Mike came out to look at my roof. I was prepared for the worst. To my surprise, he gave me an honest assessment of my roof along with a very clear explanation of what he was seeing. He wasn't trying to make a sale. In fact, Mike told me i have some time before a new roof is needed. When that time comes I will be giving them a call.

Fast and great service. I had an unexpected leak in my roof and they got the job done in less than 48 hours before it rains again. Highly recommend.

They came to my house today for a free roof inspection, and all of them were very nice, respectful and professional. They took a video while on the roof, narrating the damages and highlighting it for me which I thought was very considerate. I’ll definitely hire them when we get the budget in check!

We discussed the architectural shingles, the nail guard and protective material that is applied prior to the shingles. He was very thorough inspecting the roof, the attic and water marks on the ceilings.

Preliminary review. Brody, the water damage expert, was tenacious and amazing. He was punctual with appointment, and kept his word to advocate for us with the insurance company. I look forward to the progression of the roof being done. With this solid effort, any homeowner would be lucky to have him represent their interest with insurance claims.

Just in awful & rude! I will not ever use this company! Especially because of the people who just randomly came my door with a latter already leased again my roof without speaking to me 1st! Someone needs to re-train these people or something!

Edit: I'm curious, why tell someone to get ahold of you and make it seem like you want to "make things right", but not respond back or anything?? Or is that just a way to make it good and look like y'all are on top of things when seen online?

Mariah created a pleasurble experiance when she came to do my roof inspection! She was very transprant, communcative and personable. She had her GM Michalle came out and explained the insurance process! They explained everything and the damges that was caused by storm damge. Im glad Mariah knocked on my door!

I listened to several roofing contractors and I was most comfortable with Omar. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming and responsible. If I had questions he was able to answer them to my satisfaction.If you are in need of a new roof I certainly recommend calling Best Choice Roofing.

I usually don't speak to people that come into the subdivision about roofs and other things but Zaneira was really sweet and she wasn't trying to sell anything at all. She said they're just going to check your roof to see ifbtheres any damages. Couple days later, they came out on time, took about 10 min. They said my roof looked good. They could have lied and said they found something but no, he said it looked pretty decent. And that was it. It was 3 of them, including Z.... and they were really sweet and professional. They answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend BEST CHOICE ROOFING.. Thanks ❤️

Love the service Taylor and Joel were very informative. I was at my grandparents house for a cookout Sunday and they felt like family. They informed us about some of the damage going on on our roof. I will be reaching out soon for more information.

Julio Garcia was very professional and responsive in his knowledge of the service being provided. He was always available to answer all of my questions regarding the planning of the delivery of the service. He responded to my calls promptly.
The workmen were on time and very thorough and professional with installing the roof. The cleaned up the yard after job was done. Julio also assisted me in making sure my insurance provider had all the necessary information needed for the claim.

My wife and I will NEVER use Best Choice Roofing. We have 2 “no soliciting” signs. One at the front of our neighborhood and one directly outside our front door. And still we had a representative outside our door trying to sell us on roofing services. Which woke up our baby who desperately needed some sleep (she missed her first nap today, so she was exhausted), which caused her to start screaming at the top of her lungs while my wife was in the middle of an extremely important work meeting. This was also the time I was going to use to get myself ready to leave for my job, but now I’m having to watch our grumpy and sleep deprived daughter. Please tell whoever is in charge of this outreach strategy that this is NOT the way to get new customers.

My name is Lucia Zapata I am on the process to get the roof replaced , my experience so far with Angela Fletcher has been amazing so happy with all the help that I have got from her o was deciding between 5 different companies she was the only to help me to try to have this trough my insurance company they did not agree to do it but anyways Angela came to my house and we review together all my options I investigated about the different kind of shingles and find out she was correct about the one I was going to choose being better price because was less quality shingles , and for better shingles she offered best price than the other company I decided to work with her for the roof replacement she was the most showing interest on the job and explain better al questions even I don’t choose her , I recommend Angela to work with you I need to get the roof replace and I hope I can still giving a god review after the job is complete

All I have to say is Mike Tyson. We talked and initially he was a little nervous. Which is to be expected knocking doors. Very good Mike Tyson 1st.ROUND KO. As a property manager we look forward to our next property inspection.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I never leave or write reviews, but this was beyond the worst customer experience I have had. The sales agent was great, but the whole process after that was really bad. The installation crew did an awful job with cleaning up, they also damaged a few sidewalk lamps and tried to lie about it. When you call the main headquarters office, most of the people are super rude and don't want to help with billing questions. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. All the bad reviews they have are true. Choice a different roofing company that has better core values.

They don't show up when they say. I had to call many times to get a call back. They don't show up or call to communicate. They just leave you waiting.

The work was done incorrectly and had to be redone. (If I had not noticed the stains on my ceiling I would have been outside their warranty.)
They say they will send photos but won't. (to show what they did. ) They had to come back multiple times to complete the job because they would not do it right the first time. My roof still has not been fully repaired. The tech showed up 2 hrs late, said he was going on the roof then left without saying a word.
When I told the owner I was tired of the poor business practices he said he was BUSY!

He said he would find out why the tech left, and send photos from the previous visit ...... nothing!!!!!!!!!!

I will never ever refer them to anyone!! EVER!!

Very clean,professional,explained lines on Allstate's information as I could understand.Explained different shingles. Would recommend this company n person again if needed.
