The last big storm took enough shingles off my roof that I had to file an insurance claim. Josh Webb was referred to me by a friend and I’m super happy I went with him. Josh came out last minute to meet with the insurance adjuster and got me a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts.
The whole process with him was pretty effortless. Any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful. His team even took care of mailing out the insurance check and ppwk to my mortgage company so I didn’t have to deal with it.
The roof and gutter replacement was easy and quick. Every step of the way Josh was in full contact keeping me informed and making sure there were no questions/concerns.
Really can’t recommend him enough. As a single homeowner I was terrified of what this process would be like. Ended up being a fantastic experience and would recommend him to anyone.

From the initial call, meeting with our insurance, scheduling the delivery of materials and installation they made the process seamless and as easy as can be! The installation crew worked incredibly hard and when it was all said and done you would never know they were even there with how great the cleanup was. Honestly? This was the most nerve wracking event of my life! No one called to tell me they are showing up! Roofers or Gutter people. No one spoke any English at all! They left a ton of nails all over my yard and driveway. I lost my Ham Antenna and tripod mount. No one could explain what they were doing or when they would be finished. They were not roofers for Ameri Pro Roofing, they were roofing contractors out of Aurora, IL and were hired by Ameri Pro. The gutter person showed up in a beat up truck with no sign or anything. I'm not at all happy with my choice of contractors at all! If I could, I'd hire professionals, not contractor brokers! AmeriPro does not have their own equipment or workers. They are just a broker!

We recently received a new roof and gutters from AmeriPro roofing of Crown Point. Our representative was David Skaritka and we couldn't be happier with their service, attention to detail, communication during the process, and quality of workmanship. I would not recommend. I cannot speak to their actual roofing skills but they did an inspection on my roof. Said they would work with my insurance for me. They didn’t show up to the inspection as promised. They said they would “fight for me” but since denied inspection have not followed up. Waist of time that has cost me money because now I have to do a few repairs to keep my insurance.

Josh did a great job helping me navigate Insurance company and getting my roof completed. Ameri Pro roofing did a great job. The journey from start to finish with seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

Josh was fantastic helping advocate the necessary roof replacement to my insurance company. He made several trips out to the house to meet with me with large samples to ensure I picked a color I liked, and kept me informed through the process. The roof replacement was completed in one day and the gutters were replaced a couple days later. After everything was complete, Josh did a final walk through to double check for any missed nails in the yard and ensure the quality of the work. Great customer service! Our representative, Melissa T. was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and very detailed oriented. She made the entire process flow flawlessly and was able to get our claim approved right away! We highly recommend her!

This process has been horrible and painful to say the least. The office does not communicate. It's an absolute crap shoot over there. No one explains the process or what to expect. Documents were frequently lost or misplaced and requests to sign multiples of the same documents were made. I hated every second with this company and will never recommend or do business with you again.

It was the most comfortable experience having a new roof put on with Ameri-pro because of Shane Mathis . Being in executive sales management for 35 years … I knew what qualifies would make my experience easy. Shane Mathis checked off all the boxes . Honest and trustworthy. Jim came out and inspected my roof after they called and said they would be in the area. I thought they were gonna say i needed a new roof or something to sell me, but he said my roof was in great shape. When I do need a roof, I will call them. 100%.

Work performed was great, but don't believe what the sales person is telling you. I was out of work due to having surgery and wasn't working for an extended period. I made this clear to the sales person, who I know personally. So I'm told not a big deal, we don't want to to have to wait, we understand. We can be flexible and you can pay it off over time. Not telling me I had to apply for a payment plan. Normally, not an issue, but I should be told so. I was out of work for longer than anticipated so it made this difficult. I made one payment just 3 weeks ago. It wasn't enough for them. I had an employee call me and basically tell me I had no choice and I have to apply for a loan to correct this issue. I would have waited to do this project if I knew the truth in the beginning. My fault for believing this company, I accept that. Over $1500. Be very careful and get all conversations with them over text or in writing. You've been warned.

Excellent company!! Joe Marks was professional, efficient and courteous throughout the entire process. Joe worked directly with my insurance company, the only thing I had to do was hand over the check and pick out my colors!
I appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took to protect the surrounding landscape.

After having a tornado come through our area last year, a certain un-named insurance company that was not a very good neighbor refused to pay for the roof and wind damage, claiming wear. The roof had significant damage, and while the company wanted to patch it all together, replacing some shingles, and would have caused the roof to look like a checker board. Shane and Demario with Ameripro took the ball and ran with it. Their level of professionalism was over the top, and in an industry where there is a lot of competition... they are the best! We worked together for over a year to get this claim covered, and the end result.... due to Ameripro's commitment to the job in everything from meeting with the agent, the adjuster, and us the customer, the company is going to pay out and fix the roof correctly, which they should have done in the first place. I can't thank these guys enough, and can't recommend them enough!!

So easy to work with! We had trouble with our insurance wanting to cover anything and AmeriPro did all of the hard work for us. We were able to get not only our roof repaired, but siding as well. Great communication throughout the whole process. Shelly was an angel for me the entire time and answered a million questions I had. Work was completed quickly and looks great. Had 1 issue with the crew for siding that was resolved immediately. Otherwise work crew was incredibly respectful, neat and efficient.

