Mark Rustebakke handled every step of the process from filing the initial claim, meeting with the adjusters, working through a challenging area on my roof and reviewing the job when complete professionally and in a timely fashion with excellent follow up. Ameripro , throughout my professional career I learned it’s not the fact that issues will arise and problems will occur but how you handle them . I’m 2020 I had a new roof put on my home and notice that the roof cap had detached itself . I reported it on a Monday a return call same day then representative, Matt Winters showed up at my door on Tuesday with a smile and a ladder advising he was going to go up to review the issues. He was professional and courteous . When he was done , he went over with me what he had found , he made a call came back advising they were replacing all the ridge pieces 90 feet. I was pleased to hear this. As a customer we appreciate timeliness and professionalism. Today 06/28/26 my roof was repaired , Matt Winter , thank you !

Sales rep Ella knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted a free inspection on my home for possibly hail damage which she right away noticed it. I had a different company approached me before and nothing got done. With this company I am surprised how my insurance process got through so easily with them and how fast everything went through to replace my roof and gutters. Would definitely recommend them for anyone. Ella was so knowledgeable, and professional would recommend working with her.

My roof was damaged by hail in late summer 2023. I called a local company to determine if I had any damage. After a thorough inspection they said I did not have any damage. Another company "company B" was working on several roofs in my neighborhood so I gave them a try. Everything was going great until they fired the Sales Rep...and changed their name! Not exactly confidence building. That's when Mike Meloy and Ameri Pro roofing took over. Mike was involved in every step of the process. He answered my calls and directed me to the proper people for questions he couldn't answer. Matt Winter was on the job site to see everything was moving along in an orderly fashion. Sabrina Martinez answered all of my questions about billing and worked with my insurance company to provide the proper paperwork, and issue checks. They did a good job, I'm very satisfied.

Jake Marine and the Ameripro team did an excellent job working with my insurance company to get my roof gutters and window flashing replaced after a hail storm that went through my area. They handled everything from talking to the insurance to working with local contractors to get everything installed. Mike Meloy came and initially assessed our home for new roof and siding and was with us every step of the way. From initial call to Mike to roof completion was only 3 weeks! Crew that did our roof was great and did an excellent clean up job, which is huge to us with kids and pets. We had a hail storm in July 2023 and we filed a claim with our insurance. The hail was a large as golf balls and I thought we would have broken windows. Sarah with Ameripro roofing helped us to navigate the claims process since our insurance denied our claim 3 times. The insurance adjuster said there was not enough damage to add up to more than the amount of our insurance deductible. We had three companies inspect the roof and they all said there was hail damage and we needed a new roof. There were over a dozen neighbors with roofs replaced and their insurance was paying for the replacement. After State Farm denied and closed our claim, we kept reopening the claim and they agreed to a third party inspection. Ameripro was on the roof for the re-inspection. After 10 months of debate, State Farm finally agree to pay for 2/3 of the roof replacement. If not for the Ameripro team helping us navigate and communicate with the insurance company, State Farm would not have agreed to accept our roof replacement claim. We are happy to have a new roof and it looks great! Thank you Ameripro Roofing.

He came to my property to confirm the correct product was dropped off and came again once install was completed to be sure everything looked okay. I have had nothing but a positive experience with AmeriPro. My representative, Jacob has been responsive from the start. I think he has been responding to my texts when he is on vacation! He has answered all my questions as to what to expect from insurance and the contractors performing the work on my home. The roofing crew was some of the hardest working folks I have ever soon and very professional. Sabrina has been super helpful with assisting me with insurance questions/issues. I recommended AmeriPro to my neighbors and they also had a positive experience with the same individuals and AmeriPro.

I cannot in good faith recommend anyone work with this company. I’m not sure if everyone who works there is incompetent or comfortable lying, but those are the only two options I can think of for how this entire process has gone/is going.

Everytime I talked to someone there they explained that I would be given advance notice before anyone stopped by, either to deliver material or to begin installation. That never happened once.

Our siding and other material was delivered on November 14th, and I was told installation would start within a few days of delivery, and then take 1 day, 1.5 days max.

They showed up for the first time to begin installation on December 5th, again, without giving me any advance warning so I could move the items away from the house I was supposed to. On this day they did about ¼ of the siding, and left a lot of the house with siding removed and just the inner wrap on.

