So we found Kevin Won info on our neighborhood Facebook site. Kevin was very late for our first appointment which is irritating but I’m very understanding. So then our adjuster came out and he also was there but they seem like they weren’t agreeing. Insurance denied new roof. So then Kevin was very nice and said don’t worry we will get another adjuster just hold tight. He is so full of it he blew me off. I called him got ahold of him he said oh yeah I had a meeting today about it we are still waiting. Almost a month now I got In Touch with my insurance that denied the roof they said they never Heard from him. They need an email to peruse this but I have tried reaching Kevin by text numerous times and he has blown me off. Beware he only helps if he is getting your business he will ignore you if it looks like your roof can’t be replaced. I will never do business with this company and will let neighbors know..

I love my roof and gutters. The crew came out and was very efficient and had the roof done in a day. They cleaned up very well also. From the sales person to the account manager, we were walked through the whole process and it was great. I would recommend them highly to anyone

I appreciate the details I was given, and the fact a free inspection was offered. However, I do not like having to repeatively tell your representative NO over and over. He would not leave until my grandmother slammed the door in his face, which I don't like doing. I realize it may be a policy to not accept no, but it makes me not want anything to do with you guys in the future.

Our sales representative Kevin Stone delivered everything he promised and then some! The entire process was seamless! I can't say that for any other home repairs I've done in the last 30 years. The crew was professional, did an amazing job on both the roof and the gutters. I couldn't be happier with this company and every single employee we have had contact with. I have referred friends to them already. I have zero hesitation from recommending them to anyone reading this. Thank you again! (Especially Kevin Stone he was AWESOME!)

I’m very happy with how my roof turned out! It looks great. Quality products used and I would recommend American Dream to my neighbors. The ease of the process and the professionalism of my Rep Keith Heard made it a positive experience. Keith walked us through every step of the process and made sure he answered all my questions to make us comfortable. The crew that arrived were professional and did an awesome job on the roof. Very Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Owen, our rep, explained everything thoroughly, every step of the way. Although I was initially skeptical of the whole process (it didn't look like I needed a new roof, but then, what do I know?), the insurance adjuster agreed that the roof did indeed need replacement after the storm.
The crew that arrived to replace the roof was hard working and efficient. They started work at 7 AM and worked until dark, about 8 PM. They initially were going to stop work Friday evening for the long holiday weekend, but then decided (without any prodding from me) to come back Saturday and Sunday if necessary to finish. When they were done they cleaned up impeccably, even dragging a magnet bar thru the lawn to pick up any stray roofing nails.
I can't compliment ADHI, Owen, and the roofing crew enough for a great job and a great experience.