David skaritka did a great job handling all of our needs considering replacement of our siding on our house and outside garage, also having installed the roof also. I highly recommend David Skaritka with Ameripro he is based out of the crown point area.

One of worse experiences ever. Started with unsolicited offer to negotiate hail damage claim with my insurance company. If approved my cost would be limited to my deductible. Claim was approved and date set for material delivery. During review insurance company found some charges were unwarranted. Amerpro advised customer (me) would be responsible for the unwarranted costs. I called Amerpro rep and canceled delivery order. The next week the order arrived...a follow up call and rep stated that Amerpro figured project was sufficiently profitable without the unwarranted costs. Work crew showed up next day and started removing shingles and tar paper. After roof was bare the crew stopped working..I inquired why but none I spoke to spoke English enough to have a conversation. I later found out the crew was out of Arkansas and apparently subcontracted to work the hail damage in a wide area. I got a call from Amerpro stating all the sheathing would have to be replaced... strange as there was no water leaking with the old roof. Long story short insurance company wouldn't cover 83 sheets @ $150 per so I got stuck with 83 @ a reduced cost of $100 per sheet (which I priced for less than $20 at the local big box). I called the local rep that I originally worked with and wouldn't you know...he was no longer employed there. I counted and photo documented the 58 sheets installed and still was repeatedly billed for 83. Note that no final field inspection was ever made. I spoke with any number of customer reps and collection reps. Every time I made progress they changed players on me. Finally we came to an agreement and I told them I'd pay them as soon as they completed their contract. What!!! Original contract approved by insurance included replacement of gutters and downspouts... apparently they had overlooked that detail...to shorten the story... about a year has now passed and inflation has eroded any profit margin so they credited back the cost of replacement plus an additional $500 for any inconvenience suffered from the breach.

Eternally grateful we found Joe Marks. He was so professional from start to finish. After everything was finished we had a new roof and gutters. Not one piece of scrap was left behind. We were amazed by this team.

Originally I had a good experience with Josh W working with us getting our roof replaced. Then the nails started appearing after the job was finished, mind you this was in December/January when the roof was replaced, was getting nails as we walked through the yard all around the house through our shoes, pets feet, etc. Well 4-5 months down the road after they came through with the magnet a few times and more nails in our shoes, flip flopsetc. I got a nail in my tires. Not repairable, and I have to get 2 put on with a charge of roughly $350 out of my pocket cjz they can't clean up after themselves. They had no problem getting over 20k for my roof replacement. After I send a text/pic of my tire with a roofing nail to Josh I get a call from someone saying they consider the account closed and they're sending me a $50 gift card. Completely unacceptable in my eyes. Point of this review is to say that if you get a roof done by ameripro, get ready for a mess, this isn't the only thing they left around my yard as well tarpaper rolls, aluminum cutoff pieces etc. The way they handled it is entirely the problem, if I have a customer showing receipts,etc. Id definitely pay for said repairs. Thanks again ameripro for the aftermath!!!

Supplies were dropped off, and the roofers were here the next morning. Old shingles removed, repairs made, and new roof on in one day! They cleaned up as they went, picking up shingles, paper, and nails. Even came through with a leaf blower at the end to clean up the shingle particles. When they left, couldn't even tell they had been there. Very nice guys too.

I met with Joe Feole, Restoration Specialist and he wrote up the quote and spoke with my insurance adjuster, two days later I was approved for my roof replacement. The crew was very efficient and got the work done within a few hours. I did have an issue with one shingle having an exposed nail, but it will be taken care of next week.

Mr. Ed Dodds was very pleasant, informative, respectful, and helpful with any questions that I had. He explained everything. He took care of all of the insurance dealings. You couldn't ask for a better employee. My roof looks wonderful! The roofers cleaned up every day before they left and left it all very clean when finished. They asked permission before they did anything. The other man that came out, Shane Mathis, was very helpful in expediting the process. I am very happy and satisfied with the entire experience! I was interested in getting a roof, gutters and downspouts installed. I never was presented with a sample of asphalt shingles with the color of the roof or the contract with details of the price break down. I was told that they would bring it all on the same day of service. That is not how I do business. I would like to go over the contract and see the sample that is going to be installed prior to the installation date

Very unhappy with company they don’t let you know when they are coming out to do the work. Looked to me like they contract the work out none of the people that showed up had AmeriPro on their trucks or spoke English. I got the siding done on the house 10/31/23 and they just finished all the repairs that were messed up from the install that you would think to be perfect since it’s new. But it was 2/25/24 when the last guy came out to fix the last issue. Once again no one told me hey I’m heading to your house to work on it just showed up. It took 3-5 guys to come out for all the separate repairs. I had siding and gutters done. Nails left everywhere in the back yard and front yard I have kids and a dog so I had to clean up after them. David was great helped with getting the insurance to cover all the work and he helped me get word across to Jeanette that never answered or returned my calls. My biggest issue was no communication and how long repairs took when there should not have been any when you’re doing a new install while non stop asking for final payment when work was not complete. Oh and they nailed my address back on wrong and took them a few weeks to fix so had to go to post office for mail.

I recommend this company to all my friends a d family. They very professional, friendly, passionate to their job. Kudos. Josh, Ryan and think Allen maybe another person. I tell you they work with you and not against you. Outstanding!!!!
