We have used Cross Driven Construction a couple of times for small projects and have a great experience each time! We originally contacted Cross Driven for a small trim/paint project back in February. Bobby completely impressed us by how well of a job he did! He is very attentive to detail, and his jobs look perfect after he is finished. Because of how well he did, we decided to contact them again when a few issues popped up just recently. They were here today and we had another great experience! Dave did a fantastic job fixing our cabinet issue and Bobby did another fantastic job repairing a dry wall/paint issue. Cross-driven did a fabulous job updating our master bathroom and adding a laundry room. Jon and Sergio did awesome work day-in and day-out in making the space both beautiful and functional. Karrie was an awesome designer, capturing my ideas and adding her flourish to make the whole area beautiful. Clay (project manager) was great with communication and even pitched in when needed to get the project completed in good time. Would highly recommend!

I reached out to Cross Driven Construction after they had come highly recommended by a friend. Scott Hall was my contact person, and he was very polite and attentive. He thoroughly assessed different areas of work that I was looking into for my mom's home. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed, but I never felt pressured. We are satisfied with the work that we had done, and Scott even went out of his way to come secure one of the tarps that had shifted on the the chimney after some high winds. This company may cost a little more than an average "handy man," but I have confidence in their knowledge, their work and in them backing what they do. That peace of mind is invaluable.

Cross Driven has completed two projects for us. We had an unfinished storage area finished and a shower removed and replaced with a spa tub. We were completely satisfied with both projects. Communication, price, the professionalism of the workers and the cleanup were all excellent. We would use them again.

Cross Driven has been replacing many of the roofs in our condo community in Hendersonville. They are responsive, dependable and do a great job often in difficult weather conditions. An example of their responsiveness is they were on site in our community the next day after the tornado on 12/9/2023 to help a homeowner replace their roof torn completely off by the tornado. I recently had my roof replaced by Cross Driven Construction. They've been working in our community on repairs from the tornado and have been a pleasure to work with. Federico was great at communicating prior to the start to let me know when they would be here and was hands on through the entire process. The roofing team was also wonderful. They protected my garage door, screened in patio and all flower beds. Fast, effecient and clean up was excellent! I did not hire these guys personally myself. They were contracted out by my HOA. Although I am not happy at all with my HOA I will say that these gentlemen at Crossdriven are excellent guys. Very professional, very helpful, very friendly and very very responsive. I have dealt with Federico from the beginning with my roofing issue and he is a stand up guy. I would highly recommend these Gentlemen.

Cross Driven installed a dishwasher, including hookup and a cabinet for it. Easy to work with, professional and quick. We will use them again for any projects. I love that they take the smaller jobs as well as the larger ones. Their project system is also great and easy to use.

If you need Plumbing or electrical work Call Cross Driven and ask for Matt Shanes. He is amazing. He installed a gas cooktop that included taping in and running pipe for natural gas and the electrical work to convert from 220 to 120. It works great but also it looks great. His attention to detail is wonderful. We are so very happy with everything he did. I will recommend him to everyone. Oh and he was on time....

After a neighbor's vehicle rolled into the front of our house, we had to collect quotes for repairs. We attempted to collect several quotes, but businesses today do not return calls or get back to you with the quote. Except Cross Driven. They immediately replied to my inquiry, showed for the estimate, & got the quote back to me! Although Cross Driven's quote was in line with another company, we chose to go with Cross Driven because of the response & service we'd received. We worked with Cross Driven's Home Repair/Remodel division and our project manager was Scott. Our initial repair was done swiftly & ahead of time. Thankfully, Scott's trained & experienced eye spotted an unrelated water leak in the same room where the initial repair took place and saved us from making a costly mistake as we were scheduled to have hardwood floor laid. Although it was challenging to locate the source of the leak and took several visits to do so and fix it fully, Scott's team did solve the problem and complete the repair. Scott did an excellent job of always keeping us updated. There were some bumps and bruises along the way, but Scott and Cross Driven stepped up to make them right.

This was our first experience with Cross Driven Construction. We had contacted them about fixing a piece of awning that the recent weather had ripped off of our house. Billy came out promptly and repaired it. We were very pleased and are already starting to think of other jobs that we might like to call on Cross Driven to do to improve our home!!

I recently had Cross Driven’s Home Maintenance team out to complete a couple of small jobs around the house. They were very prompt and completed the tasks quickly. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day and I felt very comfortable leaving the workers in my home unattended. I've had a lot of work done around my home lately. Every single contractor leaves us disappointed. I guess most companies just don't care like they used to. Then Cross Driven, and our rep Scott Hall, came into our lives. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it with a great attitude. I will forever use them!

Cross Driven was next door patching a roof after the 12/2023 tornado and they were willing to come and patch ours as well. From there we used them to replace the roof. They were very communicative and responses were very quick. After our insurance company issued the replacement check we were given samples to choose a new roof and placed on the wait list.
The roofers were considerate of our outdoor landscaping and worked diligently to get the replacement completed 1 1/2 days. I recommend them and would use them again.

We had our roof replaced in Gallatin. It took them a day and a half to complete the whole roof. They did amazing work and the staff was so friendly, efficient and professional. They left the property spotless. They price was super competitive also. I will be using them for all my construction projects.

