Jordan was great throughout the entire experience. He texted and responded to my questions way outside of business hours. I got my roof and gutters replaced with only my deductible out of pocket. The guys work incredibly fast and did a great job!

I own an 10 unit apartment building. After a huge hail storm I had the insurance company asses the damage. They told me it didn't need to be replaced when it was clear to me it did. Then we had high winds and shingles from the roof littered the lawn and sidewalks. My Nephew recommended Ameripro Roofing. I called and I met Jordan Johnson and shared my frustrations With him. He suggested to set up an appointment with the insurance adjuster and they would be there . Jordan was able to talk with the adjuster and he did agree the roof needed to be replaced. Working with AmeriPro was such a poor experience. The communication received from the various members of your team was essentially non- existent throughout the entirety of the replacement of my home's siding. There truly was no project management from the company. Our experience was so poor we agreed to end the contract and took our roofing replacement elsewhere. Would not recommend AmeriPro to anyone and would go so far as to warn people against using the company.

After working with Mike, I was able to get my roof and siding replaced by insurance. After the last hail storm I had quite a bit of damage and once I was walked through the process I was confident in AmeriPro’s ability to get the job done. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up well after.

We worked with Mike and he was very informative and helpful! He made sure we understood the process and was patient. I would recommend AmeriPro, they care about their customers and are very efficient as well.

Zero management of the project. No one told us anything, no one talked to us. Not a little bit, NOT AT ALL. A crew of people who did not or would not speak English just showed up one day and swarmed over our house for a week+. It took us 2 months of reaching out to get the final items resolved.

Ameripro was by far the best roofing company that I had dealt with. Mike came out and was very professional. Mike was able to assist and work around my busy schedule. Mike gave a lot of great suggestions and smoothed everything out. Was able to get my roof fixed without being hassled.

Julie was also amazing and was able to assist me with helping me with my insurance. Although my insurance was making it very difficult to get my roof repaired and paid for, Julie did an amazing job. Julie was able to assist me and walked me through step by step to get my roof replaced.

I have received 30+ telemarketing calls from AmeriPro Roofiing over the past two weeks. Each time I ask to be removed from their robocaller. I then block the number only to be robo called from a different number later in. It's happened multiple times today. If it continues I'm going to make a complaint through the state. STOP YOUR ROBO CALLERS PLEASE. It's SUPER ANNOYING.

Everything was great and fine until we turned in our final check and suddenly we “owe $5,000 more”.. after we were told everything was paid for by our insurance minus the deductible - which is only $1,000. We also were supposed to get $3,000 from our insurance for issues that didn’t even deal with ameripro!! and instead of giving us back our chunk we accidentally sent to ameripro, they turn it around and say they won’t give it to us until we pay this $5k, which was not in our contract and they tacked on things that weren’t even done on our home..
I’d say Insurance fraud!!

Straight up scam! Stay far from them unless you want to be told you owe stuff that wasn’t talked about prior to.

I have received multiple calls with a prerecorded message from AmeriPro despite being on the do not call registry and never having done business with them. Per the FTC: A robocall trying to sell you something is illegal unless the company trying to sell you something got written permission, directly from you, to call you that way.
If AmeriPro is okay with breaking the law, I have concerns about the quality of roofing service they’re providing their unfortunate customers.

I highly recommend not contracting with AmeriPro on any roofing or home improvement needs. My experience with them was very poor, stressful, and unprofessional and mirrors the reviews of those that took the time to provide similar feedback to what I am about to say.

My experience with AmeriPro was excellent when they were trying to secure me as a customer. After that, it went downhill rapidly. I will try to explain what I went through in chronological order so it paints the most accurate possible picture.