I’m quite lucky I speak a little Spanish, and my wife is fairly fluent, else I’d have no clue what was going on the entire time. The crews spoke exclusively Spanish, and nobody who works directly at Ameripro seems to ever answer their phone, texts, nor emails without repeat calls, voicemails, texts, and following up for days to get someone to actually respond. The few times someone actually answered, or called me back quickly they didn’t actually have anything helpful, merely gave excuses or said they’d look into it. When they are “looking into” something that means you have to call back daily to get someone to answer and then give some other made up excuse for why it isn’t happening.

I was given excuses like “it’s hard to get someone to go to Madison from Milwaukee to do this type of job” yet they have no issue at all selling in Madison. This was later refuted by their ops manager, but that just leads to further evidence that at least one of them in the company has no issues at all lying to customers if they think it will help calm the customer down.

It’s now January 16th, I’ve since received a bill marking the job as done, yet it is not done, and I’m not getting any answers on when they’ll actually come complete the job. I’ve also been told many times that they can file a warranty claim for any issues, and that takes at least 2 weeks, but the job was never actually completed, so this is not a warranty issue with their work, it’s trying to get them to actually finish the job they agreed to do.

They’ve also left pieces of the old gutter just laying around the property, despite having been here literally 15+ times to do a couple hours of work and then leave, leaving the trash on the property. I made them aware of this 2 weeks ago, and was told someone would come that day to pick it up. Obviously nobody has come, contacted me, nor returned my numerous messages to ask about it.

Again, I’d never recommend any single person ever work with this company. I don’t know if they’re running some sort of scam where they want the company to fail to sell it off and rebrand, or if they just truly have no idea what they’re doing, but based on the amount of time I’ve had to spend contacting them to actually finish work any penny they made above what they paid their sub contractors should be sent directly to me, the person who actually did all of the communication between and within Ameripro and their subcontractors.

Mike is an awesome representative of Ameripro.He is friendly, kind and courteous. Mike guided me through out the whole process from start to finish and was by my side every step of the way . I got my roof , siding and gutters done after a hailstorm. There was a few hiccups with the work performed on gutters but they will fix it and make sure you are satisfied with the job . I highly recommend Ameripro and tell them you want Mike to be your Rep

Michael from Ameripro helped get me get a new roof after my insurance denied my claim. Ameripro worked on my claim for months and got me approved in the end. They were professional and easy to work with. Michael was very helpful with everything and I am happy with the overall product.

The work was perfect. They covered the ground around the house to protect my flowers and landscape. Easy to work with. They removed all the debris. My mother stated she had nothing to clean up after they were finished with the job. Highly recommended.

They have an honest man named Mark who's a field supervisor. I was so worried about having to purchase a new roof. He explained storm damage and then sent me the pictures of the damage. They usually replace roofs which he could've advised but chose to give me options and education. Made the experience so easy. Much appreciation. It's about people like him that work for a company not the company itself.

AmeriPro was recommended by a family member, and I have no complaints about using them. We had a minor glitch with the order, but one phone call resolved it immediately. The guys did a good job installing the roof and on cleanup, and I recommend the company.

I only am writing this review because this company has no way to contact them by email to lodge a complaint about their business practices. The do not list a single email address. You only can contact them by phone or via an online form that requires you to reveal too many personal details.
I do believe this is a good roofing company. Their Reps are friendly, professional and well-versed in their business, but after 7 or 8 visits from multiple Reps in the past three weeks. I am getting weary. I am not interested in a new roof and I have told each of them this, but they keep coming, sometimes it's even the same Rep. It's annoying. Their repetitive ringing of my door bell disturbs the sleep of my First Responder son, who works 24 hour shifts every other day and frequently is asleep during the day when Ameripro Reps come calling at my door. We also have signs at both entrances to our development that clearly state "No Soliciting." So, please pay attention to "No Soliciting" signs in Northern Virginia neighborhoods. Many of my neighbors from Winding Creek Estates in Woodbridge, VA agree with me and I will follow-up for all of us with a complaint to our HOA if the solicitations continue. Since our community is posted against such solicitations, I also may report future incursions on my property as Trespassing, grab pictures from my doorbell video alarm, and tag numbers from their vehicles and then report them to the authorities. I understand these Reps are just trying to make a living and I appreciate their enthusiasm, but it is you, the company, who needs to have better standards. Your unending visits despite repetitive "No's" from me and others and your inability to adhere to our requests to stop and to obey our "No Solicitations" signs, make you a public nuisance and an undesirable business to hire. You can do better.

