Streamline gave us a good price for our roof replacement. They do it the right way, removing the roofing paper, and installing the ice guard to protect the roof from water damage. Great crew, super fast, what is not to like?

Original roofing job last spring was excellent. Made a call for what i thought was underlayment sticking out. Jacob came and saw the problem was soffit had been pushed up. He pulled it down and secured it. I also asked him if he could take a,quick look at the gutters. He did and adjusted a corner leaf guard that was loose and removed some surface debris that had built up on a back gutter. Offered him $20 for looking at the gutter and he declined. To say i am very pleased with precision roofing is an understatement.

Workers and Workmanship

Two things made our roof replacement a great investment – great workers and great workmanship. This was a 4-day job.

Workers. The team worked diligently without any loud music and without any loud conversations. They arrived on time and remained for a full day with only a few breaks AND they definitely worked together as a team. All workers used a safety line. The onsite supervisor was onsite for at least 95% of the time and during that time he was helping the team in a number of ways to keep them going so that no time was wasted.

Workmanship. The skill, and it is indeed a skill, the workers demonstrated as they replaced a rather complicated 2-story roof with 3 dormers, 2 porches, a bump-out and an attached one-story garage was amazing. The onsite supervisor explained to me the materials being used at each stage of the work and each area – dormers, roof edges, chimney, valleys, vent pipes, and flashing. The key to the workmanship was experienced guys working together using materials designed for the job.

During the actual replacement all discarded materials were constantly being carried to a large dumpster for later disposal so that there was no mess when they left each day. None of our shrubbery was damaged! After the job was completed everyone pitched in to make sure all nails and other materials were removed. The supervisor stayed behind and used a magnet roller to double-check on loose nails and he came back the next day as a double-check.

We highly recommend Streamline Roofing. We used Streamline based on recommendations from several sets of friends.

Streamline Roofing is an excellent roofing company. Their customer service at every step of the way is superior. The representative during the initial consultation was on time and provided us with the information we needed to make the best decision. Another representative worked with us to select the best roofing shingle. All roofing materials offered are of the highest quality. On the day the roof was replaced, their team arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. They provided a thorough clean up of the property at the end of the job and another representative returned the next day to conduct a final sweep of the property to be sure they did not miss any roofing material debris. Jeff Skinner is a consummate professional. The work that he and his team have done to clean up the mess left by another roofing company out of Fredericksburg VA has been truly excellent. I so wish that I had found him first but will most definitely use SR again, should I have any roofing needs and can't recommend them any more highly. Any other roofer in the Eastern VA area would be a mistake!

Streamline Roofing was easy to work with, provide great roofing products and were FAST! They were able to remove and replace the shingles on our roof in one day! They have a variety of shingle colors to chose from as well as two shingle types: Landmark and Landmark Pro. We opted for the Landmark Pro shingles because they are a bit thicker. We have several mature trees around the back of our house and decided we wanted a little more protection for our roof. Streamline Roofing was recommended by our neighbor who had a new roof installed by them just a few years ago!

Extremely pleased with the roof replacement that Streamline did for us! Work was done as scheduled! Three items were damaged during the install including a ripped screen that the manager pointed out to me. The company declined payment until the items were fixed. That says a lot!
From the estimator to the manager and crew, all were extremely courteous and professional. Streamline doesn’t do gutters but their estimate plus the cost of our gutter work was the best offer we received. Strongly recommend them!

Streamline Roofing is an Excellent Company. If you need any type of roofing work done, please don't waste your time with other companies. From the moment that I called SR until my project was completed, there was nothing but awesome people to work with, quality craftmanship and nothing but outstanding results. They are my go-to roofing company for life. Some minor issues did pop up as my project was getting completed but SR resolved everything free of charge. But, Seriously, don't waste your time and money on other roofing contractors, call SR, you will NOT regret it.

If you are in the need of replacing your roof, I suggest going with Streamline Roofing! They came in, gave us a quote to replace our aging roof, received a Military Discount (hint hint), was scheduled to have it done in April, however they had an opening last week! Mike and his crew showed up at 730am, had everything protected (windows, doors, plants) within 30 mins, old roof was off within 2 hrs later, and new roof installed and cleaned up by 2pm. They swept the area for nails, cleaned up everything! Mike came back the next day and did another sweep for nails! Highly recommend Streamline Roofing, fast, affordable, and great to work with through out the process, if i could give 10 stars, I would!!

I recently hired Streamline Roofing to replace my old shingle roof with a new CertainTeed Pro line roof. I was very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. Just want to give shout out to Jacob and Juan for their outstanding work they did to correct leaf guards on my roof. There was a problem with them after my roof was put on. They were going to correct the problem but decided instead of doing that Jacob recommended to his company they just go ahead and replace them with new ones. Juan was the one who actually replaced them doing an outstanding job. Both Jacob and Juan were professional, respectful and polite. Great job guys!!

From the first time I called to get a quote on replacing my roof to the last person I dealt with I have been treated professionally. On the day I was scheduled to have my roof replaced the crew and foreman Michael arrived at 7 a.m. and went right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently from taking the old shingles off to putting the new on. They cleaned the area on the ground, not leaving a single nail. Bob came out to do an estimate on a small leak we had. He said the roof was in good shape and it was a few nail heads that needed to be sealed. I live toward northern neck , VA and have had problem with my roof due to it being on bayside which receives extreme wind and rain.
I tried other roofers who just put bandaid on the problem.

Jeff and his team did the most amazing job in diagnosing what needed to be done and replacing roof with metal. He is as honest as the day is long and will not skimp or leave any problem unattended to. There was actually 3 roofs under the portion he replaced. He removed all the old roofs and actually replaced the old rafters… then finished up with drywalling the inside ceiling as well.

Check out photo of the beautiful roof that was actually hand seamed as he has one of only a few professionals in the states who have the skillset to do this type of workmanship.

New roof has been tried and tested. No further problems.
Should last me my lifetime.

I am giving a 3 star because of the experience we received. We have French doors facing our back yard. 2 of their employees are literally peeing in my back yard.. im sitting down at our table.. I look up and BAM .. not cool. My husband had to go out and talk to the supervisor to just ask us to use our restroom. Moments later a 3rd guy is in our backyard doing it again. Come on we are understanding that people have to use the restroom, but i think it was extremely unprofessional to have your employees peeing in our back yard.
Overall the roof looks great, I would recommend you guys to friends and family but I would definitely work on being a little bit more professional when it comes to hygiene and other peoples space! Our back yard is not a public restroom.
Again, you guys did an amazing job with the roof. Thank you but i can only give a 3 star.
