I had Eli from Quality Built out to investigate a leak in my kitchen ceiling that I thought was coming from the roof. Until Eli, no one could figure out where the problem was. Eli spent more than 2 hours checking my roof and even the plumbing on the 2nd floor. Turns out it was an HVAC issue. I’m so grateful to Eli for refusing to give up until he found the leak. We had a great experience with Quality Built Service. They came out and inspected our roof, showed us lots of pictures and explained what they found. They were very professional and made sure we were happy with our new roof.

Cannot express how great the customer service has been from Quality Built. First I had a roof leak and could not get the company I used 8 years ago to respond. Cris was here the same day and it was taken care of the next day. Then ice storm 2025 took down fascia board and gutters. Same experience- Cris was here the same day. Had a roof put on by QBS. This is the second time I’ve used these guys and I will again. My roof was damaged in a storm and Erick and his team helped me navigate the insurance. It's one thing to be good at replacing roofs, but it's another thing to be able to effectively communicate with insurance companies. Quality Built can do both. After having my claim denied 3 times previously working with another company, I called Quality Built and Erick Quezada. He got my claim approved within two weeks, and my roof completely replaced shortly thereafter, with total integrity, professionalism and courtesy. Save yourself a lot of hassle and headaches in dealing with the insurance company, and give Quality Built a call. I don't normally write reviews, but I can't recommend this business highly enough.

I usually don’t answer the door or call back folks that leave stuff at my door but I did call Eric for questions about my roof!!! Eric was responsive and explained everything to me and my wife and stayed in touch throughout the process. The job was done right and also the crew cleaned up around our house which was a plus for me keeping a nice yard. I would recommend Quality Built 5 star service!!!

This company is TOP NOTCH! They were all of the above and more. Very patient and understanding. They know exactly what they are doing AND some. My roof has never looked better/prettier. They helped with the colour match and it turned out wonderful. If you are looking for a roofing company, these guys are the best! They don’t cut corners either! I didn't even know i needed a new roof, but they inspected it for free and showed me all of the missing shingles and hardware damage. Then they worked directly with me and my insurance company to get a new roof on. If I could give them six stars I would.

This company took all my anxiety away because I had a bad experience prior with a previous contracting company. They came in and remodeled my whole bathroom, basement including kitchen vinyl flooring and fresh paint on my walls. Very professional and fast. It took them a couple weeks to get the job done. Erick went above and beyond to assist with getting our roof replaced by insurance. Erick was in constant contact with us during the month + it took to get insurance to approve our roof/gutters. He even sent our insurance company the regulations and information from the roof manufacturer to assist us in the process. After much rigmarole, he was able to assist in getting our roof/gutters completely paid for. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to have household repairs completed!

Quality Built installed my vinyl privacy fence I purchased from Lowes. They did an outstanding job even taking the time at the end to adjust the level of the fence to my liking. Luis was great to work with and was able to get our floor installed sooner than we expected. Installed around 400 SF of LVP in 4 different rooms in about 4 hours. Extremely professional crew and we would recommend to anyone.
