He also came back after the work was completed to do a double check and answer any other questions I had . The men he sent to do the work showed up right on time and worked hard , completing the job faster than I had anticipated. The guys were so efficient and When they left, I first did not realize it except that my dogs took a nap and I realized I did not hear any noise. If I ever need any further exterior work, I would gladly call them again. I felt they cared about me as a customer.

Our chimney cap was damaged during storm. I had been working with Joey on another roof issue. I called him and he was on top of it asap. The company responded by coming out and removed the damaged cap and placed a tarp over the chimney. They ordered the new cap and when it was ready they came out and installed it. Joey was very professional throughout the process and kept us informed on the status. He is very friendly and conscientious.

The company did a great job repairing our metal roof that had been leaking from all the rain. They helped us apply for financing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt like they were happy to help us. The company also has great communication with their customers. There were no issues with the shingles, but he did find an area near a plumbing pipe that needed some silicone added. He did it at no charge and the roof inspection was also no charge!

They came out and gave me a detailed quote and got out their drone with a video camera so I could see the roof as it is too steep for me to access safely. He identified an additional area that needed repairing as well and showed it to me in the video. Afterwards they added me on a GroupMe chat to schedule the repairs and kept me up to date along the way. The crew was professional, courteous and did a great job. They sent me some pics of the finished job and it looks great!

I contacted Trusted Roofing for some roof repairs, mainly a missing vent and several rows of shingles. Mr. Joey Boyd came out, took a look, and gave me a free quote. He talked to me about my options, and the quote was so good that I hired them on the spot.

After they were hired, the communications were top notch. As im sure everyone knows, getting a call back from a contractor can be impossible. Trusted roofing was completely different. Starting the moment they were hired, they were letting me know when and how the repairs were going to take place. As I had an active leak (that they had tarped, but needed to be replaced asap), they even managed to move my repair up to within a week after they had been hired. That just about floored me, usually contractors talk in months, not weeks.

As far as the repairs themselves, the crew that came out were great. They asked about my concerns, answered the questions i had, and did a great job fixing my roof. The repair looks so good you cant even tell there was damage there to begin with.

After the repairs were done, Joey Boyd called me again and made sure i was happy with the repairs (which i was ). Again, its rare a contractor maintains such good communications.

If you need any sort of roof repair, I greatly recommend Trusted Roofing, and especially i can recommend Joey Boyd.

Trusted Roofing did an amazing job with a new roof and gutter system. Patrick came out and walked my home with me. I am retired from 40+ years in the construction industry. He talked me through the process of his company and gave us great advice. Once I agreed to the great price of his product we scheduled the work. They were on schedule every step of the process. They installed the roof at a high standard of craftsmanship. Trusted Roofing did a tear out and installed my new roof in one day. They came back as scheduled to tear out and upgrade my gutter system. When they were done everything was cleaned up, no damage was done. It was like they weren’t there except I can now enjoy the new look of my home. I’ll take pictures of the gutters tomorrow and add them.

Best contractor experience have ever, ever had. Communications with office team was stellar. When Joey showed up to look at the roof, looked from both the Attic side and the Roof side, provided quotes for both just the area at issue as well as a full roof replacement. option for choices. Provided schematic of the area impacted as part of proposal. Knew exactly what was going to need to be repaired. They were out as quickly as weather allowed to perform the repairs, I wasn’t even in town and they did the work and were done start to finish in 2 hours. Additionally they provide a GroupMe app to communicate with them as soon as you sign up with them for a project, and the entire team from the Trusted side communicates with you, including the owner. You also get a project manager who is on site for the entire project, who is an additional resource besides the team who does the repairs. Israel was my project manager and gets 5 stars just like the rest of the team. There is a reason they only get Five star reviews…Because that is what they deliver, Five Star Service.

We had a fantastic experience with Trusted Roofing when they recently fixed/weatherproofed 4 roof penetrations on our new home. Joey was super responsive, communicative, friendly & helpful. He really helped us understand the process & timing. Even though they were extremely busy after heavy Fall rains, they still arrived on their target date; their guys were up on our roof at night working by flashlight, but they got the job done well. Joey came out afterward and re-inspected to make sure things looked perfect. As a cherry on top, we had only contracted to do 3 penetrations (we assumed the 4th was probably fine), but when the guys got up there they saw the 4th was actually in bad shape & took care of it anyway. Joey didn’t charge us a dime for that one. Fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I contacted Trusted Roofing and David set up a meeting, came out and gave me an estimate for replacing my roofing and replacing all the soffit, fascia, eves (gutters) and down spouts. The estimate was reasonible and he had two teams come out. The first team showed up early on the scheduled day. The house is around 2600 sqft not including the attached garage. This team completely removed the old roofing and installed new roof in less than 12 hours. The second team came out removed all the soffit, fascia and eves. Replaced every thing.
