I had Joe come out to my residence for a roof estimate. He was very informative, patient and understanding of my situation. A really nice guy. Even though I did not decide to proceed at this time. I recommend giving Pyramid Roofing a call for any of your roofing needs.

I have a slate roof in Williamsburg, VA. Recently, 2 limbs fell on my house and broke tiles. I contacted Pyramid Roofing and discussed my issue with both Holly and Trish. They immediately contacted Will Bowman, a senior roofing technician, who came the same day and inspected the damage. He measured the tiles, found replacements, and with the help of an assistant installed them the same day. My wife and I found the administrative staff and professional roofers pleasant and efficient, just in time to prevent rain damage.

Mr. Shane Call came out to my home and went up in the attic with me and he got on roof and took many photos and provided me education throughout the entire process. He was very professional and is very knowledgeable about roofing that gave me much peace of mind. If Pyramids is hiring great folks like Shane, then it is no surprise why Pyramid is popular. We had an excellent experience with Pyramid Roofing from start to finish. The crew was extremely professional and impressively efficient. They arrived early, removed the old roof quickly, and had the new materials installed and the site cleaned up by early afternoon. By the time they left, the house looked spotless—like they had never been there, except now we had a beautiful new roof!

Nick was our consistent point of contact over the six months between our first meeting in November and installation in May. I can’t recommend Pyramid Roofing highly enough. The sales representative came out promptly, did a very thorough investigation of our roof, including our attic and crawl spaces beneath the roof. The installers came promptly the following week, installed the roof in 1 1/2 days, and cleaned up all the debris from the roof tear off and installation including running a magnet through our grass to pick up any nails or other metal fragments. The gutters were installed about 2 weeks later with the same care to installation and clean up. We are very pleased.

Had Justin of Pyramid Roofing come out and review a roof I believed to be leaking. I have had problems with it for a long time. Previously had a roof put on as well as other work. After a thorough inspection, Justin showed me it was my windows that were leaking because they were failing.

Others just keep saying it's the roof, charge me to FIX it, then it leaks again.

I would highly recommend you call Pyramid roofing for your needs. Not sure on their pricing, but honestly and Integrity mean the world to me.

Pyramid did a wonderful roof replacement at our home. Eric the sales person was very thorough in going through the home, went into the attic to look at the condition and gave us several options. Rodney the superintendent came out before the job started and walked the job with me. The crews showed up and two days later the roof was complete, site cleaned up with little or no disruption to us.

Eric LaVine came to my house to inspect some damage to my roof. The job was too small to be financially viable for the company but despite this, he still took the time to explain to me how to repair the roof and identified the the replacement shingles to purchase. My plan is to now repair the roof myself. Outstanding and honest customer service!

Justin Murphy from Pyramid Roofing came out today and looked at my leaky roof, which is failing prematurely due to poor materials and installation by previous contractor. Justin had actually repaired another section of the failing roof a few years ago, and warned me it would be a chronic problem until it would need eventual replacement, which is where we are today. He went on the roof and diagnosed the problem and took pictures and a video of problem areas. We decided today together that a full replacement would be the best way to proceed. He was courteous and professional and his proposal also addressed a few side issues that need attention. Price seems fair and scheduling flexible. Lifetime warranty has a nice ring to it. Looking forward to getting it done right by a reputable firm. Based on my previous experience w Justin and Pyramid I feel pretty good about the way forward.

Our house was 20 years old when we needed a roof (in 2009). Pyramid put a new roof on. They were friendly, efficient and did a terrific job - the current roof is now 16 years old and will be good for another 10 or so (we think). Two years ago, we had a leak in one area - Pyramid tracked it down and repaired the leak for a good price. Last week a shingle fell off the roof (from pretty high up - no idea as to why). Pyramid came out and fixed it - they said it was warranty so no charge (after 16 years!). This company is honest, reliable and local. Can't do better.

There are many things to love about Pyramid Roofing. My top three are that they answer their phones, they showed when they said they would, and then they delivered on everything that was promised.

Jonathan was a very nice person, quiet, polite, hard working, a bigger job than expected, but no complaints. He was sent by himself to do the job on our very high roof with a steep slope and it took two solid days to do the work. Liked him a lot.

They won't be the cheapest quote you get for a repair, but I chose them because they were the most detailed and thorough and provided a solution that fixed the underlying issues that caused the leak. The color match on the shingles is damn near spot-on, and when they left, my yard was clean of all debris and materials. Not a single nail in the grass or gutter!
