Jesse and I had an awesome experience with Jamie Gill at BCR. From beginning to end, Jamie took time to explain everything and was extremely helpful. We had a hard time picking a color, but with Jamie's help we picked Harbor Blue and absolutely love it. Jamie knows her roofs. The roofers were very nice and respectful of our property.

The roof looks fine. The people that showed up to put the roof on, have no respect for personal space or property. There are many things damaged in the process and the cleanup didn’t happen. We still have roof Remnants all over the yard and the roof was put on months ago. I’m sure this is where the Skinny nail in my tire came from . It’s been a back-and-forth process, trying to get the insurance checks. They tore the chimney off halfway down and left it completely open when it was supposed to rain the next day. And put a few holes in the patio cover so when it rains, water drips down into the covered patio area. Needless to say, don’t Decide based off the first review you find when choosing a roofing company.

We are so thankful for Coltan at BCR! He advocated for us, went back and forth with our insurance company for months fighting for what we pay for every month, and didn’t stop until we got a new roof! We had lots of storm/wind/water damage and thanks to Coltan and his consistency and guidance, we will have a new beautiful roof this week! He was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable in what he is doing, professional and genuinely a pleasure to work with!

BCR did a great job. Nathan Hillis came by and inspected my roof. He said that it needed to be replaced because it was in pretty bad shape. We contacted my insurance company. They sent an inspector out here to look at it. Nathan met him here, and they went up to take a look. The inspector said that it needed replacing. Thanks to Nathan that he inspected my roof. All this rain that we've had lately, there could be a lot of damage down inside my home. I would highly recommend Nathan Hillis to anybody. He's a great person, and he's honest. Edit: reduced 1 star because my purchase included a free 3rd party roof inspection after the installation and they gave me the runaround about it. Took several months and near-daily nagging to finally get someone to come out, and then the inspection was pretty cursory. Frustrating

Best Choice roofers are amazing! They replaced the roof on my last house and came out to repair the botched work from a builder on the new home I bought (added ventilation that was never done and replaced some broken and rough shingles). Jamie Gill came out to offer her expert advice and she walked me through every step of the process and helped me understand the situation. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions. I made a few changes to the work throughout the process which I know was probably frustrating for her, but she never showed her frustration and was kind and professional the entire time. The price was reasonable and they went above and beyond and did more work on the roof than expected because they had extra tiles left over. That alone sold me as a customer - above and beyond work goes a long way with me. The roofers cleaned up very well and everyone was so friendly. Then Erin stepped in as the project manager to help me and she was great to work with. She inspected the roof after the work was done to ensure it was right and helped to get someone out to look at an area I had questions on.

I’m appreciate the start to finish attention to detail and enjoyed working with each person along the way. I recommend them for any roof work you may need- they will take care if you. I will continue to use them for any roofing needs I may have. Thank you, Best Choice!

Solid contractor. The initial inspection showed damage to my roof (and Reilly did a great job, esp help with insurance). Would recommend Best Choice Roofing. (Note: the responsiveness, esp Erin Pears, to requests after the work was done for cleanup was outstanding. They even used a metal detector to find nails that had fallen!).

When the roof leaked we called numerous roofing companies. This was a very stressful experience. Never realized that there were so many choices and very pushy companies. When BCS roofing sent Jamie Gill out they definitely sent the right person. She went above and beyond to answer all questions and discuss all options. This was done without the must sign today pushing of other unnamed companies that definitely over inflated their prices then try to make you believe you are getting a great deal. But must sign today. If I needed additional roofing looking for the comparable warranty I would use BCS again.

These guys are solid. The process was quick and smooth. Special shout out to Aaron Hollands for taking the lead on the project!

