AmeriPro Roofing - Omaha, NE

Bought a house that JUST had their vinyl siding done by AmeriPro Roofing. One day after it was windy (not even a storm, just a bit of wind) a piece of siding started to come off. When I called, I was told that warranties weren't transferrable from one owner to another. While I understand that policy, it speaks volumes about the workmenship of AmeriPro that their approximately 5-6 month old siding would fall off on a windy day in Nebraska, and that they don't believe in their workmanship enough to come make it right.

Sam is not just the top of her field, she is the literal Sherlock Holmes of shingles. She tracked down damaged areas on my father’s roof like the FBI’s most wanted list, and got him approved for a full replacement AND new gutters. 10/10 recommend.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Sam from AmeriPro Roofing. From the very beginning, she guided us seamlessly through the process of getting approved for a new roof. Her communication was outstanding—she kept us informed at every stage and made sure we understood each step. This is an outstanding company. The representative ( Amecco Watkins) was so helpful with filing my claim and extremely knowledgeable regarding every step that I needed to take. I am so grateful for his assistance. I am also glad Julie explained the final steps that would be taken and she would answer any questions or concerns to ensure I was happy with the company's services. The Roof was completed in two days quicker than i expected. Thank you for making us feel like the priority.

Ameripro did a great job helping me through the process of filing a claim and getting my roof completed, they also completed the job in less than a month from the day I filed my claim which was very impressive as other companies had 3 months or more lead times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their roof fixed from any damage that occurred to their property.

Brandon did a great job with my inspection after the storm. He is very professional and obviously knows what he is doing. He assessed my roof and informed me there was no damage, saving me thousands of dollars.

If I could give 0 stars I would! One of the worst companies. It has taken over a year to complete our roof. Now we have been told our horse barn isn’t included even though 2 representatives told us it was, and it is on our insurance estimate. Very shady.

The amount spam calls that I receive from this company is outrageous. I’ve blocked the number numerous times and they apparently just call from a different number. Just from this I would not recommend ANYONE I PERSONALLY KNOW USING THIS COMPANY. I’ve also spoke with someone and asked to be added to a do not call list several times but apparently that isn’t good enough. Maybe the BBB could do something when I reach out to them for the harassing calls daily. You will not receive my business.

Marcus Howard did an outstanding job inspecting my property and identified several issues including wind and hail damage. Crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Any issues that were found were addressed promptly. I would highly recommend Ameripro.

An agent came and looked at my roof after a hail storm hit my neighborhood. He was professional and honest letting me know I didn’t have damage, which was reassuring since others in my area had damage.

Amecco was time and did excellent job explaining my questions concerning my roof repair. He pointed out the damage to my roof , took photos of and used a digital app that showed me recent weather conditions my area. It was a good experience.

Everything was great right up until the roofers stopped short of finishing the roof at the baseboard for the pergola. The foreman told me that was going to happen and I indicated he had to do what he had to do. I also told I didn't believe it was right and unacceptable. From that point it took about five months to finish the project (which in reality was only about two feet by sixteen feet of roof).

Totally totally professional and by the book. I will work with Ameripro again because of Marcus and the roofing crew was super professional. Im going to let everyone that i know Ameripro is the roofing company to go with. Marcus made the whole process with my insurance and adujster super easy!!!!!!!!. Carol and Caroline Bruner

Crew started tear off at 8:15 am and was completed and cleaned up 4:30pm. 16 and a half square .

Professional, friendly and quick service. They came out and reviewed damage to the roof with our insurance adjuster. Pointed out some things to the adjuster that might have been overlooked. Would recommend AmeriPro if you need roofing done.
