TJ Signature Construction handled all the paperwork and details with our insurance company, the construction team did high quality work and left no trace of roofing materials behind, and they cared for all our plants and landscaping on the day of the install. Recently had our roof replaced by TJ Signature Construction due to a hail storm in our area. Hermann was a pleasure to work with and helped us through every step of the process, from filing the complaint, working with the insurance estimator, to project completion. In addition to all of this, Hermann worked with me on a few custom requests and was on site the first day of the project to ensure they were completed as asked. The crew who completed the project were there for 2 days and thoroughly cleaned up the yard each day and were curteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TJ Signature for your roofing needs.

Hermann was an excellent representative on behalf of TJ Signature Construction ! He was timely, very nice, hard working, he kept following up with the claims adjuster- as they were slow to drag their feet on approving the work and the budget. He also fought to get us the correct amount as the claims adjuster's math didnt coincide with Hermann's. He personally came out during the roofing job to make sure it was going to plan and helped move things away from the work site. And finally even after the contractors cleaned up he personally came out with his roller magnet tool thingy to go over the lawn, steps, driveway, and around our pool picking up more roofing nails and he also picked up pieces of shingles and paper the contractors missed. He is a 10/10!! Your company should be proud to have him.

Joel did really nice work with our roof replacement. Our project manager, Joel, was on top of every detail and was exceptionally responsive through the whole process. Joel was clear and true to his word at every turn. Very trustworthy!