Jamie Gill is the BEST! She is my new Shero. Not only did she get up on the roof (Girl Power), she provided me with pictures of all the damages to my roof and also went to bat for me against my insurance company. BCR replaced my roof a few months ago. Recently we had a storm and there was an opening causing the water to leak into my kitchen through the ceiling. We were going through the Hurricane Helene storm in Nashville, and they still came out the same day to look at the roof, had the roof repaired within 24 hours and the interior fixed within a few days. Great quality people, accountable for their work, quick to react, and polite to deal with. Thats all anyone can ask for. Everything is back to normal and I didnt have to spend a penny!

JP was a nice young men professional at his I would like to recommend him to anybody in need of a roof protective.

Damage to my roof after the new install. Told the company I would not pay the remaining balance until it was fixed. They sent one of the managers out to my house to inspect, did not hear anything afterwards. Now they are threatening a lawsuit. I’ll gladly see you in court.

Great company to work with. Coltan came by went over everything in a clear consistent manner . Polite , easy to communicate with . Representatives of This company are reliable, call when they say they will show up when they say they will . Understand how to work with insurance. I will let you know how roof looks in about 6 weeks . Im optimistic as everything so far has been good .

I can't say enough good things about my experience with JP (a representative). He has excellent communication skills and follow up. JP is very friendly and not a high pressure salesperson. I can't recommend him enough.

I knew that I had several shingles missing from my roof after multiple storms had hit over the last year or so, however I did not have the time or the money to do anything about it. Then Coltan Powell with BCR stopped by one day and asked if I would like an inspection done and an estimate given. I agreed and he climbed up on the roof, took lots of pictures then came down and showed me all the places that needed attention. I told him that a claim had been filed over a year before that my insurance had "approved", but the total estimate they had come up with was less than my deductible so it would have been out of pocket for me to get it fixed. I didn't have the money at the time so I didn't get anything done.

Coltan said he could contact my insurance company and re-open the claim showing that additional damages had been done by more storms and that we could work out financing to help me out with covering the deductible. He got right to it and talked with the insurance adjuster and got what was needed approved, so now all that's left is scheduling the work. After reading other reviews about the work crews and how prompt and professional they were, I'm really looking forward to getting this done!

Coltan has been in contact with me and my insurance adjuster throughout the whole process and explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on and what was needed. He has been so kind and helpful throughout this process and has even gone above and beyond what I expected. When he came in my house to check for any sign of leaks, he noticed some other issues that I had that needed fixing, but not related to the roof, and offered to take pictures and send them to my insurance company even though it wouldn't be anything that BCR could fix for me. I would highly recommend BCR and Coltan Powell to anyone looking for a professional, courteous and detail oriented advisor.

Jayce and Paul helped me get something I didn’t even know I needed. They’ve been the easiest contractors I’ve ever worked with. Extremely efficient and professional. They’ve led most, if not all, of the talks with insurance to make sure I got the most out of them. Very thankful!

I don’t normally answer random knocks at my door, but I just happened to when Jayce, Nick and two others with Best Choice Roofing of Hendersonville stopped by, and my husband and I are glad we did. They were incredibly polite and respectful, and explained that there had been damaging weather in our area and they would do a free roof assessment. They climbed on the room and went into the attic. They marked dozens of hail dings that we had no idea were there. The videos they took made everything easy to explain. Jayce was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well. I would definitely say he went above and beyond. He and Nick walked us through what needed to happen. They helped us file the claim with our insurance company. Our insurance adjuster came out a few days later and, without even looking very long said yes, we have damage and would get a new roof. We’re very skeptical people, but with all the information Jayce provided to us it was a comfortable process. We’ll definitely update when the roofers are finished!!

Excellent experience with Best Choice! Same day response from Nicholas Baxkey when I called about a potential roof leak. Drove over an hour at the end of the day. Nicholas ans Jason Steenwyk proceeded to do an extremely thorough inspection of the roof. Honest about findings (no leak) and spent time trying to diagnose cause of issue even though it wasn’t roof-related. Also followed up to see if we were able to resolve the issue. Highly recommend and they will be my first call if an other roof issue arises.

Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left