I was told I would be given at least 24 hour notice of when the work would be completed. I advised that I have neighbors with aggressive dogs on one side and it would be critical that the workers not go into their yard, and on the other side my neighbors have a new born so I wanted to give them a heads up so that they could plan accordingly. I was given no notice, and instead, the crew came at 6 am, unannounced, were in my neighbors yard right away and I was unable to give the neighbors with a newborn proper notice to make alternate plans for the day. I didn't make alternate work arrangements for the day, either and that presented challenges for me professionally. I called and complained, was very upset, but that didn't make a difference because the same thing happened with the gutter work that happened at a later date. No notice and when gutter crews showed up, they didn't know where they were supposed to install the gutters, knocked on my neighbors door and she ended up getting a hold of me so I could come out and explain what needed to be done. I had covid and was really sick, and it presented a hardship on me to have to deal with a situation that could have easily been avoided had AmeriPro operated professionally.

I was quoted a price for the roof and gutters that was around 13K less than what I was charged. Billing is not transparent, and when I asked clarifying questions the replies were either rude, or non-existent. It took Julie weeks to reply to one of the emails I sent, and she only replied then because she wanted to collect payment. I received multiple "final invoices" that were all drastically different. I still have no idea what the breakdown of charges were that I received and at one point, Nationwide advised me to not pay AmeriPro until I got answers. I had better roof replacement coverage, and to receive the additional payout from Nationwide, AmeriPro had a list of things they had to provide to Nationwide. I provided this list to Julie, Mike, and another associate multiple times. I was told the first time I asked that the items were sent. I was told the second time I asked that the items were sent. I was told the third time that items were sent, and then Julie sent me a redacted invoice showing what was ordered and asked if I needed anything else. None of the required items on the list that I provided were given to me or Nationwide, despite being very transparent about what was required. She also explained that she didnt have the final invoice until that day so they couldn't send the final materials invoice until then, despite having told me before that everything Nationwide needed was sent (so, I was lied to, a few times). Redacting invoices and not providing a breakdown of charges screams fraud.

After paying the final, "final invoice" (that was labeled "final invoice" in bold at the top), I received a message from Julie that I owed another $700 for the difference of what I agreed to pay vs. what insurance would cover for lumber to patch my roof. I did indeed agree to pay that, but why was it not included in the final invoice? When I get a chance to pursue this further, I will.

My neighbors had a wonderful experience with the roofing company that did the work on their house, and I should have gone with the contractor they used. This company is so unprofessional and I strongly urge against contracting them for your home needs. There is so much more I could write, but alas, not enough time in the day.

I never leave reviews.... With that said, this companies sales team just DOES NOT LISTEN!!! They have randomly called me over 5 times trying to get my business. I have told them each time that I don't need any help on my roof and to please not call again. They just called me AGAIN about 2 minutes ago so I figured since they don't care to listen to me maybe they will respond to a public review.

Got signed up through an Ameripro storm chaser who promised the world. Roofer had poor craftsmanship. Just got a notice today that we're late on payment when they've already cashed the check! No word on my damaged gutter gaurds yet and it's been a month. Was hoping things would be different since this is a local company, but its been a terrible experience!

Company does not operate legally when advertising, nor has the ability to read "no soliciting" signs before walking onto private property. When I asked Ben the company rep if they had a solicitors permit from the city of Montgomery he replied that he never needed one. Seems like the thirsty type to not respect community rules and not respect home owners wishes of no soliciting... would not recommend this company. Would not trust Ben...

I had ameripro do my roofing job and they did damage to my front window screen, plus I had many other screens around my home with hail damage. They told me that they would replace them but it ended up being my responsibility to fix them all after many assurances it would be taken care of by them. They were willing to only give me $75 deduction for this purpose when they received a total over $20,000 for the entire job. Julie was rude on the phone talking over me and arguing that she never promised that they would fix their damage that they had done to my home. If you choose to use them, keep in mind that they'll promise you the moon until they get their money, and then you're on your own.

Working with Patrick was amazing. I had a few contractors came by and could get my insurance approved. But Patrick was willing to take a few more steps and did the work for me and got me approved. Very happy with the work and the service. Thanks to Patrick and Ameripro.

Patrick with AmeriPro was professional, responsive and provided a great experience. Roof installation was completed timely and the crew worked efficiently resulting in a good outcome.

Had siding and roof fully replaced after a storm. Have now had pieces of siding fall of about once per 6 months since the storm years ago. Roof seems fine, but something went wrong with siding. They have been reasonably responsive to patch, but no solution offered to fix the root cause.

