Tommy at Best Choice was the best sales person ever. Even though I didn’t choose his company he called to make sure all was good and went the extra mile.

Fast, clean, precise.
No one on my crew spoke English well, so communication was a challenge. I’d hire this company again.

From the get go best choice was the right choice for me. Had another company come and give a quote and they were super pushy. Best choice however Ron, was early for the estimate and had me come up on the roof to see what he saw. Financing was easy. Day of install, the crew arrived on time and were quick to set up and get going, they were done shortly after noon. Super quick and the roof looks great.

I needed part of my roof repaired as it was leaking whenever we had alot of rain. Mark and Thomas came out, gave me a quote, and fixed it up super quickly and for a decent price! I'm glad I was recommended them and I'll be recommending them to my friends too.

Worked with Curtis Parker, and he was extremely professional and helpful. Crew was good, they were able to complete the job in a day and a half, with no issues. Good about cleaning up afterwards as well.

JUST SAY NO! I contracted with Best Choice Roofing to have my roof replaced. The subcontracted company unbeknownst to me hit a waterline that flooded my room and subsequently their insurance would not cover any portion of the cost of repairs or water remediation. Ultimately cost me $4k out of pocket to repair the leak, the mold remediation, drywall repair and installation replacement. Consider a company that stands behind its work. A qualified roofer would likely have predicted that the exterior water faucet had a corresponding water line near by. Regardless, it was not my personal fault but I got stuck with a hefty bill.

Had my roof replaced through BCR and my experience was amazing. Curtis helped evaluate my roof and recommended a claim for which my insurance approved a full roof replacement. He walked me through the process in detail and everything went smooth. Thank you Curtis and BCR for my new roof, it looks great!!

Horrible people came to my house to solicit, my wife said no thank you and closed the door. they proceeded to knock and ring the bell 3 more times. they told my wife that they are not selling anything, just some free information. THAT IS SELLING!

Word to the wise, if there's a no soliciting sign, stay the heck away!!!

Mr. Miller did a great job of explaining the process of replacing my roof. This company works very well together! I was out of town for most of my install, yet I was able to contact any one on the TEAM at any given point with questions or concerns I had. That made all the difference in the world!! On May 29, 2024 the team showed up right on time and went right to work. 7hours later we had a brand new roof. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. I recently had my roof replaced, although the sales rep was attentive and helpful, the roofers that actually did the work was rude. The peed all over my yard, took my satellite dishes even after having it written within the contract to leave it on my property, they were not wearing safety gear, which prompted OSHA to come to my home, BCR management Charles eventually came to deal with OSHA, however, he was rude as well. When he was told about the rude workers, who by the way disappeared as soon as OSHA arrived because they were not legal workers, he left my home without as much as an apology. Still having to deal with BCR over my damaged property and stolen property…still no luck as of today. Would not recommend.

I recently had my roof replaced buy Best Choice Roofing. Curtis and Tara were wonderful to work with. The quality of the material was excellent. The roof was completed in one day and the job was very reasonable.

I recently had my shingles replaced by Best Choice Roofing.They came on the scheduled day early in the morning and finished up around 5Pm. Cory Chapman handled our new roof from start to finish. He coordinated with our insurance company, provided suggestions, and gave us a clear and detailed estimate. All work was completed in less time than quoted and the area was nicely cleaned up. Workers were respectful of our property. We had follow ups from Cory and the office to make sure we were satisfied and that the insurance process was smooth. We are thrilled with our new roof!

The salesman Mark was professional and knowledgeable. The price quoted was fair in comparison to the services offered and prices quoted from other roofing companies. Work started when promised and was completed in 2 days (we have a large roof). Once completed the roof looked really nice. However, we discovered that several of our outdoor lights were damaged. Our salesman Mark advised us to purchase new lights and submit the receipts for reimbursement. I also noticed a flood light and solar panel (for light) were left dangling by the wires. Also, there were several cables (security camera and satellite dish) hanging over the side of the house. The work crew also didn’t do a great job of cleaning up after the job. They left a lot of nails on the ground. The real problem started after a couple of rainstorms. We noticed numerous leaks in the house. We contacted our salesman Mark who got a crew out right away. They discovered that the original roofing crew had failed to properly seal numerous roof vent and pipes. These were resealed. The initial roofing crew cut a lot of corners to get the job done quickly and caused leaks that I had to repaint several areas of the ceiling after having just recently painted. We also have a large vaulted wooden ceiling. When the crew was installing the roof their nail guns knocked several chunks out of the wooden ceiling. As for the reimbursement for the damaged light, nine months later we still have not received payment.

**Update** After 10 months we finally received our reimbursement.

Quick to show up for initial estimate. Very reasonable pricing, courteous staff. Job was done quickly, and they cleaned up the job site like no one was ever there.

I had Best Choice Roofing install a new roof on my home. I was totally impressed with their communication and customer service, they kept me updated on receipt of the materials and additional costs. I was also impressed with the quality of their workmanship and quality of work. They placed, tarps around the house to collect the debris and nails from existing roof and their team of installers were done in one day!
