Got all of traffic trying to stop this guy as he trudges through traffic. It's 3:00 on a Friday traffic sucks. This dude has ignored every merge sign in an attempt to squeeze to the front of the pack. While sitting on his phone. I highly recommend this behavior not be Exhibited in a mobile bill board for your company. Do better for you, your company, and your community. Thanks

David Dale, our salesman has been professional, knowledgeable & caring to our recent damage. He answers all our questions in a very timely manner & is definitely here for the customer. The time frame of the steps & events of the replacement of our damage that David explained has happened. I have been very impressed with his work ethics & excellent customer service.

My sales guy Daniel Wolf stood by us thru the whole process to make sure we were happy with everything. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The roofing crew were awesome, they got everything done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves when finished. We would recommend AmeriPro, job well done.

The experience we had with AmeriPro was absolutely great! Andy Kilps our go to guy was extremely great through the whole process, he was there every step of the way and he is very honest, he answered every question we had, and helped me navigate the insurance and what steps we had to take. We have had other companies come out and give us quotes but none of them stayed consistent or followed up at all after they left, but this company did!

Greetings from Danville! We recently worked with Daniel Wolf of AmeriPro Roofing and couldn’t be happier so far. Daniel is extremely helpful and great to work with. He walked my wife and I through the process of picking out new roofing and gutter materials, helped navigate working with our insurance adjuster, and more! The staff there were also great at working with our insurance company for the repairs.
The crew that came to perform the repairs were professional and left the yard cleaner than they found it! It was an added touch of professionalism for Daniel to come back out and double check that no metal or no roofing nails were missed from the roofing crew.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again should another storm cause significant roofing damage in the future.

Roofers got there a little before 7am and had it done the same day, they cleaned up my yard when they were done as well. Very quick and easy process. Highly recommended this company and Chris Keller to do your roofing needs!

Worked with Daniel Wolf and he did a great job guiding me through the process and following up with my insurance who initially denied the claim. We got a reinspection done and they did a full roof replacement. Great communication and quality work.

Ameripro was excellent to work with. Lexington was always quick to answer my questions and take care of any potential concerns we had. She was really on top of it with the insurance as well.

Had me sign something to “let us talk to your insurance company on your behalf” well ask for the second half of the contract because there lots of fine print. Months go by, they are supposed to be submitting a supplemental package for insurance. They don’t. Then they tell me “Ameripro has decided to not take the job because you said someone could do it cheaper”. That’s fine, honestly not upset with that response even if it is 3 months late. Then I started getting letter of balance due for cancellation fee, well by golly I didn’t cancel. Texts, phone calls, more letter.. you owe us money, (Second half of the non-existent “contract”). Finally got ahold of the accounts person and explained that their company canceled the job, I did not cancel the job and I didn’t want to work with them anymore since they are not responsive.
Whew we got it worked out… the nice employee said they’d take care of the account and close it out. Well guess who’s still getting billing notices? That would be yours truly.
Stop sending me scam worthy bills. And don’t let them on your roof. Find a more reliable and trustworthy company.
Just steer clear of Ameripro, better safe than sorry.
EDIT: The bad review did prompt them to remove the cancellation fee finally.

It started with a very polite and knowledgeable representative Sahaun. They worked toward an estimate and a smooth negotiation with the insurance company. There work was fast, efficient and the overall experience was quote positive. The workmanship was excellent. I would gladly recommend and use them again.

Salesman Chris was terrible at his job not keeping promises. He kept telling us ,we would not have a payment and gutters would be another color! He told my husband and me through texting and in person that we would not have to pay anything except maybe the deductible and nothing else. We paid almost 2500 later!!!! Sales coordinator Kathy stated she would help with what to say to insurance adjuster, and never once let me know what to say to resolve issues !! - Like getting insurance company to pay for the decking. I was always the middle person in between calling the insurance company and contacting Ameripro and it was stressing me out between phone calls, emails and texting to try to resolve the issue. And then to find out we owed 1500 over the deductible was not right Because we would not had to pay if they handled it with the insurance company And kept their promises. Then the Insurance company did not get the checks out till two months later which is not my fault. And in two weeks after that, Kathy is calling saying I better pay or get payment plan or there will be a lien on my house. She was just threatening and rude the way she went about this. So my husband took over dealing with it and we put it on a credit card so we never have to deal with the company ,get another email ,or phone call from them ever again!!! I would never recommend them to anyone !!!!- But would say run the other way!

Everyone was very professional especially Austin who made the whole expierence very easy. They did a great job, I would highly recommend AmeriPro.

Local people was rude. But one in Illinois was Great. Bought this house 4 years ago with a brand new roof. AMERIPRO ROOFING company did the job. Now we getting leak on stove. I called your company and was told nothing going to be done because last owner paid for work and warranty Does not cover under me.. Was told rudly twice once in person. Illinois said they would cover it. They instal awning and no drain in front by door water would puddle on roof then run to ground. I had to install a drain to keep water off roof and awning are not level some bolts was missing some places.
First thing they said is why it's leaking is cause we never clean awning out lol wtf we're not stupid. Bad thing to tell customers with out looking .