Edit as of September 2023: Has only gotten worse, they offered to replace the siding under warranty, but made the same mistake as the first time not ordering enough siding to cover the house, so our house has been sitting unsided for about a month waiting for them to be able to finish, meanwhile all outdoor electrical and lighting is unable to be used because it was disconnected and not reconnected. Laughable at this point the number of delays and interruptions we have had to get our siding redone after a storm in 2019.

Mr geary was fantastic helped me through the process and got my roof approved on insurance very thankful he knocked on my door before it lead to further damage!

After having three other roofing contractors check my roof for storm damage, I got a call out of the blue from AmeriPro and set up an inspection appt. Zach came by right on time and was able to spot multiple instances of hail damage on my garage roof. After explaining why and how even one spot of hail damage could lead to further damage down the road, Zach explained different options as to what could be done and how to go about it. He gave me an estimate, kicked off the insurance piece, and went over timetable of work.

Zach at AmeriPro was the only contractor to actually get up on my two story roof and look for damage. He spotted additional storm damage on my gutters as well. He communicated thoroughly and honestly during the entire process, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and experience.

Additionally, because my roofing was installed in colder weather, some of the shingles didn't lay completely flat. I called the AmeriPro contact number, and they stated that that can happen with cold weather. I was told it would take some hot summer days to flatten out and to call them if it remained that way into the summer. However, all shingles flattened out before the first snowfall.

Overall, outstanding service and communication.

UPDATE: We had our roof done in 2022. We thought everything was ok after having our roof replaced but little did we know there were problems lurking. This year 2024 while going through mold remdediation on our house unrelated to the roof, we found water streaks on our walls inside our cubbies upstairs. Had Ameripro come out to check it out. The guy who came our went up on the roof and then told us that our fascia board was rotting and that was the problem and it looked like they didn't replace the flashing. We were told they would replace the fascia board and flashing but I would need to sign a paper to change the work order. Didn't realize they wanted me to sign a release of liability for any other damage from this. I refused. We might have rotted boards under there with who knows what kind of damage and they are liable. So far are not willing to take responsibility for their neglegence. Please check with the Better Business Bureau there are a lot of complaints. We will have to take them to small claims court after we have another company do the work before the snow comes. They are trying to say we had someone else come and service our roof after they put the roof on and did the terrible caulking job when they are the ones who caulked it, no one else was on our roof. Very disappointed that we have to go through all this stress. Please think twice. When they changed their name from American Dream home to Ameripro something happened, they had good reviews before but not now and we got a mess going on now.

It was nice to have someone who could help us with the insurance claim. The crew showed up early and got the job done and everything cleaned up by about 4:00. Pros: Zach advocated for us to get our roof replaced from hail damage with the insurance company was awesome. Roofers were efficient and timely, only took 6 hours and the roof looks great. Cons: Our neighbor embarrassingly found a lot of nails in his yard and was worried his dog would step on them. The workers were unresponsive when he mentioned it to them.

Zach was very responsive and answered all of our questions, plus his knowledge of navigating insurance was great! The install crew was professional and incredibly efficient. Plus, they came back the next day to make sure everything was as we wanted - top notch!

I recommend this company, they went above and beyond to resolve the misunderstanding between the sales representative and me, the work was done within two days, the crew took really good care of my house, once they completed the job they took the time to clean everything on the floor and replace one of my solar lights that was damage when it was being removed. They follow up with me every step of the way until I was satisfied with my new roof and the new light. Great company and great experience working with everyone who help me with this.

If it were for the person who comes out and does the initial inspection I would give this company 5 stars. Since the customer service department lacks quality I gave a 3 star rating. I feel like no one knows how to help answer questions so then you are transferred and the unanswered questions continue.

AmeriPro Roofing worked through my insurance company to cover and replace my roof. I will break my interactions with AmeriPro down into three acts.

Act 1: Before the Roof Installation - 5 Stars
I worked with Jeff and his manager Chris to call the insurance company, take photos of the roof and damage to the roof, and generally get the train rolling on the work. Jeff was responsive, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I give Jeff a lot of credit for getting the insurance company to cover the roof.

