I am so fortune that Dustin Sullivan stopped by one day to see if I wanted my roof inspected. I had had 3 other guys by--two said it didn't have enough damage to be replaced and one said it did, barely. Dustin said he was pretty confident we had enough to get the insurance company to replace it. He was right. His company, Pine Knot Roofing, did a fantastic job! His crew arrived early and quiet moved outside furniture and placed tarps around the house until 6am, when they got to work stripping the roof. They did our entire roof, over 4000sf, in one day, minus the gutters. And it is just gorgeous! They also did a fantastic job cleaning up, using magnets for nails, blowing off everything, etc. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great work, Dustin and crew!

The were issues with my homeowners insurance and reverse mortgage and Colton and Garrett stayed on task for both. They totally replaced roofs on 2 buildings; their workmen were prompt and finished in 1 day, from removing old roofs, installing new roofs, and hauling away all debris.

From the beginning of our roof replacement, due to storm damage, these guys guided me through the insurance claim process and tenaciously dealt with the insurance company until we got approval for a complete roof replacement. They had a project manager on-site during the actual replacement and they got the whole roof job done, and everything cleaned up in one day! They even followed up a couple of times after doing the job to make sure everything is okay. If I ever need any more roof work done, I’m calling Pine Knot Roofing as fast as I can!

Pine Knot replaced my roof after the recent tornado. The crew did a fantastic job, arrived early, and cleaned up after themselves. Carner, Eli, and Dustin were great throughout the whole process. Communication was top notch and I never had trouble reaching them or getting return calls in a timely manner. We did have a few items that popped up after the roof was complete, but Dustin handled those with ease and made sure that the issues were taken care of timely and to our satisfaction. I find all the people involved with Pine Knot to be people of their word which is a hard thing to find in this day and time. Will definitely use them again should I have future roofing needs.

During the storm we started seeing leaks from the roof. I contacted a friend for a referral and she told me about Carner with Pine Knot Roofing. I reached out to Carner and he came out immediately, took pictures and walked me through the process. He made it very easy and seamless. My experience with Pine Knot Roofing was AMAZING from start to finish!!! I had been meaning to call someone to check my roof for storm damage and had passed their trucks and saw several of their signs around my neighborhood. I was out mowing and one of their trucks passed by. I called immediately and Dustin, the owner had called me back right away and was on my roof within 10 minutes from my call. He walked all around my roof marking his prop roof with the damage he was seeing. I was really impressed how he was walking around my steep roof and made it look like no big deal. Sure enough I had hail damage that he said was enough to file a claim. He met my claims adjuster and their 3rd party roof inspector at my house since I had to work, and he got back up on my roof with the inspector. I got the call that a full roof replacement was approved!!! Within a week, his project manager Eli and crew arrived at my house early morning after I left for work. It was so impressive when Eli was not only texting me to keep me updated, but was also sending me awesome drone pics each step of the way! I knew I was in good hands with very hard workers! When I got home from work, they were finishing up. Not only did they put tarps all around my house to catch all the nails and debris but when I got home they were blowing all the leaves off my deck and away from my house. I have not found any nails like I've heard people complain about with their roofing companies. I can't say enough about Pine Knot Roofing especially Dustin, Eli and their crew! Had an old roof that suffered damage in a storm. We worked with Dustin who immediately came out and completed a temporary repair on the roof until we could get insurance involved. We ultimately had an entire new roof put on by Pine Knot Roofing, and they did an amazing job. The work was top quality, price was fair, they were always on time and responsive to every call. There is no sales, estimator, etc. These days it seems rare to have the owner so involved, and this was very helpful to us as we navigated the replacement along with the insurance issues that we have never dealt with before. Dustin and Pine Knot roofing were extremely quick to respond to my wind and storm damage. They came out and they day after i contacted them and patched up potential issues for water damage. He helped guide us through the insurance process step by step to give us all the options available.