AmeriPro Roofing worked with me to replace my roof after hail damage, and I appreciated all the clarity my salesman Jeff Wicks was able to bring to the process. The installer arrived without prior communication of scheduling, but that could be partly due to the weather fluctuating. Lastly, our exact gutter/downspout color was not available, but we were communicated with the morning of install to pick an alternate.

We have to give Kudos to Daniel W who was our contact from start to finish with our roof and gutter replacements. He was very informative with the process, time lines with material delivery and start dates. He was totally professional but also personalable . I felt like he was always available via text, email or phone if I had a question or concern. Most of all we trusted and felt like he was sincerely taking care of us not just doing his job.

They were able to work around my crazy work schedule.
The roofers did a great job with the install in less than 12 hours. It didn't hurt that the salesman Jeff lived just around the corner either.

Daniel wolf was very professional and knowledgeable in this process from beginning to end, the crew did an excellent job other than leaving over 500 nails in my yard. I’m sure after Daniel talks to them they will pay more attention and do a better job

Worked with Scott and he made the entire process as easy as could be. The materials were delivered on Tuesday and the crew showed up Wednesday and were in and out in one day. They cleaned up everything and Scott even came back that night and ran his magnet device to get any nails the crew may have missed. Roof looks great and o would highly recommend.

I am a recent widow and was reticent to take action about this hail damage from a storm from this past spring (my husband was the one to deal with these issues in the past). The salesman, Sahaun Duncan, came by and was the ultimate professional! He was very thorough with describing all the issues and the process of going forward. The roofing team came in and completed the tearing off and replacing the shingles in one day. My neighbor who has experience with roofing said he saw their work and he thought they did a great job. I am very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!

Daniel Wolf provided excellent service from start to finish. His help with the insurance adjuster was invaluable. The roofing crew arrived early and we were flexible enough that they were able to start immediately and worked steadily throughout the day. They finished the next day leaving the area clean. They even painted the PVC vent and exhaust pipes to match the roofing. Angela came the next day for quality control and provided me the information for the insurance company to get the final payment.

Company was told what to do by the insurance company and is threating a vets home. Reason they did more than what they were told and are trying to say it was due to code, don’t trust them or give them your worst mistake made and will looking in having a lawsuit towards them soon, also I don’t know much but working on my roof till 1030pm when my spouse, kids and I are trying to sleep rude stating the job was done a day earlier than it was and then show documents with my supposed signature not realizing that people can obviously tell their own writing just a bunch of shady individuals

I had AmeriPro take care of an insurance claim caused by a storm (tree and hail damage to my roof and siding). Most of the house was covered in aluminum siding, which the insurance company was going to cover. However, three walls of a small back porch were in vinyl, which insurance wasn't covering. I asked for the porch to be quoted and was given a ridiculous price. Especially considering a much larger garage, that was also going to be out of pocket was also quoted, and within a few hundred dollars of the porch. The old "warranty will only cover a completed job" trick was used to try to get me to bite on the outrageous retail quote. That's a tactic you should be ashamed to use. No attempt was made to get the job after expressing my displeasure with the quote. I asked for the overage back that I had paid towards the roof replacement. As a REALTOR I will no longer be referring any clients to AmeriPro.

My product arrived and the next day the workers were here and completed the job in one day! They also cleaned up all the mess and left me with none of it! Shout out to the one guy who walked my house and flower garden multiple times looking for small pieces! Was basically conned out of my claim payout. If I could go back in time I definitely would not use this company. Did my roof and screwed me out of getting my siding and gutters fixed by making "adjustments " with my insurance company. I know for future reference if my roof gets damaged again I wouldn't use ameripro ever again unless all other roofing businesses go out of business. Not at all veteran friendly. Never received estimates and they left my house in worse shape then it was before they got there. Left nails in my driveway and in my yard. If you see ameripro in your neighborhood Lock the doors and close your blinds.

We can't say enough about Daniel Wolf, and the AmeriPro Roofing company. Daniel was always most kind and courteous with us, especially me with all of my questions. He was with us through the whole process and came back to make sure our roof was all done according to what our agreement was made for. The crew was amazing and the clean up process was spot on.

Working with Chris D. throughout the process went well. He does what he can to make everything go well start to finish, and is as helpful as he can be. The problem is that when things don’t go well, the company takes no accountability and is only worried about getting your big insurance check. The crew destroyed mine & my neighbor’s property, along with making an unnecessary mess in my attic. I was told for 2 months that I would be taken care of, only for the company to say “these things happen”. They refused to address any of the issues, or even simply apologize for the carelessness of their crew. After several complaints they finally agreed to apply a credit that barely accounted for 1% of my bill. They suggested I hand that credit to my neighbors since they were upset about the damage also. If everything goes well, Ameripro is a fine company to use, but the second you have an issue, their lack of care and customer service will quickly leave you in a regrettable experience, with hundreds or more in repairs to your property, and hours of manual labor ahead of you. When you are committing tens of thousands of dollars to a company, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be upset when your property is left worse than you started.
