Jess and Ryan W. are wonderful people. I have been trying to get a roof replacement for years. I got the run around mid with some many companies. These two are awesome people explained everything the other companies wouldn’t .

Miki gave a excellent presentation of the roofing materials and installation process. With all the items lited down on a very descriptive quote sheet. He gets a A1 for covering all the details.

Colin & Kim & Josh came out to discuss the roof & my land lord had came by to talk to them I really think they did a very good job so hope they can get it all done

In spite of the confusion over the initial scheduling because of weather, after the lack of communication was remedied, thanks to Isaac Green, the process went just as smooth as could be and the installation crew was punctual and professional in every way. They were insistent on finishing the job that day inspired of the threat of rain. They got to my place early and stayed late into the evening and did a remarkable job. Again, I give a special shout out to Isaac for his management of the whole process. He even made a point to pay me a personal visit when I initially called him about the confusion. All is well that ends well. I'm completely satisfied with Best Choice Roofing!

A fine overall Roofing Company! Forrest was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to get my homeowners insurance, All-State, to pay for the entirety of my roof and he helped guide me in the right direction to put a high quality roofing system on my house. Additionally, the crew was very efficient. They were able to install and clean up my yard from all debris/nails all in one day! I highly recommend Forrest for all of your roofing needs, especially if you have storm damage!

Jonathan was very professional throughout the entire process. He first stopped by after passing our home to discuss the possibility of getting a new roof. At the time, we weren’t interested, and he respected our decision, simply leaving his business card and letting us know we could reach out when ready—no pressure at all.

When we eventually contacted Jonathan, he arrived the next day to assess our current roof. By the following day, we received a detailed estimate for the cost of a new roof. After deciding to move forward with the repair, Jonathan promptly set everything in motion.

It has been a year now since I had my roof done by Bcr. Hopefully you don’t get Damaro as a sales person he will lie straight to your face but I’m pretty sure he is in management now. Twice the price of other roofing contractors and the work done is a disgrace. On the bright side if you like roofing nails they will leave plenty in your yard , still getting nails in tires. Picture of nails was about a 5 min pass with magnet in front yard.

I had tried to figure out how to get my roof fixed because it was leaking when it rained. I had gotten quotes but trying to get things in gear was the problem cause of financing. Jordan, (the roofing rep) arrived at my home on time. We had a nice meet and greet and began discussing my new roof. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing. Jordan then began an inspection of my existing roof. We sat down and discussed her findings and discussed various items concerning the job. Jordan did not push me or make me feel pressured which I appreciated. I will be taking other bids this week and won't decide until after all bids are in. If all Best Choice employees carry themselves like Jordan I would say they are a reputable roofing contractor. Thank you Jordan.

The subcontractors did a good job…. I Got a whole loan and now they say I owe them more money. Even though the price was locked in… now they threaten to send to collections and have given me different amounts of additional money I need to pay. And the sales guy/roof inspector that I dealt with no longer works for the company apparently .

Drew is a character(not in a bad way, funny) but really educated about the products and roofing.
He provided me with education about my claim and actually took the time to look over it and break it down! Tbh i was about to come out of pocket and not use my insurance because of the lack of information provided by my insurance but when it was explained we went through them and BCR knocked me out in about 2 weeks (schedules and roof put on)
