I met Chris Polantz at Realtor Fest a few years ago, and decided to give him a try. From the first inspection, I was on board. He was thorough and competitively priced. Gave good explanations for everything he found, showed the buyers important features of their home (like where things are - IE: main water shut off), for future reference. He gave me details on how things should be repaired, and answered all of our questions- all the time. He is definitely on my preferred vendor list.

was referred by our Relator Kitty to use Chris Polantz after doing some digging and research we went ahead and used him not only once but twice. the first time was great. no issues. the 2nd time he did not thoroughly inspect the chimney. my chimney is not lined or have a cricket or a dampener in it. NONE OF THIS WAS IN THE INSPECTION. the only thing about the chimney that was inside the inspect was the fact that it had a slight lean to it.
