Rob and Ian we're very prompt and responsive and did a great job of beginning the remediation process and cleaning up after themselves and explaining all the details and what to expect. I would highly recommend Paul Davis, Williamsburg for restoration issues in your home!

We used STAT services in the past, so I knew we were in good hands to begin with. From the very beginning, because Traci, who was my go to girl on scheduling everything & was so thorough, I was given info on what was needed to be done, how & when and basically they took care of the rest. If I had any questions about the remediation, she got back to me immediately with an answer. I dealt with the insurance company a few times and the rest Paul Davis handled. Pierre Forget was super easy to get in touch with about any questions we had, and he always returned my calls and texts, no matter how silly or insignificant it may have been. I don't think this would have gone as smoothly as it did without him. He made me feel better any time I got anxious or worried and assured me that it would all work out and it did. My home is beautiful once again and I am so grateful to all the hands it took to get it back to livable conditions and now absolutely stunning results. I love my home once again. If you need a solid team of builders and more importantly a construction manager who treats you like family, Paul Davis Restoration is the company you need. my home is once again safe and mold free and the experience, although annoying as in any water event in a home, It makes you grateful for all the little tings that makes home, HOME! Paul Davis Restoration was extremely responsive to my request for remediation services. I called them after getting ghosted by another company. James was out within an hour to assess the situation and immediately returned to get to work on ripping out damaged material. Paul Davis's employees, especially James, were diligent with keeping me apprised on their arrival time for the daily moisture level check and the results of the checks. James , Mark, and Nevada were a pleasure to deal with throughout the remediation process and were very accommodating with scheduling checks around my work schedule.

Had a hot water heater that leaked water under our kitchen tiles. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time. Paul Davis got the cleanup and repair job completed before her due date. Special shout out to Pierre Forget and Philip Brown for keeping things moving throughout the process. Would certainly use Paul Davis again.

Edited to add a special shoutout to the red-haired man in the carpentry division, who helped get my baseboards done faster by cutting some of them in his own garage. Absolutely above and beyond level of service. I wish I could remember his name to thank him specifically.

Great customer service and very courteous. If there are issues , they will fix it, but there shouldn’t be any with this type of customer service.

Boston and Doug are awesome workers, I would give a 10 star but the system wont let me. The job they did was and is above and beyond. They were polite and respectful. Took there time answering any questions me or my wife had.

The Paul Davis team was fantastic as always! Unfortunately I’ve had quite a few things happen with my house but they are extremely fast and good. Accept no substitutes. From Tracey in the office to Rob in the field, this was a five star experience. Rob came out and with his crew and - shout out to Nevada! - performed an efficient, professional job in a timely fashion.

Also a shout out to Chris who came out to explain a small hiccup in the process due to some residual plumbing issues (which was on us). We got that sorted same day and they were literally here the next morning to finish the job.

10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend this company! We recently moved in and we discovered some black mold behind a sink that our inspector missed. This company came out the next business day to get it all taken care of. They did absolutely amazing getting rid of it all. They contained the area with a hepa filter/air scrubber overnight and came back to take down containment. Tracey in the office was amazing keeping me updated and getting me scheduled. Chris and Rob both did a great job! Chris was very informative too which I really appreciated! They provided me with pics and everything as well which I appreciated so I could see what was found inside the wall. I am now getting a quote on restoring the half bath and will update when that is done but as of right now my experience with this company has been great!

Lance did an amazing job repairing the drywall in our garage and half bath! Very nice and professional. Everything looks brand new! Highly recommend this company for any mold remediation and/or restoration needs!

Lance, of PaulDavis, was skilled and pleasant to have in my home. He efficiently fixed a messy bunch of tile, plywood, and hole in the floor, then cut plywood that fit perfectly, re-establishing a functional bathroom.

Paul Davis was great to work with, from water remediation to the final touches of the renovation. Their team was always professional, friendly, and sure to answer every question of ours along the way. Our project manager, Boston, was super knowledgeable and paid high attention to every detail, even to those that we would not have noticed ourselves. We highly recommend Paul Davis (and Boston!) to help alleviate the stress that can come with a home emergency.

Paul Davis Restoration was fantastic assisting with water damage to my home after our washing machine failed. Brandon Kaisand was punctual, informative, and extremely friendly! The technicians did everything they said they would and did it neatly to keep matters from being worse then they already were. Great service all the way around.

James came in to our home today to pick up the drying machines . His work was very satisfactory and his professionalism in keeping me abreast of what he was doing and how long it would take.

They were very responsive after the fire and secured the home in a professional manner within 18 hours. We had a flare up 36 hours after the first fire and again responded within 3 hours.

