Bill Menoutis of Revival Restoration managed our project of a roof replacement due to hailstorm damage. This was a complex claim with a low initial estimate from insurer (before Bill came along), with the need to bring in a third party consulting public adjuster to get the results we deserved and needed (which Bill arranged). Bill was the point man all the way. He is very responsive and answered our concerns from start to end. At one point, he showed me how to get involved in the process in a way that would make a big difference, and it did. The final result is a complete (technically complex) roof replacement by a crew who stood out for its quality, with the crew leader taking responsibility for everything, as I would hope someone would do. I believe the materials used are top rate. These kind of claims can be involving, and at times seem uphill, but Bill kept it all together and kept every promise along the way about quality and cost. I have already referred a neighbor who suffered damage in the same storm to work with Bill. Five stars.

From start to finish the service was top notch. Bill M. was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. And the roofers who performed the work did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Will never, ever use this company because of their door to door salesman. We told him multiple times that we were not interested in replacing our siding, and even put up a no soliciting sign which he ignored and then tried to argue with us when we asked him to leave our property.

We actually will need our siding replaced in the next few years but I will never consider this company because of their complete lack of respect.

If I could give less I would. The delays and lack of communication are astounding. I am actively losing thousands of dollars while the house sits unfinished and is unable to be put on the market. We were promised the work would be done by the end of the year from an August storm. Here we are in mid March and I’m paying a mortgage on a house I no longer live in because we are not a priority. Communication every 2 weeks was promised and instead I’m forced to chase Sari around for answers. I have told her how to pronounce my name many times and still get called “Merr”. BEWARE and go with someone trustworthy. The 5 star reviews are all promoted before work is even started. The BBB will be hearing from us on this ridiculous issue.

These guys cut every corner they could while working on my house. From breaking the wood on my pergola to incorrectly connecting my dryer hose to the vent to the amount of time they took to come clean up. Yes my house got new residing. Yes it took 8 months to accomplish. Yes I’m unhappy with it. At least I found this issue before I ruined my walls because the ventilation has just been soaking into them.

received an unwanted spam robocall from these people, trying to get me to call their 804 number. Ive never done business with them, nor will I. My number is on the national do-not-call list.

From reading the previous reviews, I doubt anything will change. These people seem to have a habit of going door to door showing up at peoples residences with unwanted soliciting of business, even when repeatedly asked to stop. They show up anyways.

Bill Menoutis and his team at Revival exceeded my expectations. They over delivered on every aspect this project. Bill was always easily reachable by text, phone, and email.

Everything Bill told me during our initial inspection was true. He got the repairs completely covered by my homeowners insurance.

His roofers replaced the rotted plywood on the entire backside of my house and installed architectural shingles, an upgrade for me.

The new composite siding looks great. The instal team did an amazing job. They even hung new soffit where I once had painted plywood. The siding team also fixed my rotten paint peeling eaves. They showed extreme attention to detail.

This project was full of unexpected upgrades at no cost to me. I have already recommended Bill and Revival to my friends.

We are still waiting for project to be completed after being told it was done. We have discovered the gutter guards were not installed. Also we have located lots of metal debris around our home from removal of gutters. This is an issue because we have young children running around outside. The siding looks good however now I am concerned that steps were missed because of these issues.

Bill stopped one day and offered to inspect the roof and siding . At the moment I really didn't care much cause it looks good to me. In January 2024. Steve visited my house and examined the siding all around my house. He informed me of hail damage, that I never would have noticed. I contacted my insurance and they sent an adjuster to look over the claim. At the time I was not feeling well. Steve drove up from Richmond VA to Ft Washington, MD to meet w/ the adjuster. I remember it was a football playoff weekend. They told me go in the house and they would call me out after the inspection. After the inspection they called me outside, I was told that I was getting 100% siding repair. I received a cash deposit the same day and informed Steve. Steve had us look at the color options and visited us sometime days after. He sat with me and my wife went through the whole process. He also had a laptop which he used to show what the house would look like w/ certain colors. After picking out our colors, he informed us it would be a few months before the arrival of the siding. A few months later, the siding arrived and the work began upon arrival. The workers were here 3 days to complete the job. They worked from sunset to sundown (A+) work. Cleaned there mess and were very professional. I want to give the whole process a 5* and would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys..

