So we found Kevin Won info on our neighborhood Facebook site. Kevin was very late for our first appointment which is irritating but I’m very understanding. So then our adjuster came out and he also was there but they seem like they weren’t agreeing. Insurance denied new roof. So then Kevin was very nice and said don’t worry we will get another adjuster just hold tight. He is so full of it he blew me off. I called him got ahold of him he said oh yeah I had a meeting today about it we are still waiting. Almost a month now I got In Touch with my insurance that denied the roof they said they never Heard from him. They need an email to peruse this but I have tried reaching Kevin by text numerous times and he has blown me off. Beware he only helps if he is getting your business he will ignore you if it looks like your roof can’t be replaced. I will never do business with this company and will let neighbors know..
I love my roof and gutters. The crew came out and was very efficient and had the roof done in a day. They cleaned up very well also. From the sales person to the account manager, we were walked through the whole process and it was great. I would recommend them highly to anyone
I appreciate the details I was given, and the fact a free inspection was offered. However, I do not like having to repeatively tell your representative NO over and over. He would not leave until my grandmother slammed the door in his face, which I don't like doing. I realize it may be a policy to not accept no, but it makes me not want anything to do with you guys in the future.