Rob was totally professional and fully explained all parts of the process. Extremely helpful. While I hope I don’t have water damage again- I would call PaulDavis in a millisecond.

Rob walked me through the process and did very well explaining each step. Informed me of each piece of equipment employed, how it functioned and what the data collected meant to the mitigation efforts.

Rob and James did a great job taking care of taking care of my water mitigation needs. They were professional, timely, friendly, and patient. It is good to know that my ceiling area is safe and dry before the dry wall gets replaced. Thank you!

Paul Davis Restoration came quickly. They made sure we were taken care of when our house flooded, which caused a lot a damage. It’s a stressful situation, but they made it as easy and understandable as possible. Rob and James were great, answered our questions, and considerate.

Rob and James did a fantastic job of remediating water damage from a dishwasher leak. They explained the process well, kept us up to date on progress, did a very clean floor demolition, came out every day to check moisture levels, and provided an overall professional experience.

Adding to my review now that the repair and installation is complete: I was very happy with the quality and speed of the flooring repairs and installation - Lance does excellent work. I work from home and other than the times where he let me know it was going to get a bit noisy, I hardly knew he was here.Throughout the whole reconstruction process, Boston kept us informed about what to expect, what would happen next, and when.

I am extremely happy with the work by the Paul Davis team. The biggest champion of the crew was Matthew (Boston). He helped me through the process from beginning to end. He helped me pick out materials that fitted my needs and budget. He went over and beyond to help me. Matthew is extremely nice and knowledgeable. A true professional.

The flooring installer, Doug, was amazing, as well. The vinyl in the laundry room looks spectacular. It has a really cool design and it’s perfectly matched throughout the room. The carpet looks wonderful and is super cozy. I am very happy with the results of the installation. Doug and his crew are very nice, professional and respectful of my home.

Awful work. They removed blown-in insulation without putting down plastic sheeting, creating a real mess in my garage. There were three employees - two were new hires and the "leader" quit that afternoon, and never came back.
They brought in 3 big dehumidifies, and only one worked, but they charged me for all three.
Never again!

Rob and James and their crew were very good! They were timely, considerate, and very knowledgeable about every step of the way. They were highly communicative and informative about what they were doing and kept us apprised of progress and next steps. They were respectful of our home and belongings, and everyone was really nice to our two dogs. The entire crew was very professional and multiple supervisors stopped by to answer questions and check in. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

Matt aka Boston, helped us out on our kitchen renovation through insurance due to some unfortunate water damage. Through out the process he was enthusiastic and always had time to talk and answer questions. We ended up chosing to upgrade our countertops to quartz and they set us up with a company they work with to make it seamless. Def recommend asking for him with any project or work.

Paul Davis replaced the drywall that was damaged due to leaky skylights. They sent Matthew (aka Boston) and his team to help us out. They did a great job overall.

Matt was nice, professional, and easy to talk to. Matt worked well with our insurance to get the work that we needed covered, and he was great at giving us recommendations.

The contractor team Paul Davis sent were also very nice and easy to talk with. The work they did looks great. You cannot tell the drywall has been replaced. Even our textured ceiling looks great; they blended the new texture in with the old perfectly.

Through the whole process, Matt and his team checked in to make sure we were happy and satisfied. My spouse and I love the work they did and would use them again in the future.

Chris was extremely polite and worked very thoroughly! He walked me through the process and informed me of everything I needed to know about the mitigation process and what it entailed. Davarious came out for the initial inspection and was helpful as well as knowledgeable!

We worked with Paul Davis to restore the main floor of our home after some burst pipes. The recovery team was prompt and communication with the administrative team was excellent. Matt McDonald (aka Boston) oversaw restoration and provided seamless coordination across all the teams. Truly excellent experience (aside from the burst pipe, of course)

Well done with their work and explaining. Everything was well handled. They did it again! Had some damage my home and they came in with the workers and completed everything. Will use them again in the future.

Lance came in this past Thursday to reinstall our cabinets, they were needing to be rebuilt do to water damage from our dishwasher.

They look even better than before when we moved in to the home three years ago. He asked how high we wanted the inside shelving before installing them for a personalized space with all of our Pots and Pans. He even swapped out some of the hardware that was looking less than desirable as well!

Happy with the outcome—we had to make some adjustments mid-project that were handled well. Matt and Lance took good care of us!

I needed to have work done on my crawlspace after stray cats got in and wreaked havoc. The inspector as well as the technicians who came to complete the work were thorough, respectful, and mindful of my time. They kept me informed of what needed to be done every step of the way and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

The insurance company assigned Paul Davis for the restoration phase of our water leak. Since it was a small job and way below my deductible, I was responsible for the whole amount. I was provided alternate choices which cut the final cost by a lot and still was satisfied with the result.