If I could give Revival Restoration LLC 10 stars I would! They originally replaced the siding and roof on my house almost 5 years ago and just recently I had some small problems with the siding and roof due to recent weather issues. I called the company, left a message with the owner Josh, and within 5 minutes Steve Burton returned my call. He came out that same day to access the problem and figure out a solution(s). He told me he would send his crew out the next morning. They were on time, looked at the situation to see what materials they would need, said that they would be back in a couple of hours. They came back, fixed the problems, cleaned up and were on their way...less than 24 hours of me calling, the job was completed. I couldn't ask for better customer service than this company provided even after 5 years. I would highly...highly recommend Revival Restoration LLC!

Revival Restoration inspected my roof and siding and found storm damage. I was not sure if my insurance would fix it. Steve Burton talked to my insurance company and got on my roof with the insurance guy to show him the damage. I was so happy when Virginia Property Insurance called me to say I was going to have my roof and my siding replaced for storm damage Just like Mr. Burton said there was. Revival Restoration got my old damaged siding replaced with new beautiful siding because a hail storm damaged my house and siding. Stephen Burton looked at my house and showed me the little dents all over it. Travelers Insurance came to my house and did inspections with Mr. Burton and they saw the same damage Mr. Burton saw. In a couple of weeks they sent me a check to pay Revival Restoration for my new siding. My old siding was an ugly fading green color and I was able to pick from a lot of different colors and changed all of my siding to white and brand new black shutters around my windows and my house looks beautiful! I met a neighbor walking his dog in front of my house and he asked how expensive it was. I told him my insurance paid for it! and sent him to Steve Burton. Now my neighbor is going to be getting a new roof and siding too!

I was very skeptical when Bill first spoke to me. In fact I sent him away. A few months later Bill knocked on my door again.
Bill kept saying it won't cost you anything. So I agreed after asking many questions. All the while thinking it's to good to be true.
A few days later my insurance company contacted me to after speaking with Bill. I did nothing except collect the insurance money & pay half down & half on completion.
Bill was very patient & caring. He even gave me a ride to the bank.

Bill was amazing and helpful. My insurance company adjuster came out for inspection and my insurance claim was denied. Bill was very helpful in calling back to my insurance company and found out my insurance adjuster was lying about my claim being paid already. We found out that no other claims had been made at all. Now the insurance company is coming back out with a new adjuster to give me a proper inspection.

Good afternoon, to all my friends, Facebook friends, Google friends. I was a Bless to hear about this roofing company, Revival Restoration LLC, Unfortunately our church located in Petersburg Virginia.Refuge Temple COOLJC.
Has some roofing problem this past year losing shingles from the roof time to time: the insurance companies, and
Adjusters was not giving us satisfaction concerning our claims . A few days later, a rain storm calls more roofing damage and rain damage to the church ,and I call three Roofing companies. and unfortunately, these companies cannot stop to see how damage when we call but thank God for Revivals Restoration LLC. they answer the call when we need someone to come and put the canvas on top of the roof due to rain was coming inside the building within 24 hours and was able to work for us with insurance company to get us a brand new roof replace damage inside, the church at a brain brand new gutter system. which would’ve cost about $52,000 if we had to come out of pocket so we take this time to think you guys for all the work that you have done for the House of God especially you Steve. My situation required patience from all because it was an insurance claim and the back and forth with adjusters was a little lengthy but Steve educated me and encouraged me through it all. I really appreciated that because I was ready to give up but Steve had a positive attitude and knows his stuff. He does this every day. I don’t, so it behooved me to listen to the professional.
