Glenn Baucom was an excellent representative of your company. He's provided us with both roof and gutters. Both completed in good style and time. I'd work with him and time.

Pricing was not at all transparent. The actual installation went fine, however it cost nearly double what I was quoted.

Months after installation I got a bill for as much as I paid upfront, after being told that the first payment was the full amount. Brought it up with the back end customer service rep and was told I have no recourse, that it didn’t matter what price I was quoted. Definitely feel like I’ve been scammed.

Unless your insurance is paying the full bill, or you have the knowledge to make sense of all the legal jargon in the contracts, avoid doing business with this company.

Our agent Hunter made my wife and I feel very comfortable with this entire process. He helped us understand everything step by step and we even ended up getting a new roof and gutters. Give this man a raise. 10 out of 10 I would work with Ameripro again.

I contacted AmeriPro Roofing about getting all of the wood fascia an soffit surfaces of my home covered in vinyl siding and replacing some of my gutters. Glenn Baucom came by my home later the same day to discuss the work I wanted done, took measurements and pictures. and gave me a general cost estimate for the job. He was very professionally knowledgeable about the process they would follow to do the job, could articulately answer all of my questions, and was able to provide some excellent suggestions about some other work I need done that falls outside the scope of what they do. I'm excited about moving forward with AmeriPro on my project and I look forward to being able to submit a future review as a fully satisfied and happy AmeriPro customer after the work is done.
UPDATE - My vinyl soffit, fascia, and new gutters were installed by AmeriPro, and I am very,very pleased with the result. Not only does the end result look great, but I don't need to paint anything anymore! One crew came to remove the old gutters and install the vinyl soffit and fascia, followed by another crew which came to install the new gutters and downspouts. There were no surprises at any part of the process, with crews coming to do the work when I was notified they would be here. After the project was completed, Glenn Baucom came back to review the work and to make sure there weren't any issues and that I was happy with how it turned out! Based on my experience, I can heartily endorse AmeriPro as a company that provides excellent service for a reasonable price and that makes customer satisfaction a priority.

After having several other companies inspect my roof, having AmeriPro’s Adam Filyaw come by made all the difference. He was tireless in his inspection and pursuit to get my insurance company to pay for my new roof, after the tornado that came through last spring. The others wouldn’t go after it like he did! When the crew came in early the morning of install they wasted no time getting started stripping the roof. They made sure they cleared the roof as they went along of debris. They worked hard throughout the day, and finished just as the sun set, completing the job, and a very complete cleanup. All the guys were very courteous, and did a great job! The roof looks fantastic and they have a great warrantee, that’s transferable! The price was very competitive as well! Who could ask for more?! The whole process went very well, too! I was needing a new roof installed on our garage so I called Ameripro and spoke with Glen Baucom. Glen came out to inspect the roof, take measurements and snapped some pictures of the garage roof. As we were talking, Glen asked me how old was the roof on our home. I told him that it had been replaced about 10 years ago. He asked me, “would you mind if I climb up and take a look at your roof on your home?” Long story short, Glen found some storm damage on our home roof so we called my insurance company to file a claim. Glen met the insurance adjuster here on location and insurance paid the claim to replace the shingles on the home. I really appreciate all that Glen had done to help better protect us by doing his initial inspection of the home roofing condition. Thanks to Glen, we now have a new roof on our garage and our home!

I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy, I didn't won't to give them a star AT ALL because they don't deserve one. This company is VERY unorganized, VERY unprofessional and only rips people and insurance companies off. It's been the absolute WORSE experience my husband and I have been through. Our roof was completed in Sept after signing a "contact" in July, Here it is now the middle of November and they are still trying to get money from my insurance company. It has been hell since day 1 and I would NEVER EVER, EVER recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING. If I could turn back time I definitely would had sent them on their way when they came to my door. HUGH RIP OFF!!! I can't wait to be done with this company for good.

AmeriPro made the process easy and did a great job. Also in terms of working with them for payments and with the insurance, they are truly professional. I also told them about an issue where there was some damage done to my irrigation system, and they worked with me without issues to make it right. I highly recommend them if you are needing work done on your roof.

I called for an estimate for a portion of my roof. Glenn Baucom came out and found more damage from all the storms we have had. He was very polite and thorough when inspecting. He helped with getting a roof for the whole house from the insurance company. I was impressed with Glenn and all the workers that made this happen. The workers never left trash and you could not even tell they had been there. My new roof is awesome and would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks for everything you did Glenn.

At first we had a great experience with the roof replacement. Fast forward a year later we had a leak. We had someone come out and tell us the installation wasn’t done properly. It took 2 separate crews for the leak to be repaired. We had to follow up constantly for them to come out and do interior repairs on the drywall ceiling. After almost 2 months after the leak they sent someone out to just paint over the yellow stain on the ceiling from the leak.

HIGHLY recommend Ameripro. I let them work on my Mom's house, (that should tell you alot). Very professional, answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner.Also had them take care of my roof, with the same amazing results. Glenn Baucom is a consummate professional, taking care of every last detail, by providing a quality, aesthetically pleasing shelter to our home. Thank you!

this is the worst experience i have ever been thur , i was tricked to signing into a contract from the beginning by the sales team saying they needed this paper signed to talk to the insurance company turned out to be a full blown contract the sales manager also is very sneaky be very careful and do not sign anything because they do not care they just want money and will not let you out no matter what will charge you 10 percent of the job also will tell you everything you want to hear and kept on wanting addtional money i do not recommend this company at all bad all the way thru !!!!!

They did an amazing job as our home has before and after pictures and it is easy to see which is the new! They cleaned up and the color is so much better than the ugly green roof we had when we purchased the home.

Glenn came out to inspect my roof and gutter. My gutter was leaking from the corner. He explained the problem to me and suggests what needs to be done to fix it. Very knowledgeable guy. He didn't even charge me for the inspection. I was very pleased with his assessment. I would recommend his services. Nice guy !!!

Finding any service contractor that you trust completely is a very difficult task these days. Not so with Ameripro's Glenn Baucom. The installation itself only took one day and the installers were both careful in their labor and courteous when spoken to! They were in complete control of both their operating tools and our roofing products during the entire installation process! Impressive to say the least!
Our rep, Mr. Glen Baucom arrived at our residence early that morning and remained there for much of the day offering to answer any additional new questions I might have during the installation process.
After the roof was done and the roofers respectfully exited the job site, Mr. Baucom soon arrived to inspect both finished roof and any possible debris that might have been accidentally left on our property. As I expected there was no debris left of any kind! Not even a bubble gum paper wrapper!

He knew right away where/what the problem was. He had a crew here on MONDAY!! They were quick and efficient and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure we were happy. I received an unsolicited call from this company today. The caller was soliciting inspections after the tornadoes that came through Middle Tennessee, stressing that even if we didn't have visible damage, we may still have wind damage. Even after I stated our home was nowhere near the path of the tornado, that we were nowhere near any high wind/hail/debris field, she still tried to force us to have this company come inspect our home. I attempted to again inform the caller that we reside well away from the storm zone, and again, the caller insisted we needed an inspection. I ended up telling the solicitor to place us on the "Do Not Call List" and asked them to please not contact us again.

We had a great experience with the folks at AmeriPro Roofing in Nashville TN. After everything was finalized, everything went like clockwork. Shingles and everything needed to install a new roof were dropped one day. The next day the installers were on sight early and by the time I got home from work the roof was done including clean-up. We were very pleased with our experience with everyone involved at AmeriPro. We had a delay with our insurance company, and they were very patient with us with this as well. AmeriPro is highly recommended.