Cross Driven does not represent their moto "“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men” -Colossians 3:23. Company takes advantage of women and elderly. Billed for approximately 35 ft. x 55 ft. of cord. Basement is only 23 X 32 ft. How is this possible? Actual use was 20 ft. x 39ft. An accurate billing at best would be approximately 25ft. x 40ft. I contacted Dustin and asked that someone come down to do the actual measurements as I did to confirm the actual material used. Company took worker Matt's word instead of the customer who invited the company down for proof of false billing. Also, James took out our working light bulbs and replaced with Ace Hardware's bulbs and loaded our bulbs in the van. That is thief of property! Why replace the customer's working bulbs? Just to over charge materials of a generic bulb. This company is NOT the Christians they claim who lie and steal from their customers. I do not recommend this company.

My husband and I have major trust issues with construction companies and we were super hesitant to start a project. Thankfully I had a friend I trusted and knew she wouldn’t just work for any sleezy company!
We met Ty first, he showed up on time which is unheard of and was dressed very professionally, went through what we wanted, gave us a written estimate, Chris was awesome with communication and timely everyday he was here at the house, Karrie helped me pick out all the tile which that alone alleviated a ton of stress.
And the estimate was almost to the penny!!!!

We have used Cross Driven twice, once for a total main floor flooring replacement and most recently to replace and build a custom vent hood. They are extremely professional and courteous. We worked with Scott recently and his communication was exceptional. He and his team would arrive when they said they would prepared to do the job and had an eye for detail that was greatly appreciated. I developed some ceiling water damage in my living room so called Cross Driven for a house visit/inspection. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple days.

When they showed up, he was very friendly and thoroughly looked over the ceiling damage, then went up on the roof. Within five minutes he had found the problem, one shingle had been damaged, and patched it up immediately for no charge.

He even took a quick look at a couple other odds and ends outdoor issues I have on my house just to talk through some quick DIY fixes I was planning as it is not my expertise, and offered to give me a quote for fixing the ceiling damage inside.

I called Cross Driven Construction and had them scheduled to do some work on the interior of our home. When we noticed the roof was leaking we mentioned it to them and learned they actually had a roofing division. Who knew!?!?! Billy came out quickly, assessed the issue and was able to fix it same day. Fortunately, at least for now, we didn't need a new roof, just had a leaky vent. Thanks Billy!!!

Where to begin? We first used Cross Driven at our previous house in 2019 for a total kitchen renovation. We met with 5 companies and their professionalism was above and beyond. We were so pleased with their work and responsiveness the entire project and the result was a beautiful custom kitchen. We used them again in 2020 to redo our fireplace and install custom built-ins. Then again in 2021 to remodel our dining room. We planned to have them do more work on that house, but we found our dream house before we could. Leaving the projects we had done was hard because the work was incredible. We moved into our new house in May 2022 and by November 2022 we had them here working on 3 projects. They have helped us make our last 2 houses a home we can call our own. You will not find harder workers anywhere. They will not complete a project until your vision is 100% complete and I recommend them for any home needs you may have.

It was hard to find a contractor that wasn't flaky but these guys followed through. They did quality work and addressed all issues. I would work with them again.

I really cant put into words how truly amazing I think the team at Cross Driven Construction is. This is the second and largest project they have done for me. The team I worked with went above and beyond to make everything came together for our new back yard porch project. They showed up faithfully every day they said they would and worked so hard every single day! They made sure at the beginning of every week I knew when they would be here and what they would be doing. They communicated with me consistently throughout the project. The team consisted of an estimator, a project manager, a design consultant and various in house carpenters. If they contracted jobs out, the project manager made sure the subcontractors were here and did the job to their satisfaction! All of these people are truly special and go out of their way to make sure they have the highest quality of work. They put so much thought into every single detail and answered all of our questions patiently. Cross-Driven Construction recently replaced our entire roof, and they did a fantastic job! Their office--specifically Scott Hall and Billy Fitzwilson--communicated consistently and helpfully with us (and our insurance company) before, during, and after the job. Their on-site crew, led by Sergio, worked two very long, hot days to get the job done, and they did excellent work, including cleaning up when finished. We had an elaborate garage built during the worst of Covid several years ago. Although no building project is easy, considering the complexity of the build and difficulties Covid placed on the construction team I feel the job was well done, in a timely fashion.
I was used to spending a lot less for builds than I spent on this one, but my involvement was a lot less, and I guess that balances the cost.

I use Cross Driven for all my home projects. They have replaced my fireplace mantel, installed attic flooring, installed shelving, repaired my wood flooring, caulked my windows and created custom built-in bookcases using IKEA bookcase hack (pictured). I have used Cross Driven Construction for over 15 years. Brandon and his guys always offer great service, quality, and professionalism. My house was hit by a tornado in 2006 and they worked with me and my insurance to get my house repaired in just a few short months. I have used them for any project I have needed done ever since to flooring, roof work, gutter work and much more. No one else. These guys will step up and get the job done and the price will be fair and competitive.

Dustin and the Cross Driven staff were fantastic helping us replace the entire stone facade of our house. The entire process from estimate to final payment was very clear and up front. We had a lot of exterior work done on our home over several months. A deck repair became replacement of most of the deck as well as some of the infrastructure holding it up. We had the new deck stained and painted - then decided to paint the entire exterior (brick) white. While we were at it, had custom shutters built an installed by this group. Dustin was our Project Manager. He and all of his folks were great to work with, were ALWAYS on time and each person knew their stuff - which is a wonderful thing to behold, these days. We were so happy with the exterior work that we hired them, again to perform some major interior remodeling - but my wife will be posting about that. For weeks after the exterior was finished, people would stop and ask us "who did this work?". Always happy to recommend them to anyone who asks.
