I discussed my windows project with Mark BALDRIDGE and he was very helpful and informative and even though the company took several more weeks before my 6 windows could be installed, it was due to the flooding in our state and many people were in need of new windows to complete their damaged homes. The installers arrived on the designated day and went right to work and had them completely put in within 2 1/2 hours.

After installation one of them went over the windows and showed me all of the features of my clean and shiny new windows. There was very little mess and they cleaned up before they left.

If I could give them a zero I would I bought a 300 gas pressure washer not even a month old and is broke they won't replace it or give me my money back. They said I had 48 hrs to return it so they are selling junk products and don't stand behind them do yourself a favor and find a different reliable brand that will stand behind there products

I had a great experience with Craftsmen Contractors. They came out to do a free roof inspection and showed up right on time. The inspection was thorough, and they explained everything clearly without any pressure. The contractor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was clear he had a lot of experience and truly cared about the quality of his work.

What impressed me the most was how he went out of his way to cover a few small areas on the roof that were already showing signs of water damage inside. He sealed them up on the spot to help stop any further damage until the full repair could be done. That kind of care really stood out to me.

After the inspection, I received a detailed written estimate that clearly outlined the needed repairs and costs. Everything was explained up front with no hidden fees or confusion.

He also knew all the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. He even met with the adjuster in person to make sure the issues were clearly pointed out and nothing got overlooked. That gave me a lot of peace of mind during the process.

Charlie came over today to check the flashing on my chimney. My wife thought it looked like the flashing was gone. Charlie was extremely personable and checked the flashing thoroughly and determined it was there, but showing a little wear and had some scratches. He even made sure it was firmly attached and sent me the pictures to show my wife as proof it was fine. When we need any roofing or other work Charlie is our guy going forward. Thanks Charlie.

Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2023. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. Our former neighbor, Ben F, drove by one day, and seeing me in the yard cleaning up, he stopped by to check in with us. Ben listened empathetically. He told us he had started to work for Craftsmen and asked us if we wanted him to give us an estimate. Ben told that us he had been impressed with the team at Craftsmen, that he had found a workplace guided by principles of integrity. As he put together the estimate, Ben was thorough and thoughtful, answering our endless questions with considerable knowledge and good advice. We trusted Ben as a friend, and after looking at other companies, we decided to go with Craftsmen--not only on Ben's recommendation, but on other positive feedback we received from people who had worked with them through the years. Over the course of a year of work, there were some issues that arose, perhaps not surprisingly, but each time and overall, Craftsmen listened to our concerns and acted fully to resolve them. But what made the difference was the consistent assurances we got from Phillip P, one of the company's owners, that Craftsmen would correct any issue to our satisfaction--a promise that our patient contractor, John B, followed up on, as we likely drove him crazy with anxiety filled texts. Steven S at the office ensured that we were scheduled for our repairs and any follow ups that came after. Ben’s hard work, Phillip's word, John's follow-through and the teamwork at Craftsmen all mattered! This experience has taught us that in the process of home repair and restoration (and I imagine in renovation too), you cannot let the idea of the perfect get in the way of the good. And Craftsmen delivers the goods!

We have finally, and thankfully, come to the end of repairing our home! We 100% recommend Craftsmen if you are looking for a solid, local company that operates on principles of integrity and that goes the extra mile to ‘make it right.’ Craftsmen, like other companies following the hail event, met a different sort of storm—a storm of people needing repairs. The unusual circumstance meant that Craftsmen had to learn how to navigate a disaster event along the way. But as they learned best practices in the aftermath of our storm, they stood by their work. Now, as we stroll through our neighborhood, we often note how lucky we were to have made the best choice! Spoke with Jason today. Gotta say of all four roofing companies that I have spoke to so far, he was certainly the most thorough in his inspection and made sure to check out the whole house. He was the only person who used a drone to go up and take pictures as well as going up to look at it personally himself.
Furthermore, he inspected not only the roof, but walked around the perimeter looking for and pointing out any other damage under the roof as well as the siding itself. He even went up and temporarily patched the spot that had been blown off! Gotta tell you, these guys are awesome from start to finish!

Charlie Smith is amazing!!!!!! After the wind storms that we had in March we had damage to our roof and the soffit that attached the roof to the siding had come off and was banging into the house. It sounded like a truck was hitting the side of our house and was upsetting our dogs and me. It seemed like no one was willing to even give me an estimate on that and I kept hearing “that sounds like a handyman job”. The roof is almost three stories off the ground and no handyman would be willing to climb a ladder and see about fixing that piece of aluminum. Charlie was the fourth person who I contacted and I was in tears. He said he could help and came out within 24 hours. He inspected the entire roof and found wind damage, helped me with making a claim to my insurance and has been nothing but kind, personable, knowledgeable and funny. 5 stars!!!! I would recommend he and Craftsmen Contractors to anyone.

Craftsmen Contractors were fantastic to work with. In particular, without Travis Rainwater, my insurance company would not have paid the claim to fix my storm damaged roof. When they initially denied my claim (likely because the original adjuster came to some faulty and incomplete conclusions) Travis was the one who highly encouraged me to require the insurance company to take another look. He was really diligent to mediate my conversations with the insurance agent. When they sent the second adjuster, it became obvious that they needed to pay out. Craftsmen not only does great work, they really work with their clients to ensure good communication between all parties involved. I’m very thankful for the entire experience.

I highly recommend craftsmen contractors. We were in the market for a new roof due to storm damage. They sent Mark Baldridge to talk with us. He walked us through the entire insurance claim process. He explained the process in great detail. Once the weather allowed for the roof replacement it was four hours from the time they started until the they completed the job. This included cleanup. I was expecting to find a nail or two but have yet to find one. We are very happy with the entire experience.

I recently had some roof damage due to high winds blowing a big branch out of a tree. When Jason McLennan showed up to assess the situation, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He temporarily patched the roof and worked his schedule to accompany my insurance adjuster when they came to assess the damage and file the claim. Jason stayed in contact with me throughout the process, explained everything very clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure things were going smoothly. It doesn’t hurt that his Australian accent is gentle on the ears…

Excellent Service, Travis helped throughout the process with my Insurance company to get it approved it took over a year of Fighting the insurance company and he came in and help get it done within 3 months. The Roofer did an excellent job and got the roof done in a day and it looks great with Upgraded shingles.

I hired Craftsmen Contractors to do a complete re-roof of my house and garage
The crew they sent out to my house was amazing - They stripped the old roof off had to replace a couple of roof sheathing panels and did this all in the morning - And then they added a new weather barrier and new roof shingles for the house and garage at the same time - They finished both roofs, including shingle over Ridge Vents before they left for the day - They also did a great job of protecting and cleaning up any of the debris, nails, etc.

Travis and Craftsman replaced the roof on my home after a large water maple severely damaged it. They did a fantastic job and were even instrumental in getting my insurance company to comply and pay for it. I can't recommend them enough.

Larry really helped us out today with our clay tile roof. The hurricane Helene remnants popped up a tile right at the top of our roof and since it’s a tile roof, not an easy fix. Larry was cool, calm and professional figuring out a plan to get it back in place. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Larry again if another problem arises.