Act 2: Installation - 2 Stars
Overall, pretty pleased with the quality of the work. The roof looks nice. However, the crew doing the work was not communicative (we knew the roof was being done that day because we saw people wandering around our backyard at 7:30 in the morning), they left their garbage trailer blocking our garage with no indication as to when they'd come pick it up, and I am still finding stray nails in our driveway / yard / garage a month later. The crew replaced a roof vent that Jeff and I had discussed should be removed and plugged over. Overall, even though we are happy with the results, the lack of communication and the mistakes made by the crew on install make this a two-star experience.

Act 3: Post-Installation - 0 Stars
After install came time to pay. As mentioned, throughout the process Jeff was my main point of contact. When it came time to pay, I was informed that Jeff was no longer with the company, and I worked with Julie, the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Julie was not very responsive to my emails, and it was difficult to understand what I actually owed the company and where in the process AmeriPro was in consultation with the insurance company. Julie insisted that I pay AmeriPro for the roof vent that Jeff and I agreed would not be installed (and that we agreed after the fact that I wouldn't have to pay for before he left the company). Based on my interactions with Julie, I do not believe the "office" side of AmeriPro knows what what the crew actually did - which makes a negotiation about what I should or should not pay based on work that was actually done difficult. Eventually I paid AmeriPro more than I think was fair just to be done with it. The total amount I was asking for was just over $100, and I'm beyond disappointed that AmeriPro went back on their word and charged me for something I did not want them to do in the first place. That interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.

Caught a inspector going next door and asked how much for an estimate. He came and talked to me and estimate is free. We ended up talking for a while. Mixture of the company and personal stories. He is very up front and has a great professional personality. Have not had work done yet. But writing this cause reviews are important for companies like my line of work too. I definitely recommend Tim Boeck as a inspector. People mostly write reviews for bad service. Not many reviews happen when you get good service.

Siding was replace by them, didn't even last 1 year before it start falling a part. Poor customer service. I have to drill nail to my siding. My old siding was 10x better. Should of never got it replaced. Siding took them 2 months to finish which was delay a lot of time and was suppose to install in early fall but delay to winter, which they rush the Siding. They knew the Siding wall was weak and didn't bother replacing them. Now the Siding are coming off due to poor installation. Avoid this company. Nothing but trouble.

Hard working crew in June 2017. Arrived 30min prior to time scheduled. Crew respectful of my landscaping by protecting plants. Sales rep had good product knowledge. He offered better-coordinating roof colors (to my house) than my existing roof colors.We drove around my immediate neighborhood to 'see' how those colors wld look with my house colors.

An issue: their final inspection employee (not sure of inhouse job title), delayed submitting required 'photos of underlayment' to my city's public works dept. This held up necessary papers I needed for proof of properly installed roofing work for my records, and for future resale proof.

In June 2020, Regional Mgr. Vincent Mancuso graciously waived any charges for a section of shingles near the gutter to be replaced. We suspected the gutter cleaner I hired may have damaged them. Thank you Vincent!

We had a bad hail storm go through our area in early August. I noticed American dream home at my neighbors. I spoke to Andrea and she reassured me that they would take care of everything. She was true to her words her manager came when our insurance company came to inspect our property. I had trouble with our insurance company. America Dream Home stepped in and took care of everything. With in a couple of weeks our shingles and supplies arrived. Then the roofing crew showed up and they were quick, courteous and polite. The home office called and made sure everything was as promised. We couldn’t be happier with American Dream Home. The next hail storm I will call American Dream Home. We were so pleased that we have encouraged all of our neighbors that hadn’t talked to American Dream Home to talk to them.

Poor quality, poor workmanship. A roof should hold up more than 2 years. The flashing was done so badly at my girlfriends place that I am dealing with replacing ceilings. Soggy ceilings. Not to mention hundreds if not thousands of dollars of unused material in the dumpster. 5 bundles of shingles they tried stealing, along with a huge full box of nails, a full roll of tar paper, 15-20 aluminum corner pieces and more. Not honest or ethical
