constant contact with us and knew our particular details without having to repeat them each time. We got an amazing new roof that we love. The crew came in and knocked it out in a day! I was super worried about cleanup since we have kids and a dog, but they did a fantastic job. We cannot brag enough on how wonderful the experience with Alycia was!

I do not recommend using Best Choice Roofing. I found many instillation errors and building code violations. They did come back and correct the errors multiple time before getting it correct. I suspect that if I did not point out the errors they would have gone unresolved. This was the worst contractor experience I have ever had.

Best choice roofing, in particular Jim Douglas went above and beyond to get my roof replaced.

Jim broke down and explained the whole insurance process to me and my wife, multiple times. Even when we got denied and were gonna give up, and pay out of pocket for our roof, Jim and best choice roofing fought, and got the denial 100% overturned.

Only paid our deductible, for a 30k roof!!

I will be only using and referring best choice roofing, because of their honesty.

I was experiencing issues finding someone to replace my roof and repair my ceilings from a leak. Alycia came by, inspected the roof, contacted the insurance company and adjuster without issue. Prior to Alycia getting involved the insurance company wasn't helpful. Once contacted by her, both my roof and ceiling were replaced. Her intervention was needed and she got the much needed results.

I had damage to my roof from the march storm, I filled a claim on my own, my insurance was not willing to pay for a complete roof, I was gonna have to pay more than 10k for my roof. A friend told me about Jim Douglas and best choice roofing, she had recently worked with Jim, with her roof. Immediately Jim went to work fighting my insurance for a complete roof replacement, he kept me in the loop the entire time, I had patience and trusted Jim. I ended up only paying my deductible, and having my insurance pay the other 98% of my roof. Best choice roofing, and Jim Douglas went above and beyond to help me, I will refer them to anyone with a roof.

From the very beginning of the process, Joel has been absolutely amazing! What could have been a stressful situation, turned into a simple transaction. Joel is very prompt in his responses whenever I had questions. Joel and his production manager Stephen were a pleasure to work with. Communication and professionalism were above any other company I've dealt with.