I met with Jacob from Ameripro, regarding storm damage to my house. (I had been waiting 2 months for another company's estimate.) Within 2 months of meeting Jacob from Ameripro, my new roof was installed. Jacob promised to be with me every step of the way. He stepped in my house we made first call to my insurance company for an inspection, insurance inspected and approved, roof installed. I recommend Jacob, and Ameripro roofing.

technician came out to my moms in union grove to talk bout what they would perform if we agreed to have them do the work . we told them we need a day or to to comit , technican told us if we dont let them order shingles that if it rains estimate will be higher and if we dont he will put lean on property for only giving a estimate ! Then also when i asked how much and how many plywood underneath would be for entire roof . His answer told me doubke the amount then actual sq ft and price per sheet is 5 times wat a sheet cost. I call there office and lady that answered phone wouldnt get me a manager on phone go fig she didnt. well where gonna see what attorney general office il or wis is gonna have to say bout ur strong arm tacktics.

This technician stated hes worked for these people for awhile so either they let him or teach there techs to strongarm ppl. Either way where gonna let attorney general work it out.

This company is serious and great at what they are doing. But Michael is a great team player and you constantly helping others meet their customer requests. This is the reason why the company is successful. Well done.

The process was kicked off immediately and once materials arrived, the crew showed up as planned.

This company has very poor communication. They tell clients one thing and then go back on their word. I had siding installed recently. Very early on in the project I contacted a representative of the company to let him know what the sub contractor was doing was wrong and it needed to be corrected. I sent pictures and talked with him on the phone. I was assured the issue would be rectified. Later that night when I arrived home from work, the siders were still working and my issue had not been addressed. I again contacted a representative of the company, expressing my concern. I was again assured it would be corrected even if they had to come back to do so. Fast forward 2 days... I am now told to fix the issue I pointed out extremely early on, I would be charged an extra $10K. This is unacceptable. This company lies to their clients and does not stand by their word. Be ware of the out right fraud of this company.

I was in the path of a hail storm that damaged my (and all of my neighbor's) roofs. A neighbor was using Ameripro, so I had them provide an inspection and quote. I was connected to Jacob Fritz, who met with me to check for damage, prepare a replacement proposal, and then worked with me to file an insurance claim. Once we were approved and i picked out materials, Jacob handled EVERYTHING from there. The materials were delivered 3 days after signing the contract, and the crew showed up the day after that. One work day to get the old shingles off, one work day to get the new shingles on, and a little cleanup the following (i did not find a single nail!). Done and done. We've all have nightmarish homeowner stories to share about engaging with contractors; this one was professional, fast, seamless, and done right the first time. Well done, Jacob!

10/10 would recommend AmeriPro Roofing. They got all the work done in a timely manner and the job was done right. I'm a very detail-oriented person and they paid attention to the details. Very pleased. Also, Sarah was amazing to work with. She willingly answered all my questions and explained the process really well. This October I was placed in contact with Mike Meloy, a representative from Ameripro, to discuss the likelihood of hail damage to my home. I was initially uncomfortable at the prospect of having a damaged roof and unsure of where to begin with regard to moving forward with inspection and possible roof replacement. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process, start to finish, went as smoothly as possible. He spent time helping me work with my insurance company, organize inspections and organize the replacement of my roof. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with someone as considerate and helpful as Mike throughout this process. I highly recommend Ameripro and the great people that represent them.

The company sent people without even so much as a courtesy call to let us know they were coming. Waking up to the sound of banging and scraping is never fun. During the entire process there was no way to communicate with the employees, everyone sent spoke a different language and the company didn't think to send a single person that could speak english. The communication barrier made it difficult to talk with the workers, and after the roofing was done now there's leaks on my back porch that weren't there. True to their nature they sent someone over, again no notification just someone at my house walking around. Despite all the good reviews my experience with this company has been downright terrible. I will not be using their services again.
